We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

 Direct and control the Mechanical/Piping engineering unit by providing leadership and support to the people in the unit to ensure that schedules, budgets and man-hours are achieved complies with company and client standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 8 years experiences in handling Mechanical and Piping, process design and process engineering

• Strong Leadership

• Analytical thinking

• Excellence computer skill.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review the quality of estimates produced by the Mechanical and Piping Engineering disciplines to ensure Engineering estimates are accurate, complete and deliver on time

• Plan, direct and review design activities produced by Mechanical and Piping Engineering disciplines to ensure designs are fit for purpose comply with budget, client and industry specifications in timely manner delivered

• Analyze and review contract to ensure the overall contract are comply with the scope of work and contract terms and conditions as they apply to mechanical and piping engineering

• Develop and maintain Mechanical and Piping engineering resources including coordinate the allocation of design work within the discipline group to ensure timely and efficient production of quality designs

• Control and coordinate the development of new ideas, methods and innovative designs through the application of quality, competitive mechanical and piping engineering in order to improve the company’s marketability, efficiency and profitability

• Establish, review and promote the Development Program for staff and graduate engineer, in order to develop and enhance their performance and motivation

• Establish and review timely progress report for Mechanical and Piping engineering activities for further analyze by Engineering Manager

• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

ASSET ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

To prepare and provide comprehensive engineering approach and analysis to Asset Management operation in Energy sector (Mining, Oil and Gas Services, Construction) e.g. (but not limited to): Asset Life Cycle Cost, Rate, New asset purchase analysis, Asset disposal analysis, Asset improvement analysis etc., which eventually support effective and efficient Asset Management operation.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (minimum 5 yrs)

• Minimum 3 (three) yrs experience in Asset Management / Maintenance especially few years on-site

• Able to use computer well ie MS Office suite, especially spreadsheet application and CMMS (is a plus)

• Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written

• Willing to travel to site in remote area

• Own high ethic and practice good attitude at work, strong willing to perform and grow, willing and able to work under high pressure whilst maintaining the quality of the result.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & maintain Asset rate (especially mobile equipment)

• Prepare & maintain LCC (life Cycle Cost) to provide realistic LCC

• Maintain LCC through periodical review, to see the LCC fitness

• Prepare analysis on asset actual performance

• Prepare & provide light recommendation in determining predictable asset performance, revenue and asset risk

• Prepare & provide relevant data for Mtc Budget, Reforecast and Tendering new project budget

• Support relevant effort & work/task to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives by referring to internal Petrosea policy

• Identify hazards and risks during task completion in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment

• Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety  and Enviromental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.

CIVIL & STRUCTURE ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

Control and monitor end-to-end process of project execution regarding civil engineering works for Petrosea Logistics Support Services, both construction and operational; translate the concept into real design; develop-review-approved design product.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 4 years experiences in Civil Design Engineering

• Proficiency in specific Software for Civil-Marine Structure Design

• Familiar with Civil/Structure Software (Staad Pro)

• Able to support estimating and feasibility studies are required

• Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines

• Willing to be assigned to Project Site

• Excellent work ethics and team works attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review all civil works and documents, to ensure all works adhere to International Engineering standards and codes as well as company’s management system

• Review, prepare, and conduct complex Civil Engineering calculations in order to produce calculations of consistent accuracy

• Review, prepare, and analyze specifications, basis of design, and engineering reports in order to produce documents of consistent accuracy

• Review, prepare, and evaluate RFQ (Request for Quotations) packages and conduct TBE (Technical Bid Evaluations) in order to ensure RFQ’s and TBE’s are accurate and consistent

• Monitor and review the preparation of CTR’s (Contribution of Ratios) and provide input into scheduling in order to ensure CTR’s accuracy

• Monitor and control the preparation of civil engineering drawing reports to ensure all reports are accurate and in a timely manner

• Operate and control civil engineering software packages and evaluate output (Terra model) to suggest changes and improvement when needed

• Provide technical support and technical guidance to associate engineer and personnel in order to conduct transfer of knowledge

• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

CIVIL DESIGNER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Transcribe manual marked up drawings or engineers sketches into electronic AutoCAD format and modify the existing electronic drawings as per instruction from engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Diploma Degree preferably in Engineering

• Minimum 5 years experiences as a  Designer

• Having knowledge using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Programs 

• Able to calculate related Material/Work Quantity

• To work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Prepare layout and detail drawings using autoCAD and or civil 3D plant in collaboration with discipline engineers to ensure design intent and effectiveness is achieved

• Ensure all work produced complies with company standard operating procedures and standards

• Coordinate and liaise with engineers to ensure all designs comply with engineers calculations

• Perform site assignments including field verification and site measurements in order to ensure accuracy

• Prepare and develop accurate MTO's from sketches or drawings

• Maintaining and implementing SHE program including Environmental Management System to ensure the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

DISPATCH IT

(Assignment: Site Based, Kalimantan)

Perform routine maintenance, hardware installation, and network monitoring to make FMS system running well.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Information Technology, bachelor degree are preferable

• Minimum 4 (four) years previous experience in Electrical/Instrumental process engineering prefer for Fleet Management System

• Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology

• Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers

• Good analytical skill

• Good problem solving skill

• Strong reporting and technical writing

• Good customer service and team work

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• Willing to be based on project sites and work in shift

• Willing to provide 24/7 on call production support and escalations for hardware, operating system or communication problems associated with system supported by group.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, testing, programming and commissioning equipment associated with the FMS system, FMS hardware and the network system running well

• Investigate and analyze hardware, network and FMS system problems with instruments, sensors and carry out programming and configuration changes plus investigate and recommend system improvements with particular emphasis on energy efficacy

• Prepare and provide documentations for Jigsaw related to the installation, networking and troubleshooting

• Coordinate and work together with Site electrician crew, Dispatcher and ICT Indika Head Office

• Design and manage Wireless Radio Communication systems to support communication at entire site

• Maintaining and implementing HSE program including Environmental Management System to ensure the programs conform to official standard and requirements

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

Monitor and control end-to-end project execution related to electrical engineering works for PLSS, both Construction and operational; translate the concept into real design; develop-review-approved design Products (both internal and external).

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical-Electronic

• Minimum 4 years previous experiences in Engineering and Construction with thorough understanding for multi discipline aspects of construction works

• Proficiency in CAD, Generally Computer Literate

• Proficiency in specific software for electrical

• Construction Design knowledge proficiency

• Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines

• Require to travel to site

• Team workers and organizing people.

Responsibilities:

• Execute, guide and direct for Engineering and Construction in order to achieve Engineering Objective in reliable manner

• Execute, monitor, and improve Engineering specific task

• Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department, company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned

• Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related

• Initiate feedback for improvement of Engineering reports and works status

• Review, observe, and improve physical construction works in accordance with defined work procedure

• Involve in construction stage methodology along with utilizing knowledge to conclude proper construction works

• Maintain and Implementing HSE programs, with objectives to apply official standard and requirements

FUNDING, TREASURY, AND ACCOUNTING

ASISSTENT MANAGER

(Assignment: Head Office)

 Ensure and monitor day-to-day Cash Management and Treasury function, including funding, credit, management, forecasting, and execution of the plan & improvement in order to meet the company’s standard procedures and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting or Finance from reputable university

• Min. 4 years experiences in Finance & Accounting

• Understanding of finance and accounting system (computerized)

• Understanding the business process of company, project management, safety policies, and management system

• Good analytical thinking, attention to details, English literacy

• Having good communication skill.

Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor the receipt, custody, control and disbursement of funds and securities and supervise the organization’s banking, credit and investment functions

• Assist for monitoring cash flow and working capital especially the receivables as well as converting unutilized cash into term deposit with staggered period to ensure that cash flow requirements

• Monitor the performance and security of credit, working and depository accounts held with local and international banking and investment institutions

• Plan the short-term financial requirements; maintain cash management programs; and participate in the financial planning process

• Liaise with external parties (Company Bankers, Financial Institution, and Financial Regulator) in maintaining positive and long term working relationship in order to ensure compliance & continuous availability of funding lines.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

(Assignment: Balikpapan Office)

Lead, direct and manage activities Asset Management on site such as maintenance, fabrication, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics and ensure the cost align with budget in order to achieve project goals and meet standard and targets set up by Asset Management as a group.

Requirements:

• Min diploma degree in civil/mechanical industrial engineering with min 10 years’ experience in mining industrial or having international recognized trades qualification with 5 years’ experience.

• At least 10 years professional experience in maintenance view, out of which 5 years in managerial position.

• Demonstrate proactive safety attitude.

• Promote safety awareness and culture.

• Demonstrate leadership and commitment.

• Has understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management.

• Willing to travel to project/ sites in remote locations.

• Ability to operate computer (Ms Office skills).

• Able to work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

• Responsible to establish attitudes, decision and work practices of all field maintenance activities, meet or exceed Petrosea HSE Policy, HSE standard practice, Petrosea Golden rules and work instruction.

• Continually improve safety performance by addressing both physical safety issue and employee safety attitudes.

• Plan, organize and direct the asset and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective readiness of assets (MA, MTBS, MTTR, etc).

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of managers to ensure that the plant meets its established targets and standards.

• Monitor the cost and effectiveness of maintenance activities to optimize resources, priorities spending and maintain projected cost variance within budget for equipment.

• Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and process in order to ensure schedule stability that allows for maximum returns on efficiency.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement policies and procedures to ensure that the plant meets its current and future production targets and quality standards.

• Responsible to mentor and develop key asset management personnel of Asset Management Group onsite through effective team management and personnel development.

• Research, evaluate and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems or other assets that will enhance the plant’s production capabilities.

• Involve in regular coordination and communication with other business line team in the context of business scenario and support activities required.
