HVAC Lead Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate HVAC engineering design activities for assigned projects or specific project scopes.

2. Define and maintain clear project scope requirements and coordinate any scope modifications through the established change management process.

3. Review project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards, and participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance.

4. Support project planning and execution by engaging in relevant meetings, preparing progress reports, and performing necessary quality assurance and design verification activities.

5. Design HVAC systems for commercial buildings and industrial projects, including associated power supply and control systems.

6. Develop HVAC engineering deliverables, including design basis, specifications, datasheets,  Ducting Instrumentation Diagram (D&ID), calculations, layout drawings, ducting drawings, and other design documents, as part of project design and documentation requirements.

7. Prepare technical requisition, bid evaluation, and Material Take Off (MTO).

8. Perform heating and cooling load analyses using Carrier HAP software.

9. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including process, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control, to achieve fully integrated system design and execution.

10. Lead the preparation of technical input during bidding activities and support execution to meet defined timelines and cost targets.

11. Provide technical input and support throughout procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

12. Assist in testing and commissioning activities, including site visits and surveys, and provide technical support during construction by addressing site queries and reviewing on-site conditions.

13. Proactively identify technical issues and risks and take both corrective and preventive actions to resolve and mitigate them.

14. Contribute to continuous improvement within the discipline and organization, including development of work instructions, design guidelines, and value engineering initiatives.

15. Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to junior and intermediate engineers to build team capability and competencies.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or HVAC engineering.

2. Minimum of 9 years of experience in engineering consultant, EPC contractor or HVAC vendor.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as lead engineers or other project management positions.

4. Experience in bidding and project execution activities.

5. Experience in FEED is an advantage.

6. Good understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals.

7. Ability to perform HVAC cooling capacity calculations, pressure drop calculations, and duct sizing.

HVAC Check Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the HVAC Lead Engineer to align the design scope and objectives.

2. Review project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards, and participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance.

3. Support project planning and execution by engaging in relevant meetings, performing necessary quality assurance and design verification activities.

Civil and Structure Check Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Civil & Structure Lead Engineer to align the design scope and objectives.

2. Review project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards, and participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance.

3. Support project planning and execution by engaging in relevant meetings, performing necessary quality assurance and design verification activities.

4. Assist in developing civil and structural design deliverables (Engineering Drawing Index/List).

5. Prepare technical specifications and general civil structures design requirements.

6. Prepare and review the calculation sheets, models, design drawing, and other design documents.

7. Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.

8. Review and manage the bill of quantities for materials.

9. Ensure all the design results follow construction safety guidelines.

10. Ensure all designs compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.

11. Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.

12. Coordinate and supervise multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver project milestones successfully.

13. Supervise and coach design engineers.

14. Contribute to the preparation of technical input during bidding activities and support execution to meet defined timelines and cost targets.

15. Proactively identify technical issues and risks and take both corrective and preventive actions to resolve and mitigate them.

16. Support continuous improvement of the department and the Company (development of document templates, guidelines, clarification of interfaces etc.)

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.

2. Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience with at least 5 years in oil and gas industry or industrial plant project.

3. Technically knowledgeable of the practical application of structural engineering including analysis for structural supports, loads, and design integrity.

4. Strong knowledge of EPC process execution (FEED, basic engineering design, detailed engineering design, procurement, construction)

5. With experiences in general civil engineering and structural design, such as road & paving, storm water drainage system, static & dynamic equipment foundations, building and shelter structures, piperack structures, equipment supporting structures, R.C storage tank & basin.

6. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local legal regulations.

7. Software Skills: (1) EXCEL; (2) PowerPoint; (3) WORD; (4) Auto CAD; (5) REVIT; (6) SAP 2000 or STAAD Pro; Foundation Mat 3D & F3D.

8. Familiarity with design codes and standards such as SNI, IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI 318.

Architecture Check Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare architectural design drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents.

2. Independently execute assigned engineering scope and deliverables.

3. Coordinate architectural works with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

4. Review project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable codes/standards.

5. Perform design calculations, technical studies, and material selection.

6. Support construction activities by responding to technical queries and reviewing site conditions.

7. Participate in design review meetings and technical discussions.

8. Ensure quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables before submission.

9. Monitor assigned engineering schedules and report progress status.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering; Master’s Degree is an advantage.

2. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in architectural design, industrial, data center, or large-scale development projects; experience in EPC projects is an advantage.

3. Good understanding of design coordination, technical documentation, building regulations, and construction processes.

4. Proven experience leading architecture teams or coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM coordination or other relevant architectural design tools.

Project Procurement Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and implement procurement procedures.

2. Conduct vendor prequalification and maintain the Qualified Vendor List (QVL).

3. Develop Project Procurement Plan in accordance with project requirements and schedules.

4. Identify procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies considering market volatility, material price escalation, and project complexity.

5. Prepare commercial inquiries, tender packages, and bid documents for subcontractor work scopes.

6. Execute strategic sourcing, procurement, and purchasing activities for project materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.

7. Conduct detailed Commercial Bid Evaluations (CBE) and bid clarifications for subcontractors and vendors.

8. Prepare and present commercial evaluations and cost breakdowns to higher management during bid review and award recommendations.

9. Lead commercial negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.

10. Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and draft Subcontract Agreements in accordance with company procedures.

11. Ensure all procured materials, equipment, and services comply with Purchase Order specifications, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.

12. Develop expediting plans and monitor vendors' manufacturing progress to ensure compliance with project schedules.

13. Monitor and expedite Purchase Orders throughout the procurement cycle, including engineering, material procurement, fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, and shipment.

14. Identify potential delivery delays and implement corrective actions to minimize impacts on project schedules.

15. Support claims, variation orders, and commercial discussions related to procurement and subcontracting.

16. Maintain complete procurement records and documentation for audit and project close-out.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimating for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Lead Engineer to align the design scope and objectives.

2. Review project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards, and participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance.

3. Support project planning and execution by engaging in relevant meetings, performing necessary quality assurance and design verification activities.

4. Develop philosophies and specifications for fire protection systems (active/passive).

5. Develop and review engineering documents, including piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), fire water demand, fire protection layout drawings, fire alarm layout drawings, fire protection equipment specifications and datasheets.

6. Conduct hydraulic calculation using PIPENET software.

7. Prepare technical requisition and bid evaluation.

8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control, to achieve fully integrated system design and execution.

9. Contribute to the preparation of technical input during bidding activities and support execution to meet defined timelines and cost targets.

3. Support project planning and execution by engaging in relevant meetings, performing necessary quality assurance and design verification activities.

4. Carry out engineering design for various mechanical rotary equipment such as pumps, compressors, agitators, fans, blowers, etc.

5. Develop and review engineering documents, including specifications, datasheets, and other design documents, as part of project design and documentation requirements.

6. Prepare technical requisition and bid evaluation.

7. Review and comment on vendor’s documents.

8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including process, piping, electrical, civil, instrumentation and control, to achieve fully integrated system design and execution.

9. Contribute to the preparation of technical input during bidding activities and support execution to meet defined timelines and cost targets.

10. Provide technical input and support throughout procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

11. Assist in testing and commissioning activities, including site visits and surveys, factory acceptance test, and provide technical support during construction by addressing site queries and reviewing on-site conditions.

Geotechnical Check Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Having capable of providing assessment and management data regarding soil condition for the project.

2. Having capable of providing scope of work, technical specifications for soil investigation Work Activity.

3. Having capable of providing pile bearing capacity for shallow and deep foundation (Allowable pile compression capacity, Allowable pile lateral capacity and Allow pile tension capacity, conduct slope stability).

4. Having Capable to analysis and recommend best soil improvement, Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.

2. Minimum 6 - 8 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in Geotechnical Consultant or EPC.

3. Proficiency with geotechnical software such as Plaxis 3D & 2D, Ensoft Group, and any other geotechnic software.

4. Strong analytical and technical reporting skills.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

6. Willingness to travel to sites when required.

7. Mastering soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and other geotechnical Structure designs (Deep & shallow foundation, slope stability, excavation support, Retaining wall, Underground structure, etc)

8. Familiarity with design codes and standards such as SNI, IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ASTM and ACI 318.

9. A certificate of competence with qualification Associate Expert in Geotechnical Engineer is preferred.
