ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Manager holds overall responsibility for directing sales operations within a designated territory, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, profitability, and key operational goals. This role involves overseeing product sales, providing technical and customer service support, managing expenses, and leading the development and performance of the sales team in alignment with the company’s broader strategic direction.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management/electrical and Electronics Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years similar experience in industrial sales.

• Has solid foundation in technology – computer skills and CRM experience is a plus.

• Stable work history.

• Creative and have growing mindset.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This leadership role oversees all aspects of the Coating and Resins product, including sales, marketing, technical services, stock control, expense management, talent development, and profit and loss performance. The incumbent is expected to drive commercial success by overseeing sales functions, building strong customer and supplier relationships, and aligning departmental operations with broader company goals.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry / chemical engineering or related field.

• Have more than 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to handle coating and resin products.

• Strong leadership skills and people management.

• Fluent in English communication.
