Engineer – Project Development, Improvement & Technology Implementation

(Site Office – Meulaboh - Aceh)

Responsibilities :

1. Identify opportunities and prepare the planning/design of engineering projects focused on enhancing operational development/growth/efficiency and sustainability including technology adoption.

2. Evaluate, select, and help operation team implement advanced mining technologies, equipment, and systems.

3. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects. including financial modeling for investment evaluation (NPV, IRR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis).

4. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including mine planning/operation, geology, maintenance, environmental, and safety departments.

5. Ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and financial performance standards.

6. Maintain compliance with  mining safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

7. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for stakeholders and management.

8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and best practice sharing.

9. Support training and knowledge transfer related to new technologies and processes.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Mining, Mechanical, or related field experience

2. Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in project management, engineering improvement, or technology implementation within the mining industry (experience of 3–5 years preferred).

3. Strong technical knowledge of mining processes, equipment, and emerging technologies.

4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

5. Experience with process optimization, automation, and digital solutions.

6. Experience with financial feasibility of investment project

7. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

8. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple  projects simultaneously.

9. Application : Microsoft Project (Intermediate), Tableu (Intermediate), Excel (Advance)

10. Languange : English (Preferred)

Staff – Project Development, Improvement & Technology Implementation

(Site Office – Meulaboh - Aceh)

Responsibilities :

1. Assist in identifying opportunities and supporting the preparation of plans or designs for  engineering projects aimed at improving operational development, efficiency, and sustainability, including basic exposure to technology adoption.

2. Support senior engineers in evaluating and implementing mining technologies, equipment, and systems under supervision.

3. Participate in collecting data and performing basic analyses for feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit evaluations of proposed projects, including assisting in financial modeling (NPV, IRR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis).

4. Collaborate with teams from mine planning, operations, geology, maintenance, environment, and safety to support cross-functional project activities.

5. Monitor project progress, prepare routine progress reports, and help ensure activities are executed in line with schedule, budget, and quality standards.

6. Ensure compliance with mining safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements during project execution.

7. Prepare and organize technical documents, reports, and presentation materials for management and project stakeholders.

8. Contribute to the continuous improvement process by sharing observations, ideas, and lessons learned from daily project activities.

9. Participate in training sessions and assist in knowledge transfer related to new technologies and operational improvements.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree of Engineering, Mining, Mechanical, or related field experience

2. Minimum of 1 years’ professional experience in project management, engineering improvement, or technology implementation within the mining industry (freshgraduate welcome to apply).

3. Strong technical knowledge of mining processes, equipment, and emerging technologies.

4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

5. Experience with process optimization, automation, and digital solutions.

6. Experience with financial feasibility of investment project
