Drilling & Completion - Quality Assurance/Quality Control  Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Responsible to focus on the QA/QC of D&C related material and services. These individuals will make sure that equipment and parts are operating correctly as well as meeting industry and regulatory standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree and above with minimum GPA 2.75 in engineering degree.

• Have minimum 4 years of working experience in Oil & Gas drilling industry.

• Able to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure QA/QC performance in different areas of D&C operations during material & services delivery, operational and the end of contracts.

• Having basic knowledge on drilling/completion operation.

• Promotes Quality Assurance/Quality Control among project team members, business partners and supplier

• Have broad knowledge on various field QA/QC practices and related quality codes & standards (API, ASME, ANSI, IEEE, ISO, etc)

Facility Engineer - Asset Integrity Specialist

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Manage inspection task, analyze report and develop recommendation.

• Cordinate and supervise field execution performed by contractor; perform QA/QC for inspection report acceptance.

• Manage inspection report in Data Management System.

• Close coordination with Asset Integrity Engineering and Repair Team for Equipment Inspection (ITPM) and repair program.

• Manage data management and support Engineering Team for work plan, progress, and regular report.

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor degree with minimum GPA 2.75  in mechanical engineering.

• Minimum 5 years working experience related to fixed equipment inspection (Pipeline, Tank, Pressure Vessels) or corrosion mitigation or pigging operations.

• Proffered to have certification from  MIGAS/INDOCORR/API/NACE related to fixed equipment inspection.

Qualification:

• Bachelor  degree and above with minimum GPA 2,75  in mechanical, electrical, instrument or process engineering.

Facility Engineer - Mechanical (Turbine)

• Providing technical services for Gas turbine generator and hear recovery steam generator operations and maintenance.

• Managing Gas turbine generator and HRSG major overhaul and maintenance program.

• Managing power plant operational and reliability improvement program.

• Providing technical services and applying engineering knowledge/broad experience to recognize and identify hazards, assess risk, and develop mitigation strategies. Accountable for applying process safety management principles to a managed level of risk for operating facilities.

• Responsible for cross functional interface management and/or managing cross-discipline facilities engineers.

Qualification:

• Bachelor  degree and above with minimum GPA 2,75  in mechanical or chemical engineering.

• Productively, proactively, Innovatively and Independently manage work preparation and supervise the execution for field construction and maintenance of asset integrity (piping system, tank, vessel and/or of civil work such as road, structure, bridge, canal, soil investigation, structural foundation, etc.)

Qualification:

• Diploma degree and above with minimum GPA 2,75.

• Have minimum 4 years of working experience hands-on working experience in supervision of field construction and/or maintenance of asset integrity (piping system, tank, vessel and/or of civil work such as road, structure, bridge, canal, soil investigation, structural foundation, etc.

• Knowledgeable and field experience in civil construction field safety management which includes managing Isolation of hazardous energy, hot work, excavation, confined space entry, lifting & rigging and working at height.

• Have certification in construction safety (K3), certification in civil engineering and structure such as HAKI or PATI or certification in NDT Level1, API/Migas Welding Insepctor and/or API Piping / Tank / Pressure vessel inspector will be an advantage.

• Provide Field Engineering support for day to day troubleshooting with focus on reliability, maintenance, compliance efforts, and improvements for Power Generation and Transmission Distribution system.

• Ensures that the Field Engineering for Power Generation and Transmission areas develops and executes fit-for-purpose, cost-optimized technical solutions.

Inventory Specialist

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Manage material availability with the right quantity, quality, on-time at any time and proactively working with all customers and suppliers in making decision or strategy to ensure the goals are met.

• Analyze material requirement based on historical data combined with future demand and generates material stock replenishment

• Perform collaborative works with End users, Buying, Quality Assurance, Traffic & Custom team and supplier to ensure materials to be delivered as plan.

• Proactively support customers in developing strategy and giving an advise especially for program which required materials for its implementation.

• Maintain and control inventory level of materials and initiate necessary improvement to improve its efficiency.

• Maintain and perform collaborative with both internal and external to improve surplus materials utilization.

• Develop and maintain materials long term contract agreement (e.g.: contract scope of work preparation, tendering process, budget monitoring, manage contract portfolio, etc.).

• Prepare and develop owner estimate based on market price analysis, historical price, etc. for procurement process and conduct tender negotiation process.

• Perform data generation, data analysis, generate reports, provide solution/recommendation on inventory management for regular and special situation (e.g.: stock replenishment, materials availability, slow moving inventory, inventory reduction, etc.).

• Handling specific data management and input data on several applications.

• Provide other ad-hoc support, data analysis, report, etc.

Qualification :

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Mastering in software application skills such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access). Having knowledge in ERP system such as JDE, SAP will be a strong advantage.

Lab Specialist – Production Chemistry

Work Location : Riau

Job Description and Responsibilities :

• Managing production chemical contract on a day to day that include budgeting, monthly meeting, stocking, managing personnel, vehicles, HES, Warehouse and site laboratory.

• Working closely with chemical vendors to overcome chemical treatment problem in the fields.

• Working closely and collaboration with Laboratory base business as liaison, FE, Asset and operation on a day to day basis.

• Provide technical report, interpretation and presentation to operations, FE and Asset team.

• Provide technical advice to operation on production chemistry aspects such as demulsification, water treatment, corrosion, scale, microbiology etc.

• Managing chemical budget and submit report on monthly basis to contract owner.

• Supervise scale and corrosion coupon replacement.

• Conducting sampling and on-site testing if needed.

• Supervise chemical vendors on sampling, field visit routinely.

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor degree with minimum GPA 2.75  in chemistry, chemical engineering or petroleum engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in production chemistry such as demulsification, water clarification, corrosion, scale, microbiology, H2S Scavenging in oil and gas upstream/downstream business.

• Familiar with flow assurance, crude, water and gas processing in oil and gas.

• Familiar with test equipment for bottle testing, corrosion testing, scale, microbiology, rheology etc.

• Having knowledge on making technical report.

• Familiar with chemical contract and budgeting.

• Familiar with ASTM methods and standard procedure for chemicals testing.

• Familiar with chemical MSDS, Chemical standard labelling and NFPA.

• Familiar with Chemical QA/QC process.
