Position  : Senior Process Engineer

Location  : Jakarta

Job Descriptions

• Assisting the overall supervision of the Process discipline work.

• Assisting the technical direction, advice and control of the Process work.

Liaison with client discipline representatives to establish technical direction where not provided by codes & standards.

• Assisting the scope definition, estimation and progress control of the Process engineering activities.

• Assisting of planning of man-hour budgets, schedules, manpower loadings and staffing requirements, by skill and experience, to satisfy project requirements and direction given by the Engineering Manager.

• Co-ordination and preparation of input to Essential Process Documents, as defined by the client/ contract. Where responsibility for update of the Master Documents is handed to the Lead Process Engineer, procedures shall be put in place to maintain document integrity.

• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Worley Business Unit and etc

• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Worley Businees unit. Understand and follow Worley OH&S procedures.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent.

2. 10 years Oil & Gas experience with at least 8 years Petrochemical and Refining engineering experience.

3. Comprehensive understanding of petroleum refinery units: Crude/Vacuum Distillation, Gas Plants, FCC, Alkylation, Catalytic Reforming, Hydro- treating, Medium Grade Crude Blending, Delayed Coking, Catalyst and Chemical specification, Effluent and Waste Water Treatment Process.

4. Comprehensive understanding of chemical engineering thermodynamics, multiphase flow and complex heat transfer systems.

5. Comprehensive understanding to perform equipment and process performance evaluation and recommend improvements.

6. Comprehensive understanding to use process simulation (HySis, HTRI, HTFS, etc.) and equipment design software to perform engineering tasks. Proficiency in specific process refinery simulation software (e.g. VMGSim process simulator and etc) is additional value.

7. Comprehensive understanding of process safety and safeguarding.

8. Comprehensive understanding of heat and mass transfer capabilities and interaction between process units.

Position  : Lead Process Engineer

Location  : Jakarta

5. Comprehensive understanding of petroleum refinery units: Crude/Vacuum Distillation, Gas Plants, FCC, Alkylation, Catalytic Reforming, Hydro- treating, Medium Grade Crude Blending, Delayed Coking, Catalyst and Chemical specification, Effluent and Waste Water Treatment Process.

10. Comprehensive understanding to use process simulation (HySis, HTRI, HTFS, etc.) and equipment design software to perform engineering tasks. Proficiency in specific process refinery simulation software (e.g. VMGSim process simulator and etc) is additional value.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting or another related technical field.

2. 10 years Oil & Gas experience with at least 8 years Petrochemical and Refining engineering experience.

3. Comprehensive understanding of petroleum refinery and petrochemical units.

4. Comprehensive understanding development of cost estimate methodology and cost estimate report based on update market survey and engineering design input data.

5. Comprehensive understanding to perform TKDN calculation.

6. Comprehensive understanding to use commercial estimating software such as RIB iTwo or MC2, Timberline, Cleopatra Estimating, Aspen Technology Capital Cost Estimator or other similar systems.

7. Comprehensive understanding of enterprise cost management systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ecosys, Omega PIMS is desired.

8. Comprehensive understanding to perform internal benchmarking cost and cost risk analysis workshop.

Position  : Senior Piping Layout Engineer

Location  : Jakarta

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.

2. 10 years Oil & Gas experience with at least 8 years Petrochemical and Refining engineering experience.

3. Comprehensive understanding of petroleum refinery units: Crude/Vacuum Distillation, Gas Plants, FCC, Alkylation, Catalytic Reforming, Hydro- treating, Medium Grade Crude Blending, Delayed Coking, Catalyst and Chemical specification, Effluent and Waste Water Treatment Process.

4. Comprehensive understanding of 3D CAD system including SP3D and PDMS / E3D.

5. Preparation of plant layout philosophy and report, modelling and drawings in accordance with the agreed work scope, man-hours and schedule.

6. Understands detailed drawings and the required specification.

7. Comprehensive understanding of Equipment Layout /Isometrics/piping GADs development.

8. Ensure that the inter-discipline aspects of the design are addressed.

9. Support and supervision of less-experienced members within the design team

10. Good knowledge in material selection and corrosion management strategies for oil and gas facilities to ensure technical integrity of the facilities for the lifetime.

11. National with bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Position  : Senior Materials and Corrosion Engineer

Location  : Jakarta

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Material Engineering or equivalent.

2. 10 years Oil & Gas experience with at least 8 years Petrochemical and Refining engineering experience.

3. Comprehensive understanding of petroleum refinery units: Crude/Vacuum Distillation, Gas Plants, FCC, Alkylation, Catalytic Reforming, Hydro- treating, Medium Grade Crude Blending, Delayed Coking, Catalyst and Chemical specification, Effluent and Waste Water Treatment Process.

4. Comprehensive understanding with material selection, evaluating corrosion control strategies and implementing corrosion monitoring techniques.

5. Comprehensive understanding with corrosion problems associated with projects (e.g. generalised corrosion, localised corrosion, stress corrosion, blistering and sulphide corrosion, pitting corrosion, erosion corrosion, etc.) for tubing, pipelines, columns, reactors, valves, piping, vessels & exchangers and in rotating equipment.

6. Ensure that the inter-discipline aspects of the design are addressed.

7. Experienced in developing of Material Selection & Corrosion Analysis Report and Diagram.

8. Support and supervision of less-experienced members within the design team

9. Good knowledge in material selection and corrosion management strategies for oil and gas facilities to ensure technical integrity of the facilities for the lifetime.

Position  : Lead Pipeline Engineer

Location  : Jakarta

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

2. 15 years Oil & Gas experience with at least 10 years onshore and offshore pipeline engineering design.

3. Create and tailor design and implementation solutions, primarily for oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical sectors, applications that address customer needs.

4. Make decisions based on technical data to provide solutions that improve customer operations.

5. Comprehensive understanding of onshore and offshore engineering design knowledge:

- Design techniques and methodologies in Pipeline Engineering including but not limited to Wall Thickness calculation, On-Bottom Stability, Free Span Analysis, Pipeline Expansion, Bottom Roughness Assessment, Upheaval/Lateral Buckling Analysis and Pipeline Crossing Analysis.

- Pipe stress analysis and associated computer software such as CAESAR II and AUTOPIPE.

- Basic understanding of Finite Element Analyses (FEA) in pipeline engineering and prefer experience with FEA software such as ABAQUS.

- Experience with pipeline routing and preparation of pipeline alignment sheet and approach drawings, installation and fabrication detail drawings.

- Installation of onshore, near-shore and offshore pipelines and risers including installation analysis with pipeline installation software (i.e. OFFPIPE, PIPELAY)

- Pipeline Pre-Commissioning.

- Pipeline Integrity Management, Inspection, maintenance and Operation.

- Pipeline Material Take Off

- Cost estimation and budget.

- Relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice normally used in Oil and Gas industries including, but not limited to API, ASME, BS, ISO and DNV GL.

- Experience in design and Installation of umbilical, cable and flexible pipes are an added advantage.

- Practical pipeline installation and construction experience is an added advantage.

6. National with bachelor’s degree in engineering.

7. Strong technical skills in the onshore and offshore pipeline.

8. Proven ability and willingness to meet agreed deadlines.

9. Excellent English writing, verbal and communication skills.

10. Excellent interpersonal skills and should have experience in managing multicultural engineering teams.

12. Capable to do interfacing works with across stake holders and 3rd parties (including licensor) under limited to minimal supervision.
