9. LAB CONTRACT ANALYST

QUALIFICATION :

• D3 degree in Engineering, Management, or Social Science

• Min. 2 years experience with Laboratory and/or contract administration

• Familiar with ISO 17025 implementation

• Good communication in English both literally and verbally

SCOPE OF WORK :

1. Support Lab Specialist for laboratory contract development, implementation, monitoring, and administration.

10. PDM TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), preferable from Mechanical Engineering background.

• Certified minimum vibration level 2, and skill full for analyzing thermacam data acquisition and tribology

• Min 5 years’ experience working in the same position in oil and gas/petrochemical industry

SCOPE OF WORK :

1. Monitors and analyzing vibration level for all rotating machineries, maintain vibration standard and provide recommendation for corrective action in complete report.

2. Provides consultation service to field Operation and Maintenance team to clarify problem in case of vibration and machine condition.

3. Monitors PdM performance of all inspected equipment and programs and make improvement as required.

4. Develops inspection program with PdM methodology.

5. Able to review and recommend new technology to improve monitoring efficiency/accuracy.

6. Looking and develop “Best Practice” for inspection.

7. Reliability Plan: Prepares and reviews PdM program with TL. Maintenance and Operation team to support the reliability program.

8. Training/Mentoring:

9. Conducts local/inhouse training of inspection program for technicians. Share new PdM technology.

10. Reliability Incident Investigation : Familiar with Why Tree concept & practices other Fault Tree Methods, Queries and utilizes alarm & Control logic.

11. ELECTRICAL SAFETY ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION :

• Having experience in the field of maintenance or construction of the Power transmission and distribution system or substation, a minimum of 5 years for graduates S1 from Electrical Engineering.

• Understand and Familiar with electrical standard and safety such AS NEMA / ANSI, NFPA, OSHA, and other standard related.

• Has held a minimum 1 year as safety engineer position

• Having a General AK3 Certificate and an Electrical AK3 from Disnaker / BNSP

• Personnel must be skilled in reading and understanding the electrical and safety instructions in English, skilled in planning and reporting systematically with computer, understand the principles of root cause analysis, skilled for perform hazard analysis and create risk mitigation and responsible for planning, execution, and evaluation of Contractor HES program, facilitate Root cause analysis investigation and compliance to the Company standard and GOI acts.

SCOPE OF WORK :

1. SME in electrical matter to develop and review Live Line work procedure according electrical standar and safety, maintenance procedure for Substation, transmission and distribution Equipment.

2. Coaching work foce in the field to ensure safety and quality of work.

12. PE SUPPORT WRO OWM

SCOPE OF WORK :

1. Manage real time surveillance database and quality of SCADA/POC information

2. Update data, RPC/SCADA configuration when there is change after job (RS, WO, surface job etc)

3. QC data transfer from vendor server to CPI database. Only good data transferred and paid

4. Function as LOWIS systme SME and interace with IT/Vendor for all application issues

13. PE SUPPORT WRO OWM

SCOPE OF WORK :

1. Own and develop SCADA shaping, expansion and execution plan

2. Develop and document SCADA operational and surveillance and best practices

3. Mentor and assess competency of SCADA analysts - develop training plans to close gaps as needed

4. Develop and lead SCADA related projects and studies

14. SENIOR PROFESIONAL SUPPORT

QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum education requirement S1 >10 years experience

• Advance software application skills such as Ms. Office (poerpoint, word, excel)

• Teamwork & communication work effectively in team and cross team. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Advance knowledge in a Contracting Process (PTK-007 - SKK Migas)

SCOPE OF WORK :

1. Solid knowledge of work process, specific computer application, data management and reporting. Moderate knowledge of all fundamental competencies of required job. Proactively assist supervisor or engineer with no direction

2. Handling specific data management and input data several applications. Also responsible to generate, maintain and update database in team share folder (e.g. diagram, conctrating data, reports, etc)

3. Has the ability to make analysis in solving and handling problems for regular and special condition

15. SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum education requirement : S1 with 5 years experience, preferable in Legal/Law Major.

• Teamwork & Communication: works effectively with teammates to reach team’s objectives.

• Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia very well.

• Literate skills in software application such as MSOffice (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

SCOPE OF WORK :

1. Good knowledge of Contracting work process, Sanction process as per SKK Migas PTK-007, Local Content implementation (Permen ESDM 15/2013).

2. Moderate knowledge of all fundamental competencies of required job. Proactively assist Analyst/Leader with minimum supervision.

3. Handling specific contractors claim on the sanction issues and has the ability to make analysis in solving and handling problems for regular and special situation.
