We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

TRAINING SPECIALIST (MECHANICAL & AE/ELECTRIC)
(Assignment: Site Based)

To provide training program and assessment for PTP Asset maintenance personnel, of mechanical & Auto-electrical/electronic trades, to ensure the personnel supervised are skilled up towards the identified competencies for the personnel’s position, as well as to perform relief job roles for site training coordinator where necessary, and to comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Apprenticeship graduate for Cert. III in Engineering of both electrical/electronic & mechanical trades –preferably holding Cert. IV in Training & Assessment 
• Minimal 5 year of experiences delivering diesel fitting skills (e.g. electrical/electronic & mechanical) training on HE maintenance where at high risk industry in Mining or Oil & Gas Company 
• Good Leadership & communication/presentation skill –preferably having a minimum of 3 years previous supervisory roles/job experienced 
• Good knowledge about the Heavy Equipment and earth-moving process 
• Good communication in English –both verbal and writing
• High level of computer literacy 
• Willing to travel to all company’s project sites
• Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.
• Willing to be place on all sites.

Responsibilities:
• Implement relevant PTP HSE policies & procedures IN ORDER TO ensure that operations run without interruption due to HSE issues.
• Develop, review and implement Mechanical and Auto-electrical/electronic Training and Assessment processes, and ensure its implementations in accordance with PTP training procedures at project sites.
• Assist the site Training Coordinators to conduct TNA, site delivery of training, supervision for on-job training, personnel screening/selection IN ORDER TO ensure that technical trades training is conducted in order to satisfy site PTP requirements.
• Develop and review Mechanical & Auto-electrical/electronic training modules, and assessments, in order to maintain the quality always meet the requirements for project sites.
• Deliver effective Mechanical & Auto-electrical/ electronic training in accordance with Company Policies and Regulation IN ORDER TO maintain and upgrade all Auto-electrician competency levels in accordance with position competency requirements.
• Monitor post training performance of Asset personnel conducting Mechanical & Auto-electrical/ electronic maintenance activities IN ORDER TO ensure that the training has been conducted effectively 
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly training report and then submit it to the Training Superintendent

PURCHASING OFFICER
(Assignment: Balikpapan Based)

Process, control and monitor the Purchase Order (PO) until goods and / or services delivered completely to User (Requestor) and Project. Closely coordinate within Procurement group, Logistics and Warehouse on daily basis, in order to support company in terms of delivering good practice (QCDSM) to Supply Chain Management process which conforms to business ethics and company’s procedures.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree or bachelor degree in Economics or Administration or Engineering
• Min 2 (two) years’ experience as a Procurement / Purchasing Admin
• Administration aptitude and or strong general economical skills
• Sound knowledge of Supply Chain Management
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Strong computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related applications
• Having experiences with ERP system is an advantage, but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good time management and target oriented
• Good behaviour, open, honest, and proactive personality
• Good team work 
• Having good HSE Awareness.

Responsibilities:
• Generate Purchase Requisition (PR) to be Purchase Order (PO) through ERP system
• Search vendor and product (goods or service) as per specification required at locally and abroad sources
• Negotiate price, discount, delivery term and other commercial term and condition to achieve the best quality, cost, delivery, safety and moral (QCDSM)
• Generate PO Evaluation Sheet (POES) or Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE)
• Monitor PO approval process in ERP System
• Issue approved PO to vendor and ensure PO acceptance from vendor
• Expedite PO and monitor the process until service and / or good is delivered as commitment 
• Maintain commercial filing document (i.e. PO, Quotation, POES / CBE, NOA, LOI, MoM, Official letter, etc.) 
• Coordinate with Procurement Team to provide contract in order to comply of legal and SCM procedure 
• Conduct Vendor Evaluation Performance (VPE). Gather and compile accurate data and information regarding the vendor database in order to review the quality of vendor
• Actively contribute to a team culture where all employees are responsible for their own and co-worker Health, Safety and Environmental, keep work area clean and tidy, take corrective action on all hazardous situations in order to maintain a safety, health and environment at all times
• Uphold procurement business ethics and take ownership of every single deal for company benefit to ensure the adherence of overall company’s business ethics
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

HSE TRAINING SPECIALIST
(Assignment: Tabang Project, Kalimantan)

Develop, deliver, measure and evaluate HSE Technical Training program and its implementation to ensure that personnel’s Health/Safety knowledge & work practices in compliance with PTP HSE policies, Government regulation, and other legal requirements, through involvement of HSE site teams.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-years experienced trainer in HSE implementation at high risk mining & construction industries.
• Preferably 3 years minimum experienced HSE officer/coordinator in Mining & Construction.
• Preferably Certificate IV TAE, ToT, AK3, POP and POM certified from goverment.
• Good knowledge of Accident prevention & investigation, Risk Assessment, HSE procedures, Audit process, Emergency Response and Rescue, First Aid and other controls of incident loss. 
• Computer literacy (e.g. standard MS. Office & database).
• Good Leadership, presentation/assessment skills and English communication in verbal and writing.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver face-to-face training of HSE training programs as per plan/request of proper notice.
• Develop, conduct and review HSE training modules and assessments tools, in order to maintain the training quality for all business lines and different project/sites. 
• Develop & review HSE TNA, training matrix, Training Plan and Schedules –including improvement and analysis impacts of HSE Training.
• Develop, review and implement PTP Training/Assessment procedures to ensure implementations of site HSE training in accordance with best practices at project sites. 
• Review, analyse and coordinate HSE site training activities plan/schedule and ensure effective training plan actualization. 
• Improve practices/updates of training activities from project sites through online reporting services on Petrosea technical training database application. 
• Develop/review then submit weekly/monthly training report/plan to the HSE Training Superintendent within an agreed period of reporting. 
• Practice continuous improvement by improving HSE training processes and PTP procedures. 
• Lead by example and have a proactive approach to HSE issues in order to provide influence in HSE awareness amongst employees –including implementation of POST PTP HSE programs. 
• Assist HSE Training superintendent and Technical training manager in certain tasks from support of internal and external resources to achieve targeted business performance.

BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER (PDCA MINING) 
(Assignment: KJA & BMB Project)

To provide multivariate data analysis using standard and defined CI methodologies; Provide Control over the preparation, execution and establish timely comprehensive project reports related to all Improvement Initiatives within Asset Management Group.

Requirement: 
• Min. D3 degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with 1 year experiences in Mobile and Plant Maintenance in Mining Industry and/or completing Petrosea GDP Program
• Has exposure in CI tools for Best Practice Management (6sigma, RCM, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
• Has knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management
• Has experience in Equipment Health and Machine Application tools (SOS, TPMS, VIMS, ET, FPO, VHMS, INSITE, MIC, etc.)
• Has experience in analysing multivariate technical data resources and generating technical reports
• Has experience in analysis of costs on improvement and modification projects
• Highly competent computer skill in Microsoft environment (incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Is highly competent in generating reports for regular and management review; action plan presentation
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Willing to travel to project sites in remote locations.

Responsibility: 
• Support HSE programs and the Environmental management system to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards and requirements
• Provide multivariate technical data analysis from various resources using available CI Tool concepts (6Sigma, RCM, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
• Establish regular reports regarding to work in progress, action plans, and outcome results of continuous improvement initiative programs
• Maintain and keep proper documentations of all CI Initiative Projects in an available system accessible by all functions across Asset Management, as technical and management reference
• Provide technical assistance in system development related to CI and align with engineering designs and drawings of any modification on facilities and equipment
• Participate in regular meetings with OEM Vendors and industry network peers to keep up to date with the latest information and possible initiatives for asset reliability and cost saving projects, as well as to establish better CI culture within the company.

PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT (REPORTING AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT) 
(Assignment: Head Office)

Responsible for examining existing process, evaluating them within the context of organizational goals and proposing changes or enhancement to help achieve those goals. For reporting, this role is responsible for managing AMG Operational performance that consists of lagging indicator performance: Mechanical Availability (MA), Mean Time Between Stoppage (MTBS), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).

Requirements:
• Education & experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering in any discipline is preferred with minimum 8 years experiences in heavy/mobile equipment Maintenance Management or
- Minimum D3 Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 12 years experiences in heavy/mobile equipment Maintenance Management or
- Min STM Mechanical/High School with 16 years experiences in heavy/mobile equipment Maintenance Management.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Strong knowledge of system and software of CMMS and Direct, hands-on experience with (Computerised Maintenance Management System), ERP Program, CM Database, SAP-PM most preferred.
• Strong knowledge & concept for set-up Preventive Mtc, additional know-how in Predictive Mtc is a plus.
• Experienced with Asset and maintenance Key Performance Indicator Measurement and Analysis.
• Knowledge of database design and file management techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Support HSE programs and environmental management system to ensure the programs conform to quality standards, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other internal & external functions to review and establish reporting services necessary for departmental projects and functions.
• Ensuring timely submission of regular planning reports & schedules generated from planning groups at different work locations. Also analyzing planning performance KPIs.
• Provide formal analysis and the derived conclusion on asset performance in relation with actual maintenance plan. It includes ad-hoc or specific analysis requirement e.g. in order to find out the effectiveness of newly implemented improvement program.
• The analysis may be produced before, during and after the improvement implementation.
• Further, the conclusion must be highly accurate to support the decision of Maintenance Planning team in improving the Mtc Planning operation and support asset readiness target.
• Facilitate and work with all sections in AMG to review existing business process, determine and develop improvement strategy to reduce ineffectiveness and business risk and also to pursue sustain business improvement initiatives.

INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Head Office)

Coordinate, monitor, and supervise the company industrial relations which cover legal aspects (company’s policy & regulations and manpower regulation) related to employee rights and discipline and labor management relations in order to maintain harmonization in internal company.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree any major, preferably in Law
• Minimum 5 – 6 years experiences in HR/IR, preferably in Mining/ Oil& Gas/ Engineering Construction industry
• Familiar with updated Government Employment Regulation
• Understand major Industrial Relation issues and alternative of solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill to all levels within the organization
• Maintain to work extended hours as and when required
• Familiar with Industrial Relation Practices.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor, analyse, and develop data for IR guidelines/policies establishment purpose in order to provide assistance in preparing guidelines/ policies in line with company’s target and goals
• Initiate monthly conference meeting with LKS Bipartit in Head Office
• Follow up Minutes of Meeting (MoM0 if needed
• Analyse and improve the industrial relations method and tools in order to increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of Industrial Relations process
• Socialize and accommodate all information that needs to be share to all employees, local community and local authority in order to maintain good communication 
• Involve in the negotiation and handling of labor dispute/industrial issue related industrial relation in order to represent company
• Coordinate with HR Admin in monitor and control all redundancies and termination process including ensure all procedure implemented
• Maintain good relationship with labour unions, government, associations (APINDO, HR Forum, etc.) and other relevant agencies so that the organization’s interest protected
• Develop and review data for preparation of the man power department report (Wajib Lapor, Ketenagakerjaan); register Wajib Lapor to Depnaker
• Conduct research and benchmark on industrial relations practices and giving advice to management
• Develop, analyse, and monitor EES (Employee Engagement Survey) have been implemented in PTP
• Analyse and giving recommendation to Business Line related to industrial issues
• Develop term and conditions to support tender document if needed
