The Martabe Gold Mine, located in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra, operates across 646.08 hectares as of December 2024. Since production began on 24 July 2012, the mine has processed over 6 million tonnes of ore annually, producing more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1–2 million ounces of silver annually.

The Martabe Gold Mine operates under a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) with the Indonesian Government. Initially spanning 6,560 km² in 1997, the concession area has been refined to 130,252 hectares (1,303 km²), encompassing South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal.

As of June 2025, mine’s mineral resources were estimated at 6.4 million ounces of gold and 58 million ounces of silver, while ore reserves were calculated at 3.56 million ounces of gold and 31 million ounces of silver.

To support our continued growth and operational excellence, Agincourt Resources is currently seeking a highly capable and motivated professional to join our IT & Systems team and contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.

ENGINEER – SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS (IT 2607019)

This position will be based at the Martabe Gold Mine Site within the IT & Systems Department and will report directly to the Superintendent – Systems Development & Operations.

The Engineer – System Development & Operations is responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting the company's systems and applications. The role focuses on delivering reliable application solutions, maintaining system performance and quality, and ensuring the continuity of both internally developed systems and solutions managed together with business partners.

Candidates for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer, with exposure to enterprise application development, system integration, and production support.

3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET, and Web API development.

4. Strong front-end development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, React.js and/or Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

5. Strong skills in database development, optimization, and data modeling across SQL and NoSQL platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other modern database technologies.

6. Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs, integrating enterprise applications, and working with third-party systems.

7. Experience using Git-based version control, collaborative development practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

8. Experience supporting and maintaining applications within Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure Services, Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and enterprise authentication solutions.

9. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, modern deployment practices, and production support within enterprise environments.

10. Good understanding of secure software development, authentication and authorization mechanisms, vulnerability management, and application security best practices.

11. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, implementation partners, business users, and technical stakeholders.

12. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and accountability skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and continuous improvement.
