Our Jakarta office is looking for a professional Operation Manager with below requirements:

Operation Manager is accountable to deliver Operation and Maintenance deliverables within EPC contract. The scope covers operations readiness such as procedure development, start-up assistance, spare parts, maintenance and integrity build, training and operation integration. Operation Manager is focal point of COMPANY team such as Start-up team, Operation team, Maintenance and Integrity Build team, etc. to successfully prepare the Operation of Tangguh UCC by COMPANY without any delay.Operation manager shall liaise with CONTRACTOR’s Commissioning team and COMPANY’s team to support the handover planning of the operation from CONTRACTOR to COMPANY.Below is simple organization for Operation manager. Office and site based , rotation schedule 9 weeks-on & 3 weeks-off rotation.

Qualifications & Experiences

Education  - Bachelor’s degree Engineering

Experiences  - Minimum 15 years of operation and maintenance experience for Oil and Gas facilities.- Experience as operation and maintenance team leader role is mandatory.

Qualification  - A comprehensive knowledge of relevant EPC business process in oil and gas & industry area.- Fluent in English both verbal and written.- Recommended to be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written.- Computer literate, especially for Microsoft office

Others  - Certified Project Management (PMP, IAMPI,PRINCE 2, CIPM, etc) are preferable

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in major of Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 7 years experience in preferably in EPC in Mechanical Rotating Engineering on Medium/ Large project.

• Strong knowledge and experience in the design, selection, installation, and operation of mechanical rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated systems.

• Profound knowledge about all international codes/standard like ASME, DIN, JIS, ANSI, ASTM. Familiarity with industry codes standard related to rotating equipment, such as API (American Petroleum Institute) standards and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines.

• Having strong understanding about design, operation of rotating machinery such as pump, agitator, compressor, generator.

• Trough knowledge on process involving design, selection, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of rotating services is required.

• Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization.

• Competent in Mechanical rotating protection methodologies with HAZOP experience.

• Fluent in english skills both spoken or written.
