PT Archi Indonesia Tbk is a pure-play gold mining company based in Indonesia, with a focus on gold operations in Indonesia and headquartered in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in North Sulawesi, PT Meares Soputan Mining / PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at the Toka Tindung Project, are currently seeking the following professionals to support our operational activities:
Mobile Maintenance Supt (Code : MMS/V/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
DUTIES :
• Ensure all heavy and light fleet equipment is operational and reliable.
• Monitor and control Physical Availability (PA) and Use of Availability (UA).
• Improve Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
• Lead the execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Review and approve maintenance plans prepared by supervisors.
• Manage and control the maintenance budget.
• Monitor cost per hour for each unit and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising reliability.
• Lead and manage Supervisors, Foremen, and Technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews, set individual targets, and develop team skills through training and coaching.
• Enforce a zero-harm safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, PTW, and JSA.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly fleet performance to the Maintenance Manager.
• Analyze downtime reports, failure trends, and CMMS data.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Mining/Production for equipment availability planning.
• Liaise with Warehouse/Procurement for parts and materials.
• Manage relationships with OEM vendors and contractors.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years as a Superintendent or similar role, with strong people management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in maintenance software and technical reporting.
• Engine systems (diesel, combustion cycle, cooling, lubrication)
• Powertrain & transmission (manual, automatic, torque converter)
• Hydraulic systems (open/closed circuit, cylinders, pumps, valves)
• Electrical & electronic systems (CAN bus, ECM/ECU, sensors)
• Brake & steering systems
• Undercarriage systems (for tracked equipment)
• Lifting Cranes (Grove 130, Terex Bendini 65T, Franna 20/25T)
• Hydraulic Excavators (Komatsu PC201)
• Flat back, light trucks, service trucks
• Light vehicles, buses, man haul & support fleet
• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
Superintendent Operation Mining (Code : SOM/V/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
DUTIES :
• Supervise all mining contractors to ensure safe and proper work practices in accordance with MSM & TTN HSE standards and good mining principles, aiming for zero fatalities and achieving safety KPIs.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met, and that labor and contractor equipment allocation is effective.
• Manage additional work beyond contractors’ regular duties, ensuring deadlines are met and minimizing rework.
• Provide clear and documented work instructions, and lead meetings with contractors.
• Communicate professionally with all contractors and internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership of work, resolve problems without creating new issues, and ensure all tasks are planned with clear procedures.
• Set an example in attitude, discipline, and professionalism in the field.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mining contractor operations.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Indonesian and English.
• Skilled in mining contract management, mine operations & ore control, heavy equipment productivity analysis, cost control, and knowledgeable of Ministerial Decree ESDM 1827k/30/MEM/2018.
• Strong managerial skills including planning, organizing, performance management, critical decision-making, conflict management, and negotiation.
• Minimum certifications: POP, safety leadership training, and incident investigation.
• Capable of innovative problem-solving and working in high physical and mental risk environments.
• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
Sr Geotech Engineer - Study & Improvement (Code : SGESI/V/26)
(Location : Toka Tindung)
DUTIES :
• Conduct geotechnical studies and feasibility assessments (FS) to support mine development and long-term planning.
• Develop and review geotechnical models, design parameters, and engineering recommendations for pit slopes, waste dumps, haul roads, and other mining infrastructure.
• Perform geotechnical analysis and evaluation using geological, geotechnical, hydrogeological, and laboratory data.
• Support trade-off studies, design optimization, and risk-based evaluations for project and operational improvements.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility study documentation, and engineering presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Identify geotechnical risks and recommend mitigation strategies during the study and design phases.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to slope design optimization, geotechnical standards, and engineering practices.
• Ensure all study outputs comply with company standards, engineering best practices, and government regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Mining, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining geotechnics.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Skilled in software such as Rocscience 2D & 3D, Sirovision, Leapfrog, Surpac, and MS Office.
• Experienced in planning and scheduling geotechnical studies, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated team leadership in geotechnical studies and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in geotechnical analysis, slope stability, feasibility studies, and preparation of comprehensive geotechnical reports.
• Possess POP certification and other relevant geotechnical certifications, such as CP or slope stability training.
• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
