PT Archi Indonesia Tbk is a pure-play gold mining company based in Indonesia, with a focus on gold operations in Indonesia and headquartered in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in North Sulawesi, PT Meares Soputan Mining / PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at the Toka Tindung Project, are currently seeking the following professionals to support our operational activities:

 

METALLURGIST TECH LH (Code : MTLH/VIII/26)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

  DUTIES :

• Coordinate daily activities within the Metallurgy Laboratory, including sampling, sample preparation, analysis, and metallurgical testwork.

• Supervise and provide guidance to Metallurgy Technicians to ensure work is carried out safely, accurately, and in accordance with procedures.

• Ensure sample integrity, accuracy of analytical results, and timely reporting to the Metallurgy and Operations teams.

• Provide technical support to Operations in process activities and the collection of metallurgical performance data.

• Coordinate the use of laboratory equipment, reagents, consumables, and other operational requirements.

• Liaise with the Assay Laboratory regarding sample submission and analytical results.

• Conduct and coordinate metallurgical testwork to support process optimisation.

• Provide training, mentoring, and performance monitoring for Metallurgy Technicians.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and competency/skill matrices.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards, housekeeping requirements, and Company policies.

• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

     REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mineral processing, with significant exposure to gold processing operations.

• Experience in metallurgical laboratory activities, sampling, analysis, and metallurgical testwork.

• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

• Previous experience in a gold processing laboratory is an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Good understanding of HSE, environmental requirements, SOPs, and statutory regulations.

• Ability to evaluate test results, metallurgical data, and KPIs.

• Strong problem-solving, time management, communication, and process improvement skills.

• Honest, disciplined, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a multinational team.

• Willing and ready to be assigned to the Toka Tindung Site.

• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
