A vacancy exists within our SBU’s :

SLR – SDJ (Titan Hauling Road and Port) in Sumsel, stay location at Port Lematang  :

1. General Manager  Port Operation (GMPort-SDJ)

Role and Responsibilities :

▪ Organize & Manage port operation, stock pile management with various coal product & User, concerning piloting, loading/unloading, berth occupancy, transshipment and cargo origin.

▪ Manage ISPS and ISM Code, tug & barges Traffic, port facility & security plan and execution

▪ Organize & Manage Port Project Construction and Facilities.

Requirements:

▪ Detailed Experience & understanding of shipping business, knowledge in coal cargo handling, ship handling, marine and port management operations, Mining & Hauling Operations,  Stockpile management, knowledge in marine survey, at least 5 years at he same position.

▪ Minimum Diploma in Marine/Shipping/ Mining/ Engineering

2. Supervisor Port Facilities & Maintenance (Spv Mtc-SDJ)

Role and Responsibilities :

▪ Plan and execution on Maintenance Fixed and Mobile unit in Port operation.

▪ Manage plant & port facilities maintenance system

▪ Arrange foreman and mechanic for periodically services and trouble shoot.

 Requirements:

▪ Detailed experience & understanding in heavy equipment units in mining & port, BLC, Fixed Port equipment.

▪ Minimum Diploma in mechanical / electrical

3. GM Operation (GM Op-NTT)

Role and Responsibilities :

▪ Manage and organize activities 48 sets tug&Barges Operation, Bunker monitoring, Legal & Insurance, Agency & Document.

▪ Reporting to Operation Director, Coordination with GM Fleet, Commercial Director to achieve operational excellence.

 Requirements:

▪ Having experience at least 5 years in the same position, strong leadership and success story as operation Division Head.

▪ Minimum Diploma in Marine/Shipping

4. Technical Manager (TM Mtc-NTT)

Role and Responsibilities :

▪ Ensure Plan and Predictive maintenance system, monitoring cost and budgeting, part and consumable order, docking, haul, machine repair vendor achievement review.

▪  Organize Technical team to achieve availability unit as targeted.

 Requirements:

▪ Having experience at least 5 years in the same position, strong leadership and success story as Technical Department Head.

▪ Minimum Diploma in Marine/Shipping, mechanical & Electrical

5. Planned Maintenance System Eng (PMS Eng-NTT)

Role and Responsibilities :

▪ Ensure to plan, perform and document tug boats maintenance at intervals complying with Class and manufacturer requirements.

▪  As Data Central info and updating Technical Department planned and unplanned activities.

 Requirements:

▪ Having experience at least 5 years in the same position, strong leadership and success story as Technical Department Head.

▪ Minimum Diploma in Marine/Shipping, mechanical & Electrical
