CHIEF OFFICER

QUALIFICATION

• Master Marine Class 1 Certificate of Competency or Chief Officer with minimum 5 years tanker vessel experience / FSO / FPSO / MOPU / FPU

• Completed updated marine document & COP Tanker Ship mandatory

• Computerize Documentation System.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Pass Medical Examination.

• Max age is 50 years old.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Responsible for Marine operation as Ship Security Officer (SSO), Coaxwain, surveilance with marine navigation equipment, maintan life Saving appliances (LSA) of Tension Leg Platform (TLP) and Floating Production Unit (FPU) operated at Deep Water West Seno Field in Makassar Strait - East Kalimantan.

• Responsible for the stability of floating facilities (FPU & TLP), drilling & work over barge mooring & unmooring operation, lifting activity including deck load especially for critical or heavy lift operation (coil

• Responsible for 6 crane crews for lifting activity, crane migas certification

• Boat movement coordinator including supervised MEG, fuel and fresh water management and transfer on the standby boat, crew boat, SPOB and AHTS boat operation. Support helicopter handling.

• Support facility construction & inspection project, such as buoy maintenance and change out and facility under water inspection (UWILD),

• Inspection and maintenance of Marine machineries including ABS certification of both units and safety equipment, moorings, Chain Jack, buoys.

MATERIALS PROCESS ANALYST

QUALIFICATION

• Mininum Education : SMA

• Experience 10 years in surface pump repair.

• Familiar with all rotating equipment population  in HO and SLN (advantage).

• Familiar  with historycal problem and each spare parts needed to the said pump above to keep them in high  availability.

• Familiar with process in CPI - FUM HO – SLN (Work Order Planning , Materials process etc)

SCOPE OF WORK

• Develop Communication with FUM HO and SLN for current and future (4-6 months) job highlight

• Analyze estimate materials needed for 4-6 month to go

• Analize spare parts availability (Current vs Future need).

• Analyze Priority and Criticality for operation

• and Propose Materials need to be bought to Facl Owner and MMT Team .

• Execute materials Procurement process and monitor the progress.

• Searching materials in system

ASSISTANT ANALYST

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 5 years of cumulative experiences as Analyst; Mid-level professional supports.

• Minimum diploma degree preferred from Administration Office and Secretary major or bachelor’s degree from any major;

• Advance knowledge and skills on finance/ accounting.

• Fluency in English (communicative conversation, reading, listening, and report writing skills);

• Proficient in computer literacy i.e. the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability in Power Point would be advantage;

• Excellent leadership behavior and able to work under dynamic condition; Possessing good interpersonal skills.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Championing preparation of Request of Sensitive Transaction (STARS) including consultation, reconciliation and monitoring;

• Administering and Managing contract work order and related payment/invoice: including but not limited to contractor invoices, expense report, Request for Payment (RFP) and it’s tracking & filing system;

• Responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings.

HES ENGINEER – ENVIRONMENTAL

QUALIFICATION

• S1 Degree in engineering / science.

• Minimum has 2 years working experience working within Oil & Gas industries.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Managing environmental report and QC for reporting to GOI and Corporate of CCPI area facilities.

• Support other team on Technical support, compliance issues, expertise as technical issue solver as env eng for all CPI area facilites and team.

• Managing tasks, projects and studies that related to env matter.

• Managing Tahura Minas study and reporting to GOI.

FIXED ASSET REGISTRY ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum education requirement S1 engineering background with IPK > / 3.0

• Solid software application skills such as MSOffice (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and specific Engineering (power BI is preferred) applications

• Capable to conduct data analysis,  make recommendations and reporting.

• Able to prepare power point presentation and fluent  communication (TOEFL minimum 500 is preferred) both verbally and in writing of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Works effectively in team and cross functional team.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Ensure all the liability related to Fixed Asset by EOC

• Make data analysis for all liabilities data such as theft case, ex-COW

• Develop flow process for each category of all the liabilities

• Make data analysis for FUPP for critical cases such as P&A well, HES issue etc.

• Make date analysis to seek opportunity to optimize FUPP process

• Develop analysis and timeline for FUPP assets (Office Fit Out)

• Develop fair value for Unaccounted assets

• Analyze what data or document for Chevron Retention Schedule

• Develop optimization of man hours in FAR team

• Update Rokan Checklist on part of PTFAR

HES ENGINEER - CHESM

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental,  Science, & Public Health.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in OE/HES activities preferred on CHESM matters in Sumatera operation

• Good knowledge about CHESM and manage database and experience on CHESM Implementation and internal Chevron requirements

• Good communication skill and high passionate, energetic.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Direct reporting to TL CHESM and provide CHESM Support Engineer report every month.

• Performed CHESM Review support for Pre-Award activities: Desktop Review and Contractor Office & Field Audit (COFA).

• Performed CHESM Review support for Post-Award activities : PAKOM (Post Award Kick off meeting), Performance Review and following up for completion Field Verification.

• Responsible to provide CHESM Process Report for Leading & Lagging Indicator in Quarterly and FV Report progress in every month.

• Facilitated CHESM Coaching to our BP during tender process.

• Able to working together within CHESM Team and also with CHESM Stakeholder (CO, CS/CA, Sponsor, Advisor, OE/HES)

• Support for any CHESM Program: BPSIC, BP Forum, CHESM Training.

HES ENGINEER - PLANNING

QUALIFICATION

• Educational background: minimum bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Engineering or other technical major (teknik) with minimum 3 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

SCOPE OF WORK

• Job and responsibilities will include but not limited to the followings:

• Support planning and performance team activities

• Develop HSE training strategic plan/roadmap, including development of training and competency matrix for HSE professional

• Perform data analysis, trending and performance calculation

• Maintain and improve the existing HSE Training Dashboard

• Provide support, advice, engagement and recommendation to stakeholders related to planning and performance, particularly HSE training plan and execution

• Develop regular report for planning and performance team, particularly HSE training plan and execution

• Provide and maintain data reporting to stakeholders, including GOI agencies
