We are challenging the Experts to join us in the positions of:

1. SENIOR SPECIALIST REPORTING

 JOB ROLES

• Review and evaluate advance expertise and broad knowledge of company reporting flow effectiveness and propose necessary improvement to ensure company report submission to related stakeholders within the timeframe.

• Coordinate with all departments and functions to facilitate the utilization of Reporting format tools in the PMS (Project Management System) / BMS (Business Management System) application to generate groups' reports.

• Coordinate with all departments and functions in order to reconcile individual/departments’ report in the processes of departments’ activities monitoring and reviews.

• Provide recommendation and handle the coordination of the generation of consolidated Company status report for the management, Tokyo Head Quarters and/or other stakeholders.

• Handle the coordination of project groups' efforts in addressing issues and or queries from the management or other Stakeholder groups.

• Provide dedicated support to management for high level and day to day decision making.

• Develop BMS (Business Management System) by coordinating across all departments.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering; Business Administration or other Sciences related to Oil and Gas Industry.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience with 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the strategic/business planning/reporting areas.

2. LEAD STUDIES & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

JOB ROLES

• Lead the team in Organization Design and Development (RPTK), including analyze and review recommendation on strategic issues related to Organization Design and Development and its approval process (SKK Migas, MIGAS & Manpower Minister).

• Lead the team in Organizational issue & Organization Effectiveness and provide recommendation on action item and implementation of Organization Effective Program.

• Review and analyze Job Administration which covers Job Description, Job Analysis, and Job Evaluation; including evaluating and giving expertise advice on strategic issues related to Job Administration.

• Coordinate, analyze, and improve the implementation of Employee Performance Management System (EPMS).

• Improve and implement of Career Development Management, Talent Management, and Competency Framework.

• Coordinate, review, and improve Organization Development administration, system, database and reporting.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Tertiary degree in Organization, Change Management or HR is preferred.

• A minimum of 13 years’ experiences with 8 years in Oil & Gas industry.

3. LEAD LOGISTICS

JOB ROLES

• Develop logistic philosophy and logistic system to support execution of FEED, EPCI and Operation.

• Monitor in developing logistic system support need in Goods and Services Flow Management Groups, logistic system socialization program and helpdesk support arrangement, also logistic system improvement; to ensure selected logistic system support meet performance target and have sustainable improvement program

• Coordinate in developing consumption model as a base of logistic strategy and planning including strategic goods alliances contract plan, to ensure availability of reliable goods and materials estimation and planning and effective and efficient logistic utilization.

• Recommend developing standards and procedure in Goods and Services Flow Management Groups to ensure Group working activities have complete and update standards and procedures as guidance.

• Coordinate logistic operation in fulfilling user request on goods and materials, materials movement handling and distribution, purchasing as an execution of tender result, to ensure goods and materials availability within the timeframe to support Company and project activities and purchasing process compliance to SKK Migas and Government of Indonesia rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in any discipline. Advance degree is preferable.

• A minimum of 13 years in the Oil and Gas industry with at least 8 years in logistics.

4. ENGINEER LOGISTICS

JOB ROLES

• Prepare and propose logistic philosophy and logistic system to support execution of FEED, EPCI and Operation.

• Monitor logistics support requirements, such as facility details, staffing needs, and safety or maintenance plans.

• Prepare and validate documentation on related logistics provided by FEED and EPCI Contractors.

• Apply logistics modeling techniques to address issues such as operational process improvement or facility design or layout.

• Review and analyze logistic proposal from Contractors (FEED, EPCI, Drilling).

• Support and manage the logistic operation during drilling campaign.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• A minimum of 7 years’ experiences in the Oil and Gas industry with 5 years’ experience in logistics.

5. SENIOR SITE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

JOB ROLES

• Ensure that Construction safety that cover Construction Incidents; Compliance to Construction Safety Requirements Per Jurisdiction; Compliance to Construction Permitting Requirements; Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Per Jurisdiction have been developed during FEED and sufficient input has been provided.

• Manage the deliverable of Construction Planning; Administer Construction Schedule; Support Construction Cost Estimates and Quantities Development; Manage Construction Risk Assessment & Analysis; Manage Construction Stakeholders Interfaces; Develop and Implement Labour Management Plan; Support Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Plan Construction Completions, Turnover, and Closeout Works Processes.

• Review and provide input to contractor Construction Execution plan based on determined Onshore LNG Engineering Design, that include production system, utilities and infrastructure. The input shall be consistent with engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other defined specification.

• Review and provide input during development of Construction methodology (use of modules, Pre-Assembled Units (PAU), construction sequence.

• Work with contractor to maximize use of Digitization to efficiently manage engineering and construction, work packs, materials, tools, work sequence, work completion, testing etc.

• Lead Constructability Review - The purpose of this review is to ensure that construction knowledge, experience and expertise is incorporated as early as possible in the design to gain maximum benefit of optimized construction execution.

• Coordinate with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works defined in Contract Deliverable list related to Construction.

Provide recommendations and technical input on Construction engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors to meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the OLNG Facilities.

• Take the ownership of any Construction issues and agreed solution during FEED.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

• Familiar to use applicable codes such as ASME, API, ASTM, BS, ANSI, AWS and TEMA.

6. SENIOR ENGINEER MECHANICAL (STATIC & PIPING)

JOB ROLES

• Review and provide input in detail the design of pipe supports in relation to pipe stresses; review main selection criteria and design codes for piping components and systems; review the main operational considerations for piping components and systems; analyze common failure modes found in piping systems and identifies ways to solve it.

• Review the detail design of a major component of pressure vessels; selection criteria and design codes for pressure vessels; operational considerations for pressure vessels; common failure modes found in pressure vessels and identifies ways to overcome them and the maintenance requirements of pressure vessels.

• Review the detail design of bolted flange joints; selection criteria and design codes; determining the operating limits of bolted flange joints based on the operating environment; common failure modes found in bolted flange joints; Flange joints management.

• Review the detail design of heat exchangers; selection criteria and design codes; operational considerations; common failure modes; maintenance requirements of heat exchangers.

• Review the detail design of valves and Pressure Safety Valve (PSV); selection criteria and design codes; operational considerations; common failure modes and maintenance requirements.

• Review the detail design of conventional and cryogenic storage Tanks (LNG); selection criteria and design codes; operational & maintenance requirements.

• Review the detail design of Marine, Dry and Wet Flare System; selection criteria and design codes; operational & maintenance requirements.

• Review all mechanical equipment specification, data sheets, Request for Quotations, and Technical Bid Evaluations provided by Contractor to ensure each equipment meets process design and performance requirements.

• Review plant layout and 3D models to ensure plant safety, maintainability and operability.

• Review, and provide Mechanical and structure engineering input on risk assessment for OLNG Facilities.

• Ensure to apply technology best practices during designing and selecting the equipment and materials, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to Contractor.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a mechanical static Engineer in various upstream oil and gas and other industrial project including 5 years’ experiences of LNG Liquefaction Plant are required.

• At least 2 years’ experience as a COMPANY representative during FEED or Detail engineering phase of LNG Liquefaction Mega Project.

• Experience in static equipment fabrication in Indonesia is an advantage.

7. SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT ENGINEERING (ONSHORE LNG)

JOB ROLES

• Work with Contractor to Demonstrate HSE risk is ALARP; Manage Compliance to HSE Requirements Per Jurisdiction; Manage Compliance to Permitting Requirements.

• Review and Manage Contractor Project Risk Assessment & Analysis; review Project Execution Strategy and Plans; develop Stakeholders Interfaces Management Plan; administer Engineering Schedule; monitor and check Implemented Resource Plan; review Quality Control / Assurance Plan; review Completions, Handover, and Closeout plan.

• Monitor and Manage Front End Engineering/Detailed Design Performance and Progress including Schedule, Cost and Quantities; monitor the Implementation of Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Support Project Cost Estimates and Quantities Development.

• Advise residence engineering team with respect to day to day issues, analyze look ahead plan and mitigate any potential issues ahead of time.

• Coordinating Residence Team activities, ensuring that the contract milestones are met, the work complies with all relevant government and international legislation, and is meeting or exceeding COMPANY’s technical, cost and HSE expectations.

• Assist Residence Team Manager with project planning, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews, and ensuring that sufficient CONTRACTOR resources are available to meet Project Objectives.

• Liaise and seek clarification with COMPANY Central Team on regular basis and as needed, Provide progress update of overall FEED work.

• Provide input for project tenders in the FEED phases and provide OLNG project engineering technical inputs and evaluation to EPCI tender proposal submitted by prospective contractors/ vendors.

• Monitor any change and/ or deviation of elements, specification, process, system and others that are proposed in the each of FEED phases, implementation of company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/ or deviation for project engineering meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field, and ideally be PMP certified or professionally registered or chartered as an engineer with a recognized engineering body.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

• At least 2 years of which shall be experience gained within field supervision as a COMPANY and/or CONTRACTOR representative for FEED/EPCI of LNG Liquefaction Mega Project.

8. SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT ENGINEERING (FPSO CENTRAL)

JOB ROLES

• Work with central team to demonstrate HSE risk is ALARP; Manage Compliance to HSE Requirements Per Jurisdiction; Manage Compliance to Permitting Requirements.

• Review and Manage Project Risk Assessment & Analysis; review Project Execution Strategy and Plans; develop Stakeholders Interfaces Management Plan; administer Engineering Schedule; monitor and check Implemented Resource Plan; review Quality Control / Assurance Plan; review Completions, Handover, and Closeout plan.

• Provide input for project tenders in the FEED phases and provide FPSO project engineering technical inputs and evaluation to EPCI tender proposal submitted by prospective contractors/ vendors.

• Monitor any change and/ or deviation of elements, specification, process, system and others that are proposed in the each of FEED phases, implementation of company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/ or deviation for project engineering meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field, and ideally be PMP certified or professionally registered or chartered as an engineer with a recognized engineering body.

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

9. SENIOR ENGINEER ROTATING EQUIPMENT (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Provide expertise to turbines’ engineering design and selection criteria; review the maintenance requirements including periodical overhaul activities and spare parts requirements; provides technical knowledge for rotating equipment inspection and testing (FAT); provide a knowledge and expertise for operational requirements and to solve operational problems and effective troubleshooting.

• Provide expertise to compressor engineering design and selection criteria; review the requirements of compressor maintenance and spare parts; provide detailed understanding and expertise for compressor operation, operation control including anti-surge, compressor performance and troubleshooting.

• Provide expertise to fans & blowers engineering design and selection criteria; review the requirements of maintenance and spare parts requirements; provide a detailed understanding for operational requirements and troubleshooting.

• Provide expertise to pump engineering design and selection criteria; review the requirements of maintenance and spare parts requirements; provide detailed understanding and expertise for pump operation, control, pump performance and troubleshooting.

• Provide expertise to internal combustion engines’ engineering design and selection criteria; review the requirements of maintenance and spare parts requirements; provide detailed understanding and expertise for combustion engines operation, control, combustion engines performance and troubleshooting.

• Provide a detailed understanding for vibration monitoring equipment, data acquisition techniques and analysis techniques Review lubrication properties, sampling and testing requirements, and analysis techniques; provide a detailed understanding for performance monitoring and evaluation, analysis techniques, testing requirements and frequency.

• Provide a detailed understanding for auxiliary systems including seal system, fuel system, cooling system, coupling, gearboxes, etc.; provide a detailed understanding and expertise for operation, control, maintenance requirements and troubleshooting for auxiliary systems.

• Review all rotating machinery specification, data sheets, Request for Quotations, and Technical Bid Evaluations provided by Contractor to ensure each equipment meets process design and performance requirements.

• Review, and provide rotary machinery engineering input on risk assessment for FPSO Facilities.

• Review, and provide rotary machinery engineering input on RAM assessment for FPSO Facilities.

• Ensure to apply technology best practices during designing and selecting the equipment and materials, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to Contractor.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry and 4 years in offshore oil and gas industry as Rotating Engineer.

• At least 2 years of which shall be experience gained within supervision as a COMPANY representative, or

• At least 2 years’ experience as project lead engineer, or experience of FPU/FPSO/FLNG for preFEED/ FEED/ EPC for large gas processing facilities.
