11. Manager Tax & Advisor to VPBS

JOB ROLES

• Provide direction of tax planning and strategy development based on company business plan and target; review and evaluate tax implication on Company work plan and operations; in order to ensure Company tax strategy is implemented accurately and consistently and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

• Manage variety of tax implementation for Company taxable entities consist of tax payment, filing tax return, tax exemption, tax reporting (SPOP, etc.) and filing, and other tax matters; monitor and control tax report preparation; to ensure Company taxable entities meets its tax obligations and objectives.

• Manage in preparing tax report, in communicating with external parties (partners, consultants, etc.) and Government Tax Institution related tax matters; to ensure all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.

• Review and monitor tax audit process by Government Tax Institution; manage in following up and providing corrective action and solutions on tax audit findings; in order to ensure proper respond and corrective action to audit findings are implemented in the Company.

• Review and monitor tax objection process by Government Tax Institution and tax appeal process by Tax Court; manage in following up and providing corrective action and solutions on tax objection or appeal decision in order to ensure proper respond and corrective action to the objection or appeal decisions are implemented in the Company.

• Review and keep updating tax regulations, socialize the tax regulations to other departments and provide advice to INPEX Indonesia Management on tax matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations to the Company projects and activities; in order to minimize tax risks exposure and to ensure Company entities comply with the prevailing tax regulations.

• Select and manage ongoing relationships with Tax Consultant; maintain good relationship with Tax Office; evaluate Tax Consultant performances and working progress; to ensure the Company receives satisfactory standards of services and Tax Consultant working progress and assessment meet Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Tertiary degree in Finance & Accounting is preferred.

• Preferably, a minimum of 15 years with at least 12 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

 

12.  Senior Specialist Payroll Accounting

JOB ROLES

• Review and verify financial services transactions for corporate and administrative activities such as Travel Expense Settlement (TES),House Expense Settlement (HES) etc., and record into general ledger/accounting system; coordinate with related department and relevant parties for document and supporting document completeness; to ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accounting system in line with accounting standards and agreement with Joint Ventures and/or Partners.

• Monitor provision of Advance and Employee Loan etc., verify documents and supporting documents, values accuracy and validity,conduct Payment Request registration process and distribute the documents to the relevant parties for payment approval; coordinate and monitor approval status and update data in the system; to ensure verification of payment request meet Company policy and procedures.

• Monitor outstanding balance such as A/P, A/R, and Advance, Employee Loan coordinate with the related parties to be settled for financial services transactions related to corporate and administrative activities, in order to minimize outstanding of balance status, and settlement of financial transactions comply with Company policy and procedures.

• Support monthly financial closing by preparing closing files such as common cost allocation, internal cost charging etc.; to ensure financial transaction data closing in line with Company policy and procedures and accounting standard.

• Develop and prepare accounting report for employees related such as expatriate related issue, secondee related issue, etc., to ensure accounting report availability and submission within the timeframe and financial report is accurate and reliable as a base of taking decision.

• Other supporting tasks in Finance Department include but not limited to journal filing, handling payroll confidential data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Preferably, a minimum 10 years of experience.

 

13.  Senior Specialist Treasury

JOB ROLES

• Control and monitor to develop financial plan based on Company business target and plan, payment terms forecast, and funding availability; monitor and control cash flow status, cost expenditures and idle fund; to ensure availability of reliable financial planning and sufficient cash flow for planned financial transaction.

• Review and monitor payment request, document completeness, required approval, and determine payment schedule (A/P aging schedule); monitor and control disbursement payment to the third party, employees, inter-company and ventures, review payment status, and provide solutions on any payment issues; to ensure payment process in accordance with payment schedule and comply with Company policy and procedures.

• Coordinate, monitor, and control petty cash and cash in bank; coordinate in preparing petty cash transactions daily report; review and control the balance of petty cash and cash in bank on daily basis against accounting data and statement; conduct reconciliation of petty cash and cash in bank in accordance with Company policy and procedures; to ensure well-controlled petty cash and cash in bank.

• Monitor cash position/cash flow status, available fund and Cash Call, propose acquiring fund if necessary, and invest the surplus fund in time deposit or other investment products based on finance standards, policy and procedures; coordinate and monitor to prepare internal and external finance report for cash position/cash flow; to ensure well-managed cash flow utilization.

• Review and monitor bank accounts opening/closing, checking, and security implementation; coordinate and monitor administration of petty cash in safety box and company vault; monitor identification of inappropriate data and coordinate data reconciliation with related parties; to ensure implementation of bank account security procedures and well-monitoring of petty cash utilization and administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Preferably, a minimum of 10 years experiences.

 

14.  Manager Digital Strategy & Planning

JOB ROLES

• Strategic Planning & Risk Management

o Develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and enterprise-wide digitalization initiatives.

o Define performance standards and lead execution of development, ongoing initiatives, and operational programs.

o Assess and manage associated risks to ensure alignment with INPEX’s business strategy and direction.

• Digital Infrastructure & Solutions Optimization

o Lead the review, design, and implementation of digital infrastructure and telecommunications systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.

o Establish continuous improvement programs and ensure system integrity and cost-effectiveness.

o Manage resources to support seamless deployment and operations meets business needs.

• Operations & Performance Monitoring

o Oversee daily operations of digital infrastructure and digitalization processes.

o Evaluate performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user satisfaction.

o Coordinate maintenance plans and prepare performance reports.

• Budgeting & Regulatory Compliance

o Coordinate preparation and submission of annual WP&B and AFE documentation.

o Manage approval processes with headquarters, partners, and regulators.

o Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Contractor & Service Management

o Review and recommend digital services and oversee contractor performance.

o Collaborate with SCM and other departments to ensure quality and contractual compliance.

• Demand Management & Digitalization Initiatives

o Collect and assess digitalization demands across departments.

o Initiate and support business process transformation through digital solutions.

o Ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and operational readiness.

• Collaboration & Problem Solving

o Foster teamwork within the IMT department to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

o Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring digital solutions are implemented on schedule and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or higher degree (master or relevant experience) in Informatics, Engineering/Science, Digital, Process Control or related discipline.

• Preferably tertiary degree, relevant certification from prominent institutions for digital related topics is preferred.

• Preferably, a minimum of 15 years’ experience. Having experience in Oil & Gas Company/Industry is preferred.

 

15.  Specialist Compliance

JOB ROLES

• Implement the whistle-blowing system as methods/ systems to detect irregularities/ violation of company policies and Government laws and regulations.

• Perform the implementation and compliance of Company code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy and procedures, business ethics, other Company policies in INPEX Indonesia, as well as government laws and regulations.  

• Implement program of prevention measures such as compliance awareness/values/culture campaign including implementation and socialization initiatives and programs; monitor and evaluate work progress and provide solution on any emerging issues during implementation and socialization; in order to achieve optimum compliance culture.

• Support conduct of investigation on alleged irregularities/violation and applied confidential treatment during investigation process in line with Company policy and procedures and government laws and regulations.

• Improve compliance sustainability, performance monitoring, conduct continuous improvement on the detection and investigation to meet international standard and best practices, as well as continuous improvement program of compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines.

• Preferably 5 - 10 years of experiences with at least 2 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

 

16.  Specialist Marketing

JOB ROLES

• Review and analyze data, information, rules, regulation and trends as  well as INPEX Indonesia company guidelines related to oil & gas sales;  Prepare oil & gas sales & marketing guidance and standard that includes finalize pricing models, bidding models and contractual documentation standards related to oil & gas sales in order to ensure availability of guidance and standards drafts in oil & gas sales process.

• Prepare data analysis of international and domestic oil & gas market; Review and recommend oil & gas market data analysis report/result;  Prepare and report list of oil & gas sales opportunities all to generate oil & gas sales opportunities. 

• Analyze potential customers’ characteristics; Analyze, prepare and recommend list of potential customers; Monitor and conduct risk management process on oil & gas sales; in order to ensure oil & gas sales and marketing have comprehensive data and information regarding potential customer and reduce/minimize unpredictable risks on oil & gas sales and marketing. 

• Implement oil & gas sales and marketing strategy to attract potential customers and get their engagement as well as maintain current customers; Prepare regular report on strategy implementation;  Collect and compile data regarding oil & gas revenue regularly  to ensure oil & gas sales and marketing achieve the target and as a part of continuous improvement in oil & gas marketing.

• Learn and understand oil & gas sales agreement and its implementation; Monitor and report  the processes of assuring the delivery of oil & gas as per sales contract, invoicing and collection; Prepare and monitor oil & gas sales agreement administration process; in  order to ensure all oil & gas sales implement the agreed contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering Sciences related to Oil and Gas Industry.

• Preferably, a minimum of 6 years work experiences.
