SPECIALIST – TRAINING SYSTEMS

Location: Jakarta

About the role

Reporting directly to the Superintendent Training Systems and Governance (based in Western Australia) you will form part of the team responsible for the support globally of the learning ecosystems. Acting as one of the subject matter experts, you will support platforms such as SuccessFactors, Cloud Assess, and Articulate, ensuring they operate effectively, meet business and compliance needs, and deliver a seamless user experience. This role also provides specialist support in Master Data Administration, maintaining high standards of data governance, integrity, and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Learning Systems Administration & Support

o Provide day-to-day administration and user support for learning systems (SuccessFactors Learning, Cloud Assess)

o Assist with system management and data setup

o Drive continuous improvement through system optimisation and user feedback

• Data Management & Integrity

o Perform data cleansing, validation, and reporting activities

o Maintain accurate system records (items, curricula, assignment profiles)

o Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with stakeholders

• Documentation & Content Management

o Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials

o Ensure compliance with Australian and Indonesian relevant regulatory standards

o Conduct mapping and gap analysis of training materials

o Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and alignment

• Stakeholder Engagement & Support

o Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support systems adoption

o Provide guidance on system functionality and reporting

o Support stakeholders in accessing and interpreting compliance and training data

• Technical Systems Support

• Audit system access and permissions to meet compliance requirements

• Deliver system training and guidance to end users

• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations

• Assist with rollout and adoption of new functionality

• Digital Learning Development

• Create and maintain engaging online learning content using Articulate, Cloud Assess, and SuccessFactors

• Ensure digital content meets training requirements and learner needs

Who we’re looking for?

• Experience administering or supporting Learning Management Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Cloud Assess)

• Strong technical capability across system management, data structures, and user administration

• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and support users effectively

• Experience with digital content tools (e.g. Articulate or similar)

• Strong data management skills, with experience in data cleansing and governance

• High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts

• Experience developing documentation, user guides, and training resources

• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Experience specifically with SuccessFactors Learning and/or Cloud Assess

• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, or data interfaces

• Familiarity with training and competency frameworks in regulated industries

• Understanding of Australian and Indonesian training compliance standards

• Experience in reporting and analytics (Excel, Power BI, LMS reporting tools)

• Exposure to system implementations and change initiatives

• Instructional design or digital learning development experience

• Experience in mining, construction, or similar industries
