1. Position Title: Buyer

Jakarta 6 months

• Min Bachelor Degree in Logistic / management or any major with related min. experience 3-5 years.

• Preferably have experience in same position in EPC Industry.

• Have good communication skill and able to communicate with vendor.

• Fluent in English (oral & written)

2. Position Title: Capability Building Assistant Manager

Jakarta 35 Months

Key Accountabilities of Position:

• Determine key areas of activity for the Capability Function with the Capability Building Manager

• Training needs analysis

• Utilize tools, frameworks, competencies, processes

• Develop and deliver individual development plans for their team members.

• Develop training plans on an annual basis

• Identify and develop training materials/module dan conducting training

• Using the Company Academy and working with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).

• Schedule and deliver training or support SME’s to deliver training

• Drive the completion of compliance training including induction and orientation, Code of Conduct, GDPR and others as required.

• Support talent and succession processes

• Ensure that learning and development programs conform to HSE and other Company policies

• Track attendance and completion of learning activities within the project and provide reporting as needed to project management

Experience Required:

• Practical and leadership experience in developing learning and development programs, in the same or similar industry, including experience in training, organizational development, or related experience.

• 7-10 years to include experience in training, organizational development, or related experience.

• Experience on a large complex project would be advantage

Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Required:

• A recognized degree in Human Resources Management

• Demonstrate the behavior and business practices outlined in Company Vision, codes, policies, procedures and standards (Processes). Implement these Processes, ensure personnel have access to them, regularly undertake reviews to assess compliance, and refer serious breaches to the relevant person or committed

3. Position Title:  Assistant Manager Ethics & Compliance

Jakarta 44 months

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Experience in Ethics, Internal Audit, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Communication or comparable business. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

10+ years in the similar position in Oil & Gas (preferable Petrochemical Projects)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Leading the execution of employee ethics survey, analyzing the data, and developing approaches to communicating and acting on the results

• Overseeing Ethics Week communications/initiatives

• Managing and maintaining relevant policies, instructions and processes

• Tracking Ethics Champion metrics, to measure reach and dissemination of Ethics Office communications • Leading the organization and facilitation of Ethics Focus Groups

• Leading outside activity request training for Talent Acquisition team.

• Coordinating metrics preparation and analysis with Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal, and Security and preparing it for quarterly review by SAIC leadership and Board of Directors.

• Managing the Ethics Department’s intranet and SharePoint sites

• Assisting with the creation and dissemination of the monthly Ethics Matters communiques

• Assist in analysis of case data and trend information for internal use in training, communication, and strategic decisions

• Responding timely to ad hoc inquiry requests and coordinating responses provided by internal Subject Matter Experts

4. Position Title: Field Surveyor

Jakarta 26 months

• 10+ years as Surveyor in Oil & Gas (preferable Petrochemical Projects)

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.

• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.

• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.

• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys

• Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.

• Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.

• Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.

• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.

• Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.

• Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.

• Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).

5. Position Title: Senior Process Engineer ISBL - RFCC

Jakarta 25 months

•  Experienced in Process Engineering for NHT, ISOM, CCR

•  Experienced in Process Engineering for Alky, WSA, DHT

•  At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering

•  Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old

•  Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

•  Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

•  Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery (especially RFCC Plant, hydro treating, alkylation, isomerization, reforming, hydrogen plant, hydrocracking plant, SRU)

•  Has Experience in engineering design for major Process Plant

•  Has Experience as Lead Process Engineer

• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as, American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Instrument Society of American (ISA), American Society of Testing Material (ASTM), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)

•  Has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Process systems and Specification in refinery

•  Has a proven ability to perform Process engineering include study, calculation in Process System with a high level of quality.

•  Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest process simulation software i.e HYSYS/Pro II/Flare Net) applicable to such designs

6. Position Title: Analyst Expediting & Custom Clearance Officer

One personnel for Lawe-Lawe 28 months

• At least a Bachelor degree in Logistic

• Held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• 10+ (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• Has experience in HSSE management system

• To ensure the clearing of good from the Customs within the shortest possible time.

• To ensure that Annual Customs Duty Exemption is obtained and applied for all applicable items

• Oversee the overall assignments of the Air freight and Sea freight Customs Clearance Officers.

• Prepare Customs Duty Exemption Form for materials and components, submit to the Ministry of Industry and Electricity, and get the approval.

• Receive and verify necessary clearing documents from Foreign Purchase Officer, translate invoices, and forward them to the Customs Broker.

• Follow-up with the Customs Brokers for clearance of imported items within the shortest possible time and/or the agreed time frame.

• Request and get approval for payment of Customs Duty on non-exempted items. Forward the advance payment requests to Accounts for releasing the cheque.

• Receive invoices from Custom Broker, scrutinize and get approval for payment from the Accounts Manager and passing it to Accounts.

• Control and update quantity of exempted items in system in order to monitor the balance available quantities.

• Follow up of customs duty refund claims from Customs authorities.

• Follow up for the clearance of undertakings given related to imported materials clearance and keep proper records for all pending cases.

• Prepare all documents for import shipments.

• Observe all changes related to customs duty exemptions, tariff, etc., and act accordingly

• Has a good medical record

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

8. Deputy Project Field Engineer

• Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements included in design and procurement.

• Establish, maintain and build healthy client relationships.

• Effectively manage assigned budgets within Company’ total scope.

• Ensure compliance with requirements of the contract.

• Supervise work in accordance with the approved schedule

• Quality Management

• Contribute to compliance with Company policies and procedures.

• Focus the relevant team members on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.

• Regularly provide clear reports to project management.

• Monitor the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.

• Set clear objectives to the design team, including achieving productivity and budget targets.

• Assess procurement processes throughout the project to ensure goods meet specification, are delivered on time and are within budget.

• Previous technical, practical and leadership experience in the relevant discipline and proven experience in leading a discipline design group

• 10+ years minimum industry experiences (Oil & Gas)

• A recognized degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent qualification/experience (preferable civil)

• Chartered Professional Engineer Status

9. Position Title: Earthworks Equipment Supervisor

Gresik, 12 months

• Capable of recording equipment such as dump trucks trips on site location (Manually)

• Understand civil earthwork activity (familiar with earthwork equipment such as dozer/ dump trucks/ excavators/compactors/ etc.)

• Understand construction works in general such as foundation/ compaction/ welding/ piping/ electrical and mechanical type of works

• Able to read construction drawings and engineering reports

• willing to work full time on the field (at least 85% of shift on the field, 15% do reporting)

• flexible to work day or night shift

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.

• Expertise in large copper production and related facilities over USD 100 Millions

• 10 years experiences in construction project.

• Diploma degree or Strata 1 Degree is preferred

10. Position Title: Document Controller

Balikpapan 50 months

• Perform document control services on various projects in accordance with the Company document management systems, controls, processes and procedures. Also, any project specific or other regulatory requirements.

• As required, receive, enter, transmit and file project documentation including the Company, client and third party documentation.

• Ensure all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed in accordance with the relevant document management system, and easily be retrieved in an accurate and timely manner.

• Ensure all current and relevant documentation is uploaded to the document management system or project websites as required.

• Handover, closeout and archive project documentation on time and in accordance with project requirements.

• Assist with the improvement of the project document control processes and procedures.

• Assist with Administration task as and when requires
