PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO established since 1992 with supported professional experts and able resources. Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPC oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. Logistics

Job Descriptions:

•  Manage end-to-end importation processes for project materials, including shipment planning, document verification, customs clearance, and delivery monitoring.

•  Review and validate shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

•  Monitor and control PIB (Import Declaration) submission and customs clearance process to ensure timely release of goods.

•  Identify imported goods that require special permits (Lartas) and ensure all regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

•  Coordinate the application and processing of Surveyor Report (Laporan Surveyor / LS) for restricted/import-regulated materials.

•  Handle Import License (PI) / Import Quota, especially for steel and metal products (Besi Baja).

•  Liaise and coordinate with external parties including vendors, shipping lines (liners), freight forwarders, surveyors, and customs officers.

•  Calculate and analyze shipping costs and methods (sea freight, air freight, and break bulk/project cargo).

•  Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with Indonesian import regulations.

•  Support project logistics activities to ensure materials are delivered on time to project sites.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in import–export or logistics, preferably in EPC / construction / oil & gas industry.

•  Strong knowledge of Indonesian import regulations, including PIB, Lartas, and customs clearance procedures.

•  Experienced in handling Surveyor Reports (LS) and import licensing processes (PI), especially for steel materials.

•  Familiar with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).

•  Good understanding of freight calculation for sea, air, and break bulk shipments.

•  Strong coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders (vendors, liners, customs, etc.).

•  Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and manage multiple shipments/projects simultaneously.

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics systems.

•  Good command of English (written and spoken).

2. Material Control

Job Descriptions:

•  Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing project materials at site, ensuring accuracy in quantity and specifications.

•  Verify material deliveries against Purchase Orders, Packing Lists, and shipping documents.

•  Coordinate with Logistics Team (Head Office) regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.

•  Maintain accurate records of material receipts, storage, issuance, and stock levels.

•  Manage warehouse activities, including proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.

•  Ensure all materials are properly documented in Material Receiving Report (MRR) and inventory system.

•  Identify and report material shortages, damages, or discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with Procurement/Logistics.

•  Control material issuance to construction teams based on approved Material Request (MR).

•  Support periodic stock opname and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.

•  Ensure compliance with project procedures, HSE standards, and company policies.

•  Coordinate with Engineering and Construction teams to ensure material availability aligns with project schedule.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in material control, warehouse, or site logistics—preferably in EPC / construction / oil & gas projects.

•  Strong understanding of material handling, inventory control, and warehouse management.

•  Familiar with project documents such as: Purchase Order (PO), Packing List, Material Receiving Report (MRR), Material Request (MR)

•  Good knowledge of inventory systems / ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

•  Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of materials.

•  Good communication and coordination skills with multi-discipline teams.

•  Willing to be placed at project site (remote area if required).

•  Basic English communication skills.

3. Mechanical Static Drafter

Job Descriptions:

•  Prepare detailed mechanical static drawings based on engineering design and specifications

•  Develop and revise drawings for pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, piping supports, steel structures, and static equipment

•  Produce GA (General Arrangement), fabrication, assembly, and detail drawings

•  Interpret data from P&ID, datasheets, calculations, and engineering sketches

•  Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.)

•  Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers, Piping, and other disciplines to ensure design consistency

•  Perform drawing revisions based on comments from engineers, clients, or third parties

•  Maintain proper document control and drawing revision history

•  Support engineering and construction teams during fabrication and installation stages

•  Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all issued drawings

•  Follow company drafting standards, procedures, and quality requirements

•  Assist in preparing material take-off (MTO) when required

•  Develop cutting plans for plates, pipes, or structural materials to optimize material usage and minimize waste.

•  Generate Material Take-Off (MTO) based on approved drawings to support procurement and cost estimation.

Requirements:

•  Minimum education STM / SMK Teknik Mesin or equivalent

•  Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Static Drafter

•  Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); experience with 3D software is an advantage

•  Good understanding of mechanical static equipment drawings and fabrication details

•  Able to read and interpret P&ID, datasheets, and basic engineering drawings

•  Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM) is an advantage

•  High attention to detail and strong drafting accuracy

•  Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

•  Good time management and ability to meet project deadlines

•  Willing to revise drawings according to engineering and project requirements

•  Familiar with drawing revision control and document management

4. Area Manager - Rigless Operations

Job Description:

•  Lead and manage overall rigless operations within the assigned area to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.

•  Supervise daily field activities including: Well intervention (rigless) operations, TMC (Truck Mounted Crane) operations, Flushby / well service units, Other supporting truck-mounted equipment.

•  Develop and implement maintenance planning and scheduling for all rigless equipment to ensure high reliability and availability.

•  Ensure all operations comply with HSE standards, company policies, and client requirements.

•  Act as Incident Commander during emergency situations and ensure proper incident response implementation.

•  Coordinate with client representatives, field supervisors, and internal departments to align operational targets and project objectives.

•  Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.

•  Manage manpower allocation, crew performance, and workforce discipline in the field.

•  Prepare and review operational reports, KPIs, and project progress updates.

•  Ensure compliance with industrial relations practices and maintain good working relationships with employees and stakeholders.

•  Promote safety culture through regular toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, and audits.

Requirements:

•  Educational background:

- Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) with minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas industry, or

- Diploma (D3) with minimum 8 years of experience, or

- Senior High School (SMA) with minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry

•  Strong knowledge and experience in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices.

•  Proven experience in handling rigless operations / well intervention projects.

•  Good understanding of TMC (Truck Mounted Crane), Flushby units / well service units, Truck-based oilfield equipment, and Maintenance planning & scheduling.

•  Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

•  Good command of English (written and spoken).

•   Must be willing to stay and work in Duri (site-based role).

5. Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities:

•  Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.

•  Manage the construction effort and be the construction representative of our company with Client. To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.

•  Monitor and report to Project Manager and Site Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.

•  Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre commissioning, load-out and offshore installation hook-up and offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.

•  Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.

Requirements:

•  Male, max 50 years old

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent

•  Having 10 year experience in Onshore project EPC (Oil & Gas / Geothermal / Petrochemical); min. 5 year experience working as Construction Manager

•  Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client

•  Good command in English both written and spoken

•  Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change

•  Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

•  Willing to be located at Project

6. Process Safety Engineer:

Job Descriptions:

•  Perform and facilitate process safety studies, including: HAZID, HAZOP, HIRA, SIL assessment

•  Identify potential hazards in process systems and develop risk mitigation measures.

•  Review and ensure compliance with process safety standards and regulations.

•  Prepare and review key safety documents, such as: Process Safety Philosophy, Safety Design Basis, Fire & Gas Philosophy, Emergency Shutdown (ESD) philosophy

•  Conduct consequence analysis (fire, explosion, gas dispersion).

•  Support Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) studies.

•  Ensure proper implementation of safety systems, including: Relief systems (PSV, flare), Fire protection systems, Gas detection systems

•  Participate in design reviews and provide safety input during: FEED, DED

•  Coordinate with multi-discipline teams: Process Engineering, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control

•  Support MOC process for any design or operational changes.

•  Provide process safety support during commissioning and start-up.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

•  Minimum 3  years of experience in process safety / process engineering, preferably in oil & gas or EPC projects.

•  Strong knowledge of: Process safety principles & Risk assessment methodologies (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, QRA)

•  Familiar with international standards such as: API, ASME, NFPA,  IEC.

•  Experience using safety analysis tools (e.g., PHAST, ALOHA, Flare System Analyzer) is an advantage.

•  Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

•  Strong communication and facilitation skills (especially for HAZOP sessions).

•  Able to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

•  Good command of English (written and spoken).

7. Lead Warehouse:

Job Descriptions:

•  Lead and supervise all warehouse operations at project site, including receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials.

•  Ensure all incoming materials are properly checked against: Purchase Orders (PO), Packing Lists, Delivery documents.

•  Coordinate with Logistics Team (Head Office) regarding delivery schedules, shipment status, and discrepancies.

•  Manage proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials, especially for: Mechanical equipment, Piping material, Steel structures.

•  Oversee preparation and verification of: Material Receiving Report (MRR), Goods Receipt / Inventory records.

•  Control material issuance based on Material Request (MR) from construction team.

•  Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure alignment between physical stock and system (ERP/manual).

•  Lead and execute stock opname (cycle count / full inventory audit) periodically.

•  Identify and report any material discrepancies (shortage, damage, overage) and coordinate resolution with Procurement/Logistics.

•  Implement and maintain warehouse layout, labeling, and material identification system.

•  Ensure compliance with HSE standards in warehouse operations (safe stacking, lifting, housekeeping).

•  Supervise warehouse personnel (storeman, helper) and ensure discipline, productivity, and safety awareness.

•  Support project schedule by ensuring material availability and readiness for construction activities.

•  Prepare warehouse reports, KPIs, and material status updates for management.

Requirements:

•  Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse / material control, preferably in EPC / construction / oil & gas projects.

•  Proven experience in handling project materials (equipment, piping, structural steel, etc.).

•  Strong knowledge of: Inventory control & warehouse management, Material handling & preservation, Warehouse layout and organization

•  Familiar with project documents: PO, Packing List, MRR, MR

•  Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.

•  Strong leadership and team management skills.

•  Good coordination and communication skills with multi-discipline teams.

•  High attention to detail and ability to manage large volume of materials.

•  Intermediate English communication skills.

•  Willing to be placed at project site (remote area).

8. Finance Analyst

Job Descriptions:

•  Manage daily cash flow (cash inflow and outflow) to ensure sufficient company liquidity

•  Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow projections

•  Manage company banking facilities (working capital loans, credit lines, overdraft)

•  Handle the issuance, amendment, and monitoring of Letters of Credit (LC)

•  Process and monitor Bank Guarantees (Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Advance Payment Bond, etc.)

•  Analyze funding requirements and optimize the utilization of credit facilities

•  Monitor compliance with loan covenants and bank credit limits

•  Analyze cost of funds including interest, bank charges, and related fees

•  Maintain and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions

•  Prepare periodic treasury reports for management

•  Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Project teams regarding funding needs

•  Support internal and external audit processes related to treasury activities

Requirements:

•  Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering

•  Minimum 5 years of working experience in Treasury, Finance, Credit Analysis, or Banking

•  Strong understanding of cash flow management, bank credit facilities, and financial analysis

•  Experience or knowledge of LC and Bank Guarantee is an advantage

•  Able to analyze financial statements and cash flow

•  Good understanding of risk management and credit analysis

•  Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with banks

•  Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized

•  Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, basic financial modeling)

•  High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

•  Willing to be placed at Head Office

•  Fluent in English
