PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

MINE GEOLOGIST (Code : MG/VIII/25)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

DUTIES:

• Ensure full compliance with government and company OHS & Environmental regulations and policies in all activities.

• Maintain effective communication between geological personnel, engineers, surveyors, and operational personnel on site.

• Supervise RC Grade Control drilling progress.

• Supervise mining operations and contractors, including stockpile management.

• Oversee ore extraction activities to minimize dilution and maximize recovery, including blast movement monitoring.

• Carry out production duties such as geological mapping, sampling, and logging as required.

• Observe, document, and illustrate geological features.

• Ensure accurate tracking of ore from pit to ROM (Run of Mine).

• Monitor QA/QC of sampling and assaying.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in open pit mining.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.

4. Previous gold mining experience is highly advantageous.

5. Excellent knowledge of Surpac & ArcGIS / QGIS software.

6. Holder of valid SIM A (driving license).

7. Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

8. Strong spatial thinking ability and capability to work on tight schedules.

9. Able to work accurately under pressure.

10. Demonstrated awareness of corporate safety & environmental standards.
