Job Title: Electrical Technician
Purpose:
The Electrical Technician is responsible to support the Electrical & Instrument operations in giving the Electrical advice and support to maximize the operation’s efficiency of Company's facilities and any other Projects.
Supervise electrical technicians in installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance of process instrumentation and safety systems on FPU/FPSO to ensure safe, efficient and dependable operation of equipment in order to achieve established production goals. Responsible for electrical switchgear, power generation and distribution systems, fixing the conduit, wiring and lighting, maintains process electric equipment (Electric motors, MCCs, Soft Starter, , DC power distributions, AC & DC control panels, UPS, Battery chargers), and electric utilities (HVAC, Electric appliance, PA Systems and emergency alarm systems etc) so that equipment will operate at all times in the manner for which it was designed and safety devices will sense out of limits conditions and cause appropriate alarms, partial shut-ins, and complete shut-ins
Electrical Technician activities will be conducted in safe manner with maximizing field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, manpower, etc.) and meet daily production targets whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Provide electrical engineering and maintenance support to Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Proactively identify and develop ideas for improvements to the Electrical system that can add value to the asset.
- Provide operations electrical input and support to future field development.
- Engineer and design electrical modifications to gas plant and offshore facilities.
- Perform installation, reparation and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis for significant equipment failures.
- Develop operating procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure sufficient spare part onboard FPU/FPSO as well as at shore base warehouse.
- Create, review, approve maintenance notifications and performing the verification of each outstanding maintenance notifications, review & plan maintenance orders, and inputting accurate technical data by utilizing an integrated Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) provided by the company based on the assigned roles and authorizations.
- Demonstrate appropriate safety behaviours and commitment to environmental policies.
- Using experience and knowledge to lead investigate and rectify equipment operational problems.
- Ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all electrical and instrumentation activities, with particular attention to recognize the impact of change.

To support the development project activities relevant to the Company’s project – Production aspects both offshore with focus on construction, commissioning, and logistic issues of new oil/gas production facilities, ensuring that pre-commissioning, commissioning phase and start-up operations of facilities are conducted in safe, effective, and efficiently manner while meeting the Company target and the satisfaction of all parties.

Job Title: Loading Master
Purpose:
The Loading Master is a senior marine officer responsible for the safe and efficient management of all hydrocarbon cargo and ballast water systems onboard the FPSO. This includes ensuring vessel stability and trim, maintaining cargo quality specifications, and preparing for offloading operations. The role requires deep coordination with the Topside Operations team to balance production with storage capacity and acts as the lead for the cargo and ballast control operators. Strict adherence to Indonesian national regulations is mandatory.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
A. Cargo & Ballast Management:
• Cargo Planning: Develop and execute detailed cargo and ballast management plans to maintain the FPSO's stability, hull stress, upright heel/list and draught within designed limits at all times. Develop plan and execute work sequence during cargo offload to offtake tanker.
• System Operation: Manage and oversee the operation of the cargo and ballast systems, including pumps, valves, inert system, crude oil washing system and stripping systems, via the ship's automated control system.
• Storage Management: Monitor tank levels, temperatures, and pressures for all cargo tanks, slop tanks, and all other tanks including ballast tanks. Coordinate with Production to manage incoming production flow against available storage capacity.
Stability & Stress Calculations: Perform daily and critical-operation stability, trim, and shear force/bending moment calculations using dedicated software. Issue formal reports.
B. Cargo Quality Assurance:
• Quality Control: Work closely with the Production Chemist or Topside Operators to monitor the quality of produced condensate/oil (e.g., BS&W, salinity, density, RVP).
• Specification Compliance: Ensure all cargo in storage meets the contractual specifications required for offtake and sale. This involves overseeing the sampling and testing process.
• Tank Cleaning: Plan and oversee tank cleaning operations to maintain cargo quality and prevent contamination.
• Cargo Records: Maintain accurate records of all cargo quantities (including ullage/innage gauging) and quality data for reconciliation and customs purposes.
C. Offloading Preparation & Support:
• Pre-Offloading Readiness: Prepare the cargo system for offloading: line up valves, prepare pumps, and ensure all equipment is functional. Prepare all administration documents include but are not limited to Pre Arrival Check, Cargo Meeting, Sequence Time during Cargo Operation.
• Support to Mooring Master: Work under the direction of the Mooring Master (a distinct, often more senior role) during the offloading process. The Loading Master's team manages the internal cargo transfer and pumping to the offtake tanker.

Purpose:
The Marine Supervisor is the senior marine representative on board the FPSO, responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all marine operations. This encompasses the management of the marine deck crew, all lifting and rigging operations, and the maintenance of the vessel's hull, utility systems, and safety equipment. The role requires strong leadership to ensure seamless collaboration with the Topside Operations team and direct support to the Mooring and Loading Masters during offloading operations, all while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian regulations.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
A. Personnel & Operational Management:
• Team Leadership: Directly supervise, mentor, and manage the daily activities of the entire marine crew, including Deck Foremen, Crane Operators, Riggers, Painters, Marine Operators, Radio Operator, Lifesaving Appliances and Fire Fighting Appliance Technicians.
• Work Planning: Plan, schedule, and assign daily and weekly work schedules for the marine team in coordination with the overall FPSO plan and the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marine operations strictly comply with Indonesian regulations from DIRJEN HUBLA (Sea Transportation) and SKK Migas (Oil & Gas).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs for all marine activities, including crane operations, lifting plans, ballast logs, LSA/FFA inspections, radio traffic, and crew training.
• Reporting: Provide daily reports to the OIM and regular reports to the Marine Superintendent on the status of marine operations, crew performance, and any issues.
Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ):
• Comply with rules and standards described in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures
• Report all incidents
• Motivate staff and colleagues to comply with HSE rules and standards
• Participate in HSE related initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Class – 2 Deck or Engine Officer with dangerous cargo endorsement.
- Professional Qualifications:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the maritime industry, with a significant portion on offshore oil and gas vessels (FPSO, FSO, Drill Ships, AHTS).
• At least 3 years in a senior supervisory role such as Boatswain (Bosun), Deck Foreman, or Chief Mate on an vessel, with proven experience managing a team.
• Extensive hands-on experience with deck machinery, crane operations, lifting, rigging, and maintenance of lifesaving and firefighting equipment.
• FPSO experience is a significant advantage, particularly with tandem offloading operations and hull utility systems.
• Experience working in Southeast Asia or Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Certification, Training and Courses:
Mandatory Certifications (STCW & Indonesian):
• Valid STCW Certificates (Advanced Firefighting, Proficiency in Survival Craft, Medical First Aid, etc.).
• Advanced Crane Operation and Rigging/Lifting Planning Certifications (e.g., OPITO Appointed Person, Banksman/Slinger, Stage 3/4 Crane).
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
• Indonesian Specific Certifications: Familiarity with or willingness to obtain local certifications as required by Indonesian authorities.
Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Technical & Practical Skills: Excellent hands-on knowledge of deck operations, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting.
Non-Technical Competencies
• Strong Leadership & People Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and discipline a diverse multi-national crew.
• Safety Champion: Unwavering commitment to a "Safety First" culture. Deep understanding of risk assessment (JSA, TRA) and PTW systems.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a major advantage for managing the local crew and interfacing with authorities. Must be a team player capable of collaborating effectively with the OIM, Topside Production team, and other department heads.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to make sound decisions quickly under pressure, especially during emergency situations or operational upsets.
Working Conditions:
- Offshore/FPSO, rotational base.
- Possibility for business travel to other Eni premises or field areas
