Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

• Min 2 (two) years experience as a Mining Engineer or Foreman/Supervisor especially with experience running Fleet Management System.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily management of mine production information every shift and reporting systems through maintaining and updating Fleet Management System based on mining progress.

• Deliver and implement daily or shiftly mine planning from engineering to operation production.

• Analyse and investigate reasons for failure to comply with productivity target and dispatch instructions by operator or shift supervision and report all findings to supervisor operation in order to have appropriate solution

• Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities every shift for an effective fleet management system and coordination with operation to achieve and improve productivity target to production efficiency.

Maintenance Foreman /  Mekanik Foreman

(Placement: Kalimantan Area)

Membantu dan melaksanakan aktivitas pemeliharaan harian untuk memastikan instruksi kerja pemeliharaan dilaksanakan dengan benar secara teknis dan dengan cara yang aman dan efisien, serta membantu dalam pengembangan dan langkah pencegahan, untuk tren kegagalan yang berulang atau berkelanjutan dalam area departemen yang relevan, untuk memastikan semua aktivitas sesuai dengan standar dan kebijakan perusahaan.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 – 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai foreman

• Berpengalaman dalam perbaikan all around unit (track dan wheel)

• Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam melakukan perbaikan dan analisa menggunakan analisis sistem

• Memiliki leadership yang baik dan komunikasi yang bagus

• Wajib memiliki POP BNSP

Responsibilities:

• Bertanggung jawab untuk kepatuhan terhadap perencanaan mingguan dan bulanan, termasuk perintah kerja yang dijadwalkan, yang berkaitan dengan semua tugas pemeliharaan yang ditetapkan setiap hari / untuk membantu mencapai rencana pemeliharaan jangka panjang dan ketersediaan peralatan yang tinggi.

• Monitor dan komunikasikan semua instruksi pekerjaan pemeliharaan kepada bawahan langsung, dengan cara yang jelas dan terdefinisi.

• Siapkan dan kirimkan tugas pelaporan yang relevan sesuai waktu yang ditentukan, contohnya: tinjau dan pastikan detail yang benar pada pesanan kerja dan secara teratur kirimkan kepada perencana untuk ditutup, pastikan suku cadang yang tertunda dipesan.

• Tinjau dan analisis kegagalan dalam penanaman dengan memantau tren dan melaporkan kegagalan peralatan yang tertunda untuk perencanaan yang tepat ke dalam backlog, memberikan saran segera jika peralatan tidak aman untuk dioperasikan atau memiliki potensi tinggi untuk mengalami kegagalan besar.

• Mempertahankan dan secara aktif menerapkan program dan tanggung jawab SHE (terlibat dalam mengidentifikasi, mengurangi dan memonitor risiko SHE), termasuk Sistem Manajemen SHE untuk memastikan efektivitas program sesuai dengan standar resmi, persyaratan dan prosedur yang diterapkan serta untuk memastikan pelaksanaan Tanggung Jawab SHE mencapai hasil yang diinginkan.

Mining Foreman

(Placement: all Site Petrosea)

Provides first level of supervision over a several mining sections of the mining production resources at the mine projects to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years as Mining Operator Lead Hand for High School graduate and 1 year as Mining Foreman for Mining Engineer graduate.

• Having a POP certificate is preferred

• Have knowledge of mining operations and knowledge of SHE

• Willing to be based on project sites

• Good communication skill and work in team.

• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirement

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.

• Supervise the performance of operators, technicians. Lead hands and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.

• Monitor and control mining production and productivity on an hourly basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth day to day operations.

• Ensure a good communication and relationship with Client representative at Pit area.

• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.

Production Engineer

(Placement: all Site Petrosea)

Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering & Min. 1 (one) year experience in mining industry

• Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage

• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications

• Good knowledge of best practices in Project Management.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail

• Well developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering and Reporting

• Fluent in English, bothand spoken and written is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.

• Implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.

• Supervise the performance of operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.

• Coordinate and liaise with other mining team regarding mining production and participate in regular meetings.

• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Senior Operation Excellence Engineer

(Placement: all Site Petrosea)

Practice operation data, processes, procedures and performance, and ensure Mining BL initiatives implementation and on-site improvement running well and follow timeline using established continuous improvement techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in related field, out of which 2 years in a mining company (preferable) and recent exposure to Management System activity would be regarded.

• Minimum 4 years professional experience in related field, out of which 2 years in a mining company (preferable) and recent exposure to Management System activity would be regarded.

• Prior experience on involved in the corporate processes function such as change management process.

• Competent using statistcal software application such as MINITAB

• Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites

• Demontrated ability to influence and lead change

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of operational data to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution, analyse the root causes for defects, improve the process capability by eliminating the root causes, and control the new process to sustain the improvements.

• Monitor, control, evaluate and review all ongoing projects and promptly provide financial, and technical mining support to ensure project development conform to the initial plan.

• Mentor and teach continuous improvement tools and techniques mining employees, acting as a resource to lead improvement initiatives. Actively lead continuous improvement teams directed at high impact projects, within the mining department.

• Actively participate in the development, sharing and application of mining best practices.

• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

SURVEYOR INFRASTRUCTURE

(Placement: East Kalimatan)

Requirements:

• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Surveyor. 

• Mampu mengoperasikan peralatan survey GNSS RTK dan Drone RTK. 

• Bersedia ditempatkan di semua proyek. 

• Mampu mengoperasikan peralatan survei pertambangan. 

• Mungkin diharuskan bekerja dengan jam fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan proyek. 

• Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik. 

Responsibilities:

• Menggunakan perangkat lunak survei untuk memastikan efisiensi dalam kegiatan survei.

• Melakukan survei lapangan tepat waktu dan tentukan dengan akurat jumlah yang diperlukan untuk pengajuan klaim kemajuan bulanan.

• Mengumpulkan survei harian yang akurat dan mengunduh data ke dalam komputer untuk memastikan data diinterpretasikan dengan tepat oleh Perancang Survei.

• Berkordinasi dan berkomunikasi dengan tim Teknik dan Konstruksi untuk memastikan bahwa desain konstruksi diterapkan dengan benar di lapangan.

TRAINING SPECIALIST

(Placement: Petrosea Project Sites)

Responsibility:

Conduct training and assessment on theory, practical, and safety of Heavy Equipment operating technique according to HE product operating manual and Company Standard Operating Procedure.

Requirements:

• D3 in Engineering, with 5 years of working experience or SMA/SMK with 10 years of working experience

• Have min. 5 years of experience in repair and maintenance

• 1 – 3 years of experience in site-based training or technical training delivery

• Have proficient knowledge about Mining processes

• Willing to be located on the project sites

• Hold TOT certificate

• Have good presentation and leadership skill

Tyre Engineer

(Placement: all Site Petrosea)

Monitor and coordinate tyreman daily activities to ensure work is performed in a technically correct, safe and efficient manner, conform with company's standard and policies.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Degree of Industrial Engineering, with 1 year experiences in Mining Industry or having international recognised trades qualification

• Has good knowledge of Tyre management software such as TTC, enTIRE, Fleetaid, etc.

• Has good knowledge with haul road analysis, TKPH, tyre selection and management

• Has good capability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis.

• Has good knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management systems and standards.

• Very good in managing reports (management system, technical documentation, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide service to satisfaction of all tyres and users.

• Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan while ensuring tyre recording system is good maintained.

• Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list; front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule; tyre condition check on the unit in daily check pressure activities.

• Control sub ordinates to do the unit breakdown job in safe and on time completion.
