As we continue to advance our exploration and resource development programs, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geologist to join our team.

Position : Geologist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (S1/S2) in Geological Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the mining industry, preferably in gold exploration and mining projects.

• Strong understanding of geological mapping, structural geology, mineral exploration, drilling programs, sampling, and resource evaluation.

• Experienced in geological modeling, interpretation, and database management.

• Familiar with geological software such as Micromine, Leapfrog, Surpac, ArcGIS, QGIS, or other relevant applications.

• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations, Good Mining Practice, and geological reporting standards.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Physically fit and willing to work on-site with a roster schedule as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and supervise geological exploration activities, including mapping, sampling, trenching, drilling, logging, and geological evaluation.

• Analyze geological, geochemical, geophysical, and drilling data to identify mineralization potential and exploration targets.

• Develop geological models and provide technical interpretation to support exploration and mining operations.

• Prepare technical reports, exploration updates, geological maps, cross sections, and supporting documentation.

• Support resource estimation and provide geological input for mine planning activities.

• Coordinate exploration programs with drilling contractors, laboratories, consultants, and internal operational teams.

• Ensure geological databases are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

• Monitor exploration progress and recommend strategies to optimize exploration
