1. Project Manager

Qualification:

• S1 in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience.

• At least one project experience in vendor assessment.

• Experience in the manufacturing process of valves (Design validation, Material verification, Manufacturing/assembly, Welding/NDT/Heat treatment, or Testing).

• Experience in the manufacturing process of OCTG/Liner Hangers (Design validation, Material verification, Manufacturing/assembly, Welding/NDT/Heat treatment, or Testing).

• Proven experience in audit or assessment processes.

• Familiar with international standards: API 6D, ASME B16.34, API Q1, API 5CT, DS-1, ISO 9001.

• Experience in handling communication with stakeholders (Regulators/Authorities and Vendors).

 

2. Valve Advisor

Qualification:

• S1 in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of experience.

• Direct experience in manufacturing production valves.

• Deep knowledge of the valve supply chain process.

• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in a valve procurement project.

• Proven experience in the audit/assessment process of valve manufacturers.

• Familiar with international standards: API 6D, ASME B16.34, ISO 9001.

 

3. Valve Specialist

Qualification:

• S1 in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience.

• Specialized experience in one of the following: design validation of valves, valve material processing (casting/forging/bars), valve manufacturing processes (Machining/assembly/welding/NDT/heat treatment), or valve testing processes.

• Familiar with international standards: API 6D, ASME B16.34, ISO 9001.

 

4. Well Equipment Advisor

Qualification:

• S1 in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years of experience.

• Extensive experience in OCTG, Liner Hangers, & Completion equipment.

• In-depth knowledge of the supply chain process for OCTG, Liner Hangers & Completion Equipment.

• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in a procurement project for OCTG, Liner Hangers, & Completion equipment.

• Experience in the audit/assessment process of manufacturers.

• Familiar with international standards: API Q1, API 5CT, 19 LH, DS-1, ISO 9001.

 

5. Well Equipment Specialist

Qualification:

• S1 in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience.

• Specialized experience in one of the following: design validation, material processing, manufacturing processes (Machining/assembly/welding/NDT/heat treatment), or testing processes (chemical & corrosion testing/heat treatment/electromagnetic testing/coating) for OCTG, Liner Hangers, & Completion equipment.

• Familiar with international standards: API Q1, API 5CT, 19 LH, DS-1, ISO 9001.

 

6. Administration & Document Control

Qualification:

• Any relevant degree.

• Minimum 5 years of experience.

• Proven experience in a document control & management system within an Oil & Gas project.

• Familiar with SAP/ERP/CMMS.

• Strong knowledge of the international standard ISO 9001.
