PT Archi Indonesia Tbk is a pure-play gold mining company based in Indonesia, with a focus on gold operations in Indonesia and headquartered in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in North Sulawesi, PT Meares Soputan Mining / PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at the Toka Tindung Project, are currently seeking the following professionals to support our operational activities:

RESOURCES GEOLOGIST (Code : RG/VIII/26)

(Location: Toka Tindung)

DUTIES:

• Implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and actively participate in HSE initiatives and programs.

• Analyze, validate, and maintain geological databases and supporting information for resource estimation, including collar, survey, assay, density, lithology, alteration, oxidation, and structural data.

• Develop and update geological interpretations, including lithology, alteration, oxidation, mineralization, and estimation domains for resource modelling.

• Conduct geostatistical analysis, variography modelling, estimation parameter development, resource estimation, and block model validation.

• Assess geological continuity, drill spacing, estimation confidence, and support Mineral Resource classification activities.

• Prepare technical reports, resource updates, reconciliation reviews, government submissions, and supporting documentation for Mineral Resource reporting.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Junior Resource Geologists while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Resource Section.

• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in mineral resource modelling and estimation, metal exploration, or mining geology.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experienced in geological/mining software such as Micromine, Surpac, Leapfrog, or equivalent.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of GIS and geological database management.

• Basic programming and data analysis skills (Python, SQL, R, or equivalent analytical tools) are an advantage.

• Holder of POP (First Operational Supervisor) certification.

• Geological Modelling or Resource Estimation training is preferred.

• Exposure to KCMI/JORC reporting standards is preferred.

• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
