1. MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION MANAGER

MTE-MGR

Estimated Mobilization: Mid Sep 2026

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum 10 years working experience in the same position.

2. Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.

3. English proficiency both verbal and written.

4. Computer literate.

5. Relevant technical knowledge.

6. Problem-solving skills.

7. Life surrounding East Java is preferable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of the project, maintenance, and inspection.

2. Responsible for HSE implementation and accidents prevention.

3. Join daily meetings with client to confirm the daily status of maintenance and projects.

4. Prepare working shift schedule and cost estimation for maintenance & inspection.

5. Prepare the subcontract agreement.

6. Coordinate with subcontractor for material purchase request from customer

7. Ensure resource availability and allocation.

8. Checking, reviewing, and approving the proposal before signed by Project Manager.

9. Checking, reviewing, and approving the work order for the subcontractor before signed by Project Manager.

10. Checking, reviewing, and approving the work order from the client before signed by Project Manager.

11. Control the budget and evaluate project performance by checking the cost report provided by project control

12. Prepare the invoice issuance request list and send it to finance & accounting to issue the invoice officially.

13. Prepare weekly report and send it to Project Manager.

14. Responsible for recruitment of new employees or replacements at the site office by collaborating with HR at Head Office.

15. Checking and reviewing SHE plans.

16. Checking and reviewing engineering drawings from subcontractors.

17. Managing relationships with client and subcontractors.

2. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

MEC-MTE

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4/D3/Polytechnic) in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.

2. Having experience 3 years in Mechanical Maintenance is a must.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Extensive knowledge and expertise in the maintenance of various mechanical systems, including but not limited to pumps, blowers, tanks, piping systems, hydraulic units, chain conveyors, filter press, package boiler, diesel engine, furnace, crusher, bag filter. This role involves conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure these critical pieces of equipment operate at peak efficiency and reliability

2. Participate in daily meetings with clients and subcontractors to review and confirm the status of ongoing work activities.

3. Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure safe and timely completion of maintenance tasks within established schedules.

4. Conduct daily preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.

5. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

6. Confirm that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe manner, adhering to company and regulatory safety standards.

7. Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper safety measures are in place before commencement of work.

8. Control and oversee the inventory of spare parts, ensuring that critical components are readily available.

9. Accurately fill out and maintain daily reports of maintenance activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.

3. MECHANICAL INSPECTION SUPERVISOR

MEC-INS

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Having experience 5 years in Mechanical Inspection is a must.

3. Solid knowledge as many of with mechanical inspection equipment.

4. Solid knowledge of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) / Certified as ASNT Level 2 of MT/PT and UT is preferable.

5. Solid knowledge of tribology.

6. English proficiency both verbal and written.

7. Shall be capable of delivering clear, concise inspection reports with minimal delay

8. Computer literate.

3. To conduct scheduled/routine, shutdown and, occasional/requested inspection.

4. To assist inspection by third party.

5. To confirm safe condition for the Works.

6. To maintain tools in good condition.

7. To maintain 5S principle.

8. To clean up the area after completion of the work.

4. ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

ELC – MTE

Estimated Mobilization: Mid Oct 2026

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4/D3) in Electrical Engineering.

2. Having experience 3 years in Electrical Maintenance is a must.

3. Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, and MCCs (Motor Control Centers).

4. Strong knowledge on electrical installation and protection.

5. English proficiency both verbal and written.

6. Computer literate with proficiency in maintenance-related software, including MS Office.

7. Life surrounding East Java: Gresik, Lamongan, Surabaya, Sidoarjo.

8. Applicants must be willing to work in Gresik, East Java.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule based on the actual condition of equipment and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations.

2. Ensure the reliability of power supply from the source (PLN/Genset) up to the Medium Voltage (MV, 6-20 kV) and Low Voltage (LV, 380/220V) distribution levels through maintenance and testing of power transformers, switchgear (ACB, VCB, MCCB), Motor Control Centers (MCC), grounding systems, as well as performing thermographic inspections and protection system testing.

3. Maintain the electrical and control systems of critical plant equipment, including Furnaces/Reverbs/Converters (power supply, electrodes, cooling systems), large electric motors and their drives (blowers, slurry pumps), and heating systems (induction/resistance). This includes activities such as motor bearing replacement, and insulation testing.

4. Responsible for the maintenance of drive systems (VSD/VFD), servo motors, as well as the management and tuning of process control loops (PID tuning).

5. Handle electrical emergencies (trips, blackouts, ground faults) quickly and safely to restore operations. for electrical equipment failures, such as insulation failure, harmonic distortion, or current imbalance.

6. Maintain technical documentation: single line diagrams (SLD), ladder diagrams, equipment data sheets.

7. Create failure analysis reports and system performance reports.

5. ELECTRICAL INSPECTION SUPERVISOR

ELC-INS

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4/D3/Polytechnic) in Electrical Engineering.

2. Having experience 4 years in Electrical Inspection is a must.

3. Solid knowledge about inspection of motor and its local control station, compressor, fan, MCC switchgear system, battery, lightning protection installation, etc.

4. Familiar with Dry-type Transformer, 6.6/0.42 kV, 2000/2800 kVA, LV and MV inspection.

5. English proficiency both verbal and written.

6. Computer literate.

7. Life surrounding East Java: Gresik, Lamongan, Surabaya, Sidoarjo.

8. Applicants must be willing to work in Gresik, East Java.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform routine condition-based monitoring to detect early signs of problems, by applying Infrared thermography to detect any hot spots, measuring transformer winding temperature and monitoring cooling systems, checking unbalanced current and power quality of line power systems, Insulation thickness measurement and dielectric testing (oil sampling), measuring motor noise level, recording motor vibration level.

2. Create a comprehensive Master Plan and inspection schedule for electrical systems, covering all voltage levels (MV, LV) and all types of equipment, while considering production cycles, OEM recommendations, equipment history, and regulations.

3. Lead and perform routine and specialized thermographic surveys on all critical equipment, such as MV/LV switchgear (ACB, VCB), connection points, transformers, motor starters, capacitor banks, and distribution panels.

4. Oversee and/or perform diagnostic testing, including Insulation Resistance Tests (Megger Test), Polarization Index (PI), Tan Delta Testing for transformers and MV cables, and Power Quality Analysis (harmonics, unbalance, power factor), etc.

5. Perform periodic functional tests of protection equipment and interlock systems.

6. Issue clear and technical Work Requests or Notification of Findings to the Electrical Maintenance Team for repair, maintenance, or replacement actions.

7. Ensure that all inspection measuring instruments (thermal imagers, ultrasound detectors, PD detectors) are calibrated according to national/international standards and used with the correct methodology.

8. Analyse historical data to identify degradation patterns, determine the degradation rate, and recommend optimal inspection/testing intervals.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) OFFICER

HSE-OFC

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Safety or Engineering.

2. Having experience 3-5 years in the related field is required for this position.

3. VALID certification in safety skills is MANDATORY

4. Hold least AK3 UMUM certification

5. Has knowledge about JSA, HIRADC, P2K3, and SMK3 and fluent in making safety documents.

6. English proficiency both verbal and written.

7. Computer literate.

8. Life surrounding East Java: Gresik, Lamongan, Surabaya, Sidoarjo.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with project management, Client, to ensure the effective coordination and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, guidelines, and procedures.

2. Monitor and review all safety-related documents, including risk assessments, safety reports, and compliance checklists, ensuring they remain current and accessible.

3. Actively track and address any safety-related issues, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping

4. Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of HSE plans submitted by subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

5. Proactively identify potential hazards within the work environment and initiate immediate reporting to project superiors when dangerous situations are encountered.

6. Take initial corrective actions to mitigate risks and prevent secondary incidents, ensuring all personnel are informed and alerted to potential dangers.

7. Develop and implement an agenda for HSE socialization sessions in the field, effectively communicating HSE regulations and expectations.

8. Conduct regular training sessions focused on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work practices, and emergency procedures.

9. Facilitate daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety topics, review site conditions, and encourage open communication regarding health and safety concerns.

10. Collaborate with subcontractor safety officers to conduct daily safety patrols assessing compliance with HSE regulations and identifying any safety deficiencies.

11. Complete and finalize all accident/incident investigation reports, ensuring that findings are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders to promote learning and improve safety practices.

12. Proactively coordinate with customers on safety regulations and address all safety-related matters to ensure compliance and effective communication.

7. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

PJE-ADM

QUALIFICATION

1. Have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

3. English proficiency both verbal and written.

4. Proficient in office software (MS Office, Excel calculation and report, Google Workspace)

5. Experience with project administration or in a similar industry is a plus.

6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.

7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Schedule and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes; follow up on action items to ensure execution.

6. Organize travel logistics for project personnel, including bookings and accommodation.

7. Manage home leave processes, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.

8. Collect project personnel time sheets and submit to HR Head Office; ensure accuracy and compliance.

9. Coordinate with various departments to support project objectives and implement adherence to company policies.

10. Assist with HR initiatives related to onboarding, training, and employee welfare; maintain employee records.

11. Facilitate communication between employees and HR regarding personnel issues or inquiries.

12. Stay informed about industry best practices and contribute to enhancing administrative functions.

13. Manage purchasing for the team's needs and be able to negotiate with vendors.

14. Manage transportation schedules and Checking drivers’ timesheet.
