Business Analyst and Cost Control

(Code : BTR- BAC)

• Assist the Project Cost Control Superintendent to develop and manage the Cost Control functions and reporting for the project.

• Assist the Project Cost Control Superintendent in managing the Accounting and Financial aspect for all project operations and implement the best systems and procedures to ensure quality and accurate control including reporting achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Accounting & Management

• Min. 2 Years of working experience in Commercial / Cost Control / Contract Management Roles

• Mastering the concepts of: Cost Control and Financial Reporting

• Mastering the ERP System or similar

• Advance Skill in Microsoft Office, especially the Excel Program

• Willing to work at site Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya

• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Reliability Engineer

(Code : BTR-RE)

The role of Realibility Engineer is to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.

Requirements

• Min. high school graduation

• Hold a current driver’s license and pass SIMPAR

• Min. 5 years of working experience in a mining maintenance department or similar

• Experience in data analysis techniques

• Reliability modeling and prediction

• Fault tree analysis, Six sigma Methodology

• Root cause and Root cause failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA)

• Failure reporting, analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)

• Ability to prioritize workflow to address the multiple needs of the supervisor or the department

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work at site Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya

• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Heavy Equipment Superintendent

(Code : BTR- HE)

This role is responsible for mananging a group of mobile maintenance and boilermaker supervisor in support of mobile plant and equipment maintenance and repair. Determines strategies to reduce mobile mechanical downtime and maintain focus on the predetermined corporate production KPI’s.

The role will be responsible for the ongoing development of SOP’s and actively engage in site safety systems associated with high performing maintenance organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field

• Min. 10 years of working experience in a mining/maintenance environment

• Mechanical trade experience

• Supervisory and planning experience in mobile plant maintenance

• Possesses advanced technical skills in the mechanical fields (e.g. Engines, Hydraulic Systems, Drive Train, Undercarriage, Steering and Braking Systems)

• Through knowledge of world class maintenance management systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance

• Willing to work at site Wetar, Maluku Barat Daya

• Willing to work with roster system, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
