Tuna FPSO Project Engineering & Construction Manager
(Tuna Floating Infrastructure Delivery Manager)
Purpose of Role:
Responsible for delivering, leading and managing the Floating Infrastructure element of the Tuna development project. This position has delegated accountability and the responsibility to:
• Deliver, lead and manage the Floating Infrastructure elements of development projects.
• Delivery of inputs from contributory functions and disciplines from project select gate to commencement of the production phase
• Ensuring that Floating Infrastructure elements of development projects are delivered in a safe, quality and environmentally conscious manner in line with budget and schedule commitments and other agreed project KPIs per phase of each project, all whilst ensuring maximum value is obtained for key stakeholders.
Whilst the initial role is specific to the Tuna PSC asset, the role shall also support the long-term strategic view of potential future developments within the Business Unit portfolio, additionally supporting the exploration function in the Identify Phase, proposing, costing, scheduling and evaluating development options, whilst offering innovative solutions to development challenges.
This position is critically required at the earliest stage to ensure effective Leadership and Coordination of the upcoming FPSO FEED Tender process which is planned to Commence in September 2026.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management. Preferably with a MSc in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent.
• Minimum 25 years experiences in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong focus on development of Offshore Floating Infrastructure (e.g., FPSO, FPU, FLNG), preferably covering FEED and EPC/EPCI Project Phases
• Minimum 10 years experiences in Managerial role for Offshore Project Development.
• Previous experience delivering Modified Bareboat Charter (MBC) and associated Operation & Maintenance (O&M) service agreements is an advantage.

Purpose of Role:
