Seleraya Merangin Dua (SRMD) is an oil and gas company engaged in the oil and gas exploration and production. SRMD operates in South Sumatra and Jambi provinces, with a strong commitment to becoming a leading oil and gas company while contributing to national development.

Currently we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill the following position:

 

Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

- Refine maintenance activities for effective & efficient production facilities

- Analyse maintenance activities & cost

- Design and enact maintenance system and procedures

- Confer with management on procedures and contract

- Propose maintenance program & budget

- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications.

- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems in oil and gas facilities, including pumps, compressors and generators

- Monitor and track the performance of mechanical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.

- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical equipment by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

- Manage and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical / Instrument Engineering.

- Min. 5 years of experiences in oil & gas industry / oil & gas services.

- Familiar with oil and gas facilities and equipment.

- Experience in the maintenance of rotating and static equipment, such as pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and heat exchangers.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

 

Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities

- Design, install, and maintain instruments and control systems for oil and gas operations, ensuring the safe and efficient monitoring and control of processes.

- Perform detailed engineering and analysis of instrument systems, including flow, pressure, temperature, and level measurements, as well as control valves and actuators.

- Develop and review technical specifications, procedures, and documentation related to instrument systems and equipment.

- Provide technical support for commissioning, startup, and ongoing operations of instrumentation and control systems in the field.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and improve system performance.

- Conduct regular calibration, maintenance, and inspections of field instruments and control systems.

- Work closely with the operations, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integrated system performance and reliability.

- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, timelines, and technical reports related to instrumentation activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physics/ Instrument Engineering.

- Min. 5 years of experiences in oil & gas industry / oil & gas services.

- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining field instrumentation, control systems, and related equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues efficiently.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

 

Reservoir Engineer

Responsibilities

- Perform and support the long-term and short-term goals/objectives of the Subsurface Department related to reservoir management; monitor progress and ensure goals are achieved on time, within the approved budget, and in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

- Review the Work Program & Budget (WP&B) for subsurface and reservoir-related activities to ensure costs and expenditures align with approved budgets and prepare required documents such as POD (Plan of Development), AFE (Authorization for Expenditures), PIS (Place into Service), and COR (Close Out).

- Conduct reservoir characterization studies, including static and dynamic analyses, to identify potential, risks, and optimization opportunities throughout the field life cycle.

- Develop and update reservoir simulation models, ensuring data quality and model accuracy, and provide technical recommendations for depletion strategies, workover activities, well interventions, and drilling campaigns.

- Perform routine well performance monitoring, including nodal analysis, material balance calculations, pressure transient analysis, and interpretation of geological and geophysical data.

- Contribute to the preparation of Field Development Plans by evaluating reservoir performance, identifying infill well targets, and assessing Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) or Improved Oil Recovery (IOR) opportunities.

- Collaborate with Drilling, Production, and Facilities teams to ensure effective integration of subsurface and surface plans, enabling smooth operations and the achievement of production targets.

- Evaluate reservoir risks and provide mitigation strategies to maintain reservoir integrity and long-term production sustainability.

- Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations, as well as national and international oil & gas industry standards and relevant safety management systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields.

- 1 – 4 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or oilfield services with a focus on reservoir management.

- Strong analytical skills in reservoir data interpretation, simulation, and technical evaluation.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of working under pressure to deliver timely and accurate technical recommendations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in reservoir engineering software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Logistic Staff

Responsibilities

- Support and execute the logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient flow of materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.

- Coordinate material requests, purchase orders, shipping schedules, and transportation arrangements to ensure the availability of critical oil & gas equipment at field locations.

- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock monitoring, material reconciliation, and documentation updates in the company’s inventory management system.

- Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatching of materials, while ensuring proper handling and safety standards.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Drilling, Production, and Field Operations teams to ensure alignment between material requirements and operational schedules.

- Perform TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) calculations for goods and services, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with the latest SKK Migas and Ministry of Industry regulations.

- Ensure that vendors submit complete TKDN certificates and supporting documents; verify and report TKDN values as part of procurement and logistics processes.

- Support audits and inspections related to logistics, inventory, and TKDN, ensuring all documents are complete, traceable, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or material management, preferably in the oil & gas or oilfield services industry.

- Strong understanding of logistics workflow, warehousing procedures, material handling, and transportation coordination.

- Experience in TKDN reporting, verification, and documentation, with strong familiarity with SKK Migas and Ministry of Industry TKDN guidelines.

- Experience in utilizing SI-PRS / Stream application SKK Migas for logistics, procurement, and TKDN-related reporting and data submission, including compliance with SKK Migas digital governance requirements.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced operational environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in documentation and reporting.
