PT. Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) is a subsidiary of the IDX listed company, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk and owns the flagship Tujuh Bukit Project in the Banyuwangi region, East Java.
Exploration at the Tujuh Bukit has delineated a world class gold project; with an expected mine life of approximately 10 years. The initial phase of the project involves open pit mining and processing of the gold/silver rich oxide cap. At this time, we are commencing the construction on this project and aiming our first production at the end of 2016.

Currently, we are hiring mining professionals to fill the following positions within a growing organization.
Successful candidates will be required to work on attractive Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO) roster. Living conditions on site are located in idyllic surroundings along the south eastern coast of Java.
Cost Control Supervisor
(Code : MCG - CCS)
5+ years experience in the related area as a Cost Controller, preferred in supervisory level with at least five-years supporting an engineering and construction project, preferably in the mining - construction sector
Requirements :
• Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training.
• Min 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling preferably in Mining industry.
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Knowledge in the use of MS Project and Primavera Scheduling software’s is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous.
• Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
• Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
• Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia verbal and written
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
Recruitment Manager

The purpose of Recruitment Managers is to oversee their company’s recruitment process in its entirety. This includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting team and monitoring the recruiting team’s performance. The goal is always to make the company’s recruitment process as efficient and effective as possible.
Requirements :
• Degree from law, management, psychology communication or related field.
• Min 10 years relevant experience preferably in Mining industry.proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Knowledge of labor legislation

Commercial Manager

The commercial manager’s main roles include the financial management of projects, negotiating and agreeing contracts and verifying employee performance. They also need to have good risk management skills as well as financial reporting abilities.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 year’s professional experience in the mining industry.
• Minimum 2 year’s professional experience as a Manager or Superintendent.
• Understanding of budget management
• Ability to communicate and interact with relevant stakeholders and staff.
• Knowledge of the tender preparation process
• Able to work to timescales and under pressure
• Demonstrate adaptability in work situation
• A thorough understanding of contract law.

Senior Metallurgist
(Code: MCG – SMT )
This position supports the mine, processing, administration, and exploration/geology departments by providing timely and accurate information. The Senior Metallurgist is responsible optimization and coordination of all metallurgical activities to ensure minerals are recovered in the safest and most cost-effective manner.
Requirements :
• Demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in ‘Safety Leadership’
• Open to new challenges and experiences
• Highly engaged, collaborative and committed to building mutually beneficial relationships across functional teams
• Degree qualified in Metallurgy, Chemical or Process Engineering

• Experience in similar position 1-3 years
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written in English and Mandarin
• High skill in Microsoft excel data processing is an asset
• Be able to work on shift roster (day and night)
Project Control Supervisor
(Code: MCG – PCS )
This position role is to work closely with project managers to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly.

• Min 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and project controlling preferably in Mining industry.

Asset and Protection Manager
(Code: MCG – APM )
They help mitigate company losses and criminal activities within the company by providing security service for the company. Asset protection managers implement best practices and preventative measures in the effort of maintaining profitability.
Requirements :
• Previous working experience for (10) years
• Demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.
• Preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions.
• Familiarity with current national regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
Maintenance Planning Superintendent
(Code: MCG – MPS )
Responsible for ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance work activities and for monitoring the performance of the Work Management Process to identify improvement opportunities for Owner Mining Mobile Fleet, Mobile Crushing and SX-EW Copper Plant and managing Predictive Maintenance Strategy by applying world class standard of Equipment Condition Monitoring and RCA Analysis.
• Minimum an Mechanical/Electrical engineering Degree in Mining or equivalent 10 years maintenance planning experience
• Excellent CMMS Skills specifically with Pronto
• Experience in managing predictive maintenance methodology through series of standard equipment condition monitoring and failure analysis (RCA)
• Excellent budgeting and budget management skills
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
Heavy Equipment Superintendent
(Code: MCG - HES)
This position will be responsible for the performance of all heavy equipment maintenance, including ensuring that all maintenance activities will be in accordance with short to long term plans. He also has a financial function, especially in terms of managing spare parts and their relationship with the warehouse team.
Requirements:
• Minimum STM or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the maintenance field at a site with a senior position of at least 10 years (Experience within the mining industry will be an added value)
• Caterpillar experience an advantage
• Experienced with commissioning and start-up
• Strong in terms of planning, organizing, and control, and able to take preventive planning
• Able to direct, organize, and develop teams
Reliability Engineer Superintendent
(Code : MCG - RES)
Responsible to develop and analysis method to determine reliability of components, equipment and processes. Acquire and analysis data, prepare diagrams, chart drawings, calculation and report to define reliability problems. Investigate to determine the require reliability approach for the situation, with consideration to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime/repair/replacement.
Requirement:
• Diploma or bachelor degree from engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mine site reliability role
• Strong planning and preventive maintenance skill and able to operate Ms Office and Ms Project
• Knowledge of mobile equipment reliability, fixed plant, condition monitoring and failure analysis.
Tax Officer

Job role :
Assist in checking the compliance, correctness and accuracy in tax calculation/payment/reporting
Assist in preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting
Assist to provide data for tax audit purpose
Assist to prepare data and forms for annual corporate income tax
requirement
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00
