Drill & Blast Jr Engineer (Code : DBJE/VII/26)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Support the Drill & Blast Engineer in ensuring drilling and blasting plans are executed safely and achieve production targets.

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor the Drill & Blast database, covering both technical and operational aspects.

• Monitor explosives consumption and support explosives management, inventory control, and administration.

• Prepare and analyze Drill & Blast reports, including air blast, ground vibration, fragmentation, and other blasting performance reports.

• Monitor drilling and blasting activities to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and operational procedures.

• Assist in evaluating blast performance and recommend improvements to optimize safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the achievement of mining production goals.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in drilling and/or blasting operations.

• Valid Class A Driver's License.

• Strong understanding of explosives characteristics and handling.

• Knowledge of QA/QC processes for drilling and blasting activities.

• Ability to operate drones for blast video analysis and fragmentation assessment.

• Proficient in mining software such as Surpac, WipFrag, and ShotPlus.

• Good understanding of drilling and blasting design principles, methods, and implementation.

• Knowledge of various drilling equipment and drill rig types used in mining operations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.

SUPPLY, CONTRACT & LOGISTICS SUPERINTENDENT

(Code : SCLS/VII/26)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Develop and implement Procurement, Contracting, and Logistics strategies to support project execution.

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, bid evaluation, commercial negotiation, and the issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts.

• Manage contract administration, including contract variations, claims, dispute resolution, and contract close-out.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, OEMs, contractors, and business partners.

• Conduct supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance monitoring in accordance with company standards.

• Manage expediting, material tracking, warehousing, inventory, and ensure the availability of materials and spare parts to support project execution.

• Oversee all logistics activities, including domestic and international shipments, customs clearance, import permits, and the distribution of materials to the project site.

• Ensure all Supply Chain activities comply with TKDN requirements, Indonesian regulations, company standards, and Good Corporate Governance principles.

• Identify and manage supply chain risks, including delivery delays, cost escalation, logistics disruptions, and material quality issues.

• Collaborate with the Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Project Controls teams to support commissioning, operational readiness, and project handover.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, or Logistics within the mining, EPC, mineral processing, or infrastructure industries.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

• Proven experience in managing major contracts, procurement of goods and services, and logistics for large-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of international procurement processes, contract management, expediting, import and export procedures, customs clearance, and warehouse management.

• Good understanding of TKDN requirements, procurement regulations, customs regulations, and other relevant Indonesian government regulations.

• Excellent negotiation, commercial analysis, leadership, communication, and risk management skills.

• Experience with ERP/SAP or Supply Chain Management systems is an advantage.

CIVIL ENGINEER (Code : CE/VII/26)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Prepare and support the development of civil engineering deliverables, including plot plans, general arrangement drawings, foundation designs, structural steel designs, earthworks, roads, drainage systems, and tailings-related civil infrastructure.

• Support the evaluation of plant location options and site selection studies.

• Assist in the selection, sizing, and specification of civil and structural components.

• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and constructability reviews from a civil engineering perspective.

• Prepare and review civil drawings, specifications, engineering calculations, and material take-offs during Feasibility, FEED, and Detailed Engineering Design phases.

• Support design optimization by applying constructability, operability, maintainability, and Safety in Design (SiD) principles.

• Identify geotechnical and foundation-related risks and assist in developing appropriate mitigation measures.

• Coordinate civil engineering interfaces with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams.

• Ensure civil engineering designs comply with Indonesian regulations (AMDAL, ESDM, SNI) and international standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, Eurocode).

• Provide engineering support during construction by reviewing method statements, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), and resolving site technical issues.

• Support the preparation of project schedules, cost estimates, and execution planning for civil works.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in mining, mineral processing, EPC, or heavy industrial projects.

• Experience in brownfield and/or greenfield projects is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of foundation design, structural steel, earthworks, drainage, roads, and industrial civil infrastructure.

• Understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and site investigation.

• Experience in Feasibility Study, FEED, Detailed Engineering Design, and/or construction phases.

• Familiar with SNI, ACI, AISC, ASCE, Eurocode, and relevant Indonesian regulations.

• Able to read and review engineering drawings, specifications, and design calculations.

• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent.

EARTHWORK & CIVIL ENGINEER SUPERINTENDENT (Code : ECES/VII/26)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Lead the overall planning, execution, quality control, safety performance, and delivery of all earthworks, civil infrastructure, and structural concrete works for the Toka Expansion Project.

• Supervise all earthworks activities including bulk excavation, cut & fill, grading, compaction, and embankment construction.

• Ensure earthworks activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and geotechnical recommendations.

• Manage material sourcing, borrow pits, and spoil disposal areas in compliance with environmental permits and project requirements.

• Oversee site clearing, topsoil stripping, and erosion & sediment control measures.

• Supervise construction of civil infrastructure including foundations, roads, drainage systems, ponds, bund walls, and access platforms.

• Ensure concrete works including foundations, slabs, pedestals, and structural elements meet project specifications and durability requirements.

• Coordinate with Structural Engineering teams regarding formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring sequences.

• Develop and maintain detailed 3-week and 90-day look-ahead schedules for earthworks and civil activities.

• Monitor daily and weekly progress to ensure alignment with the overall project master schedule.

• Identify and resolve field construction issues related to earthworks and civil works.

• Monitor earthworks and civil quantities, ensuring accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting.

• Implement and enforce project QA/QC requirements for all earthworks and civil activities.

• Conduct inspections and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality documentation.

• Champion safety performance and ensure compliance with project HSE standards and Indonesian regulations.

• Ensure environmental compliance, including erosion control, dust suppression, and AMDAL requirements.

• Coordinate closely with the Owner’s Engineering Team, engineering consultants, and contractors.

• Manage interfaces between civil/earthworks activities and other disciplines including Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and HV Infrastructure.

• Provide technical support and constructability input during FEED and Detailed Design phases.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for earthworks and civil activities.

• Maintain accurate records of as-built drawings, material test results, and survey data.

• Manage civil survey control and verification throughout project execution.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in large-scale mining or mineral processing projects.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor managing earthworks and civil construction activities.

• Strong experience in brownfield expansion projects, preferably within live operating mines or processing plants.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale earthworks volumes (500,000 m³ – 2 million m³) on schedule and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of earthworks methodologies, compaction standards, and geotechnical testing requirements.

• Strong understanding of concrete technology, formwork systems, reinforcement, and structural civil works.

• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.

• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software is an advantage.

• Fluent in spoken and written English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is mandatory.

• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent problem-solving ability under challenging project conditions.

• Willing to work on a rotational basis.

• Valid certifications such as POP/POM (preferred), First Aid, and relevant safety training.

LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Code : LME/VII/26)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Lead all mechanical engineering activities for the Toka Expansion Project from Feasibility Study, FEED, Detailed Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction, through Commissioning.

• Develop and maintain the Mechanical Basis of Design and Mechanical Engineering Execution Plan.

• Oversee the preparation and review of key engineering deliverables, including equipment specifications and datasheets, equipment lists, Piping Material Specifications (PMS), Plot Plans, General Arrangement Drawings, Material Take-Off (MTO), and technical bid evaluations.

• Ensure all mechanical designs comply with international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and applicable Indonesian regulations.

• Provide technical leadership during feasibility studies, including evaluation of plant location alternatives.

• Lead mechanical engineering activities during the FEED phase and ensure deliverables meet project schedule and cost estimate targets.

• Review engineering deliverables from consultants and contractors and coordinate with Process, Piping, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines.

• Ensure seamless brownfield integration between the existing operating plant and the expansion facilities.

• Provide mechanical engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

• Review and approve vendor drawings, installation procedures, and testing plans for critical mechanical equipment.

• Participate in technical evaluations and procurement of major mechanical equipment, including mills, crushers, pumps, thickeners, agitators, conveyors, and other process equipment.

• Manage the technical aspects of long-lead mechanical equipment procurement.

• Identify and mitigate mechanical engineering risks while ensuring compliance with Safety in Design (SiD), HAZOP, and QA/QC requirements.

• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost, quality, reliability, and maintainability.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in mechanical engineering for mineral processing or heavy industrial projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Mechanical Engineer on brownfield expansion projects.

• Strong experience with gold processing equipment, including mills, crushers, thickeners, pumps, agitators, conveyors, and other process equipment.

• Proven experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering Design for processing plant expansion projects.

• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ISO, and relevant Australian and Indonesian engineering standards.

• Previous experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is an advantage.

• Experience with brownfield tie-ins and modular construction is preferred.

• Proficient in SmartPlant 3D, AutoCAD, or equivalent engineering software.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Willing to work under a fixed-term project contract.

OPERATIONAL READINESS SUPT (Code : ORS/VII/26)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Support the development and execution of the Operational Readiness Plan in alignment with the overall project schedule.

• Coordinate operational readiness activities between the Project and Operations teams.

• Coordinate the development and review of operating procedures, emergency response plans, maintenance strategies, and operational systems.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and competency assessment of operations and maintenance personnel.

• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure effective training and knowledge transfer during commissioning.

• Participate in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Handover, and Ramp-up activities to ensure safe and reliable operational readiness.

• Identify and monitor operational risks while ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

• Monitor Operational Readiness KPIs and prepare regular progress reports.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline).

LEAD CIVIL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (Code : LCSE/VII/26)

DUTIES :

• Lead and oversee all civil and structural engineering activities for the expansion project, including evaluation of plant location alternatives.

• Develop and maintain the Civil & Structural Basis of Design.

• Review and approve key engineering deliverables, including Plot Plans, Foundation Drawings, Structural Steel Drawings, Earthworks Specifications, and Geotechnical Reports.

• Ensure all designs incorporate brownfield tie-in requirements while minimizing disruption to the existing operating plant.

• Lead constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews for the civil and structural scope.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the Feasibility Study, FEED, and Detailed Engineering Design phases.

• Coordinate with geotechnical consultants to ensure adequate site investigations and foundation designs.

• Review and manage civil/structural deliverables from engineering consultants and EPC contractors.

• Identify and manage long-lead civil and structural items.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (SNI, PUPR) and international standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocode, Australian Standards).

• Support AMDAL and environmental permitting activities from a civil and structural engineering perspective.

• Incorporate seismic design requirements appropriate for North Sulawesi.

• Act as the primary civil/structural interface between the Owner's Team, engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and Operations.

• Mentor and develop junior civil/structural engineers.

• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and project risk assessment workshops.

• Support project cost estimation, schedule development, and value engineering initiatives to optimize design, cost, and quality.

• Provide technical support during construction and resolve civil/structural engineering issues.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering.

• At least 8 years of experience in mining or mineral processing plant projects; gold processing experience is highly desirable.

• Proven experience as a Lead Civil/Structural Engineer on at least one major brownfield expansion project.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian design codes (SNI) and international standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocode, AS).

• Previous experience working in Indonesia, particularly in seismic regions such as Sulawesi, is an advantage.

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification is preferred.

• Previous experience working as part of an Owner's Team is preferred.

LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Code : LEE/VII/26)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES :

• Lead all electrical engineering activities throughout the Feasibility Study, FEED, Detailed Engineering Design, Construction, and Commissioning phases of the Toka Expansion Project.

• Develop and review the Electrical Basis of Design, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Load Lists, and electrical equipment specifications.

• Lead the design of High Voltage (HV) power systems, including integration with the existing plant, substations, and electrical distribution infrastructure.

• Ensure the proper selection, sizing, and specification of electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, motors, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), cables, and associated systems.

• Lead the electrical discipline during HAZID, HAZOP, and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) studies.

• Support the development of the Electrical FEED Scope of Work.

• Review and approve electrical engineering deliverables from engineering consultants and contractors.

• Drive design optimization through value engineering, constructability, and cost-effective solutions.

• Identify long-lead electrical equipment and support procurement strategy development.

• Manage electrical interfaces between the existing operating plant and the new expansion facilities (brownfield integration).

• Coordinate closely with Process, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, and Civil & Structural disciplines.

• Work with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure electrical system reliability, maintainability, and operability.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (PUIL, SPLN, ESDM, AMDAL) and international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC).

• Promote electrical safety, including hazardous area classification, arc flash studies, and compliance with project safety requirements.

• Provide technical support during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of the Owner's electrical engineering team.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in electrical engineering for mining or mineral processing projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead or Senior Electrical Engineer on expansion or brownfield projects.

• Strong experience with High Voltage (HV) power systems (up to 150 kV), substation design, and brownfield electrical integration.

• Previous experience working as part of an Owner's Team or Project Management Consultant (PMC) is preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian electrical standards (PUIL, SPLN) and international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC).

• Proficient in power system analysis software such as ETAP, PSCAD, DigSilent, or equivalent.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Willing to work at the North Sulawesi Project Site and Jakarta Office as required by the project.

• Willing to work under a fixed-term project contract.

• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
