Macmahon is an International Mining and Civil Services provider with a comprehensive range of capabilities, including Mine Planning, Engineering, Mining Equipment Maintenance and Operations for various types of mining, both surface and underground.

As a contractor of choice, we have extensive experience across a range of Mining Commodities including Coal, Gold, Lithium and Copper throughout Australia and Indonesia.

We are currently seeking experienced and highly qualified candidates to join our Team across Indonesian projects:

Work Location: Jakarta

Officer Business System Maintenance

Some of your duties will include but not limited to:

• Perform system administration duties to setup, monitor, validate, maintain master data and support user profile configuration across in business systems including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, Rostering Time Attendance and reporting systems

• Responsible for maintaining employee security profile compliance in reference to segregation of duties and cyber resilience requirements

• Solid understanding of system security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), authorisation objects, and user provisioning

What skills and experience do you need?

• Working experience > 3 years in similar functions give technical support to end users and demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical, adaptable, proactive & conscientious

• Fluent in English and able working in multicultural environments

• Flexibility to travel domestically/internationally to support the project

• Bachelor Degree (S1), will be advantage graduated from Computer Science, Information Technology

• Working experience > 3 years in similar functions and demonstrates the attributes of analytical, adaptable, proactive & conscientious

Officer System Development

Some of your duties will include but not limited to:

• Work with the broader Data Services Team, and will assist in identifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, predominately utilising the Microsoft stack of applications, knowledge of SharePoint Online includes Administration and Development

• Proficient in developing and maintaining custom solutions to enhance productivity and streamline business processes

What skills and experience do you need?

• Working experience > 4 years in similar functions and demonstrates the attributes of analytical, adaptable, proactive & conscientious

• Bachelor Degree (S1), will be advantage graduated from Computer Science, Information Technology

• Fluent in English and able working in multicultural environments

• Flexibility to travel domestically/internationally to support the project

• Experience with:

• writing scripts with T-SQL. (Queries, views, stored procedures, functions)

• maintaining data security ensuring least privilege access

• creation and maintenance of Microsoft PowerApps

• reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI or similar)

• Office 365 administration, configuration & customisation

• Will be advantageous:

• generalist Windows services and Infrastructure experience a plus

• knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.

• familiar with JSON, HTTP actions, and parsing responses in workflows

• configuring application registrations in Azure

• experienced with Plumsail Forms and basic JavaScript customizations, workflow and automation tools like K2

SAP S4HANA Trainer (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Some of your duties will include but not limited to:

• Deliver high-quality, user-focused training programs to ensure competency

• Bridge knowledge gaps and accelerate end-user proficiency

• Support business continuity by enabling operational readiness

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars on the functionalities, features, and best practices of SAP S4/Hana EAM, Inventory, Maintenance and Procurement modules

• Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify training needs, develop training plans, and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives

• Assist in providing support and guidance to users during the implementation and migration of EAM, Inventory, Maintenance and Procurement modules, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and facilitating user adoption

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements based on the results

• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking assistance or information regarding SAP S4/Hana EAM, Inventory, Maintenance and Procurement modules

• Collaborate with the Technology and Training teams to ensure that training environments and resources are set up and maintained effectively

What skills and experience do you need?

• Over 5 years of experience specializing in the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, with strong cross-functional knowledge in Procurement (MM), Inventory Management, and Asset Management

• Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for diverse user groups within an organisation

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, with the ability to develop comprehensive training materials and resources that cater to different learning styles and preferences

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, project teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify training needs

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address user questions, issues, and challenges related to SAP S4/Hana EAM, Maintenance, Inventory, and Procurement modules during training sessions and implementation phases

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

• Passionate about driving innovation in workforce management and making a positive impact

• Flexibility to travel domestically/internationally to support the project

• Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
