1. Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer Coal Fired

Jepara, 12 months; renewal

- Regional Expats (Southeast Asia; KITAS Holder is preferable)

- 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience with large Power Plant Projects

- 8+ years of experience as a Lead Engineer as an Owner’s or Contractor’s engineer role.

- Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering from internationally recognized university.

- Must have fundamental knowledge of power plant engineering principles and technologies based on fossil-fired power generation and specifically coal-fired power plant.

- Must have specific knowledge and experience of coal-fired power plant including circulating fluidized bed and pulverized coal.

- Must have relevant experience in conducting and coordinating Contractor’s Engineer role for construction & commissioning monitoring/project management

- Must have experience working with Windows based systems and knowledge and experience of proprietary electrical engineering software and office productivity software.

2. Job Title: Commissioning Engineer Coal Fired

Jepara, 12 months

- High-level monitoring of daily commissioning activities (to verify Lot’s daily activities,thru site monitoring and interaction with our local engineers,and report to COMM,Deputy COMM and PM by 5pm–preparation of simple daily log).This includes flagging any safety issues during commissioning activities to our HSE team

- High-level verification of monthly commissioning progress (to verify Lot’s MAR submission on commissioning and discuss with COMM,Deputy COMM or PM on the percentage progress)

- Arrange and attend all commissioning related meetings and assist in the taking of Minutes/Notes as requested by COMM, Deputy COMM and PM

- Assist COMM, Deputy COMM in the setting up/monitoring/updating of Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC) documentations

- Assist COMM, Deputy COMM and PM in the preparation of Commissioning Slides for presentation

- Perform other commissioning related duties as and when required by COMM, Deputy COMM and PM

- 10+ years of commissioning experience working in large Power Plant Projects

- Bachelor of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

3. Job Title: Civil/Structural CAD Drafter Solar Power

Sumbawa, 10 months

• Revise and update existing drawings onsite according to Indonesia Codes (SNI) of civil and architecture related as to correlate to the actual site measurement and any requirements.

• Compute mathematical formulas to find correct dimensions and create the correct model in CAD.

• Coordination with the Project Manager / Engineer (Trina) for all relevant matter pertaining to drawings and documentation for the project onsite.

• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries concerning the drawings from the client and sub-contractors onsite.

• Communicate with Engineering Team in (Singapore) office to coordinate the design, progress and production of the project.

Requirements:

- Willing to work in Sumbawa and no rotation

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; preferably Architecture

- 5 years working experience in Power Plant

- Able to manage 3 -4 persons in a team

- Report to Project Manager/Engineer onsite

- Experience in AUTOCAD drawing in Solar PV Project

- Preferably Work with Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Company for Engineering design

- Civil and architecture background and preferably knowledgeable on electrical.

- Working Experienced in Capacity of 25MWp Solar Farm

4. Job Title: QA QC Engineer Electrical Solar Power

Sumbawa, 6 months

- Prepare checklist and guidelines for QA/QC Inspection for installation and commissioning activities in accordance to the project proposal and commissioning plans, with recommended necessary corrective actions

- Coordination with the Project Engineer and Local Contractor concerning all electrical quality assurance & control pertaining to the Electrical of the PV systems installation in all sub-fields complies with the Indonesia Standards and electrical code of practice.

- Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and sub-contractors onsite.

- Do inspection, test and sample material or assembled parts on the Electrical section of the project, especially on the MV/HV part.

- Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any non-conformance were rectified prior to system energization.

- Monitor progress and completion to align with quality standard as per project requirement

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; experience in QA/QC field.

- 2 -3 years working experienced in Power Plant

- Project Engineer

- Experience in QA/QC (Civil) in Solar PV Project

- Work with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Company for Project delivery

- Civil background and knowledge in Structural and Architecture works

- Civil & Structural; Experience in Solar Renewable Energy  will be added value

- Working experienced in Capacity of 25MWp Solar Farm

5. Job Title: Field Electrical Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan, 24 months

- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering

- Has 55 (fifty-five) years old

- 10+ (ten) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

- Has professional certificate of competency in electrical power system

- Has a wide range of experience in the Electrical engineering with specific in design and planning for Electrical Power Generating System, Power System Analysis (ETAP Software Program) System, Power

- Has experience to developed Electrical design basis, conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the Electrical design activities through the project execution.

- Has Experience in Electrical Distribution System including an integrated electrical power management system.

- Has Experience as Lead Electrical Engineer

- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as:

o International Electrotechnical Commission ( IEC)

o American National standards Institute (ANSI),

o American Petroleum Institute (API),

o National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA),

o National Fire Protection association (NFPA)

o National Electric Code (NEC, NFPA 70),

o Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)

- It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Electrical systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities

- Has a proven ability to perform Electrical engineering include study, calculation in Electrical System with a high level of quality.

- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest electrical engineering software i.e ETAP) applicable to such designs

- Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

- Has a good medical record

- Fluent in Communication and writing in English

6. Job Title: Field ICSS Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan 24 months

- At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Instrument/Control Engineering

- 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

- Has a wide range of experience in the Instrument/Control engineering with specific in design and planning for Instrument/Control especially for RFCC, hydrotreating, reforming, and hydrocracking plant include Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) and Emergency Shutdown System (ESD)

- Has experience to develop Instrument/Control design basis, conceptual design of Instrument/Control and standard drawings and controlled all the Instrument/Control design activities through the project execution.

- Has Experience in Major Instrument/Control system design.

- Has Experience as Lead Instrument/Control Engineer

- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as API, ANSI, ISA, IEC, NEMA, NFPA, NEC, NFPA 70, IEEE, and ICEA.

- It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Instrument/Control systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities

- Has a proven ability to perform Instrument/Control engineering include study, calculation in Instrument/Control System with a high level of quality.

- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest instrument/control engineering software) applicable to such designs

- Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

7. Job Title: Field Start-Up Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan, 24 months, 3 personnel

- To effectively manage and provide technical direction to their Commissioning Engineering team or teams to assure the design integrity of a specific project or projects including team performance within stated budget and schedule constraints.

- Overseeing the commissioning activities in the interior in a safe manner, within budget, on time and in accordance with the applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications

- Review the scope of construction and identify any possible anomalies during construction.

- Input commissioning expertise into the design process.

- Monitor the HSE performance of all commissioning contractors in the area (against the Departmental, Project or Contract HSE Plan) and to ensure that all work sites under his control are operating in a safe manner.

- Plan for station or part of station start-up and shutdown with Operations.

- Review marked-up as built drawings (PEFS) of the completed construction before commissioning and handover to Operations. Highlight any deviations from the original design to the Head of Construction.

- Manage Vendors field or specialist commissioning engineers.

- Ensure discipline personnel consistently work within the Quality Management System.

- Provides early notice of, and work with the project management team to resolve, any impediments to the engineering process.

- Encourage intra-discipline and inter-discipline communication, to facilitate effective project collaboration.  In particular, establish good communications with the project management team.

- Able to deal professionally, fairly and ethically with third parties such as vendors and contractors with due regard to commercial and contractual responsibilities.

- Promote the understanding and application of risk management techniques within the discipline.

- Monitor the installation progress against the schedule and ensure that any required commissioning activities are planned and scheduled appropriately.

- Prepare and issue commissioning work packs in a timely manner for offshore and discipline review, as per the planned schedule.

- Compliance with project HSE and Quality management plans – All assigned actions completed before due date or ASAP.

• Must Have:

• Degree in an engineering discipline (B.Sc)

• Minimum of 10 years on site commissioning experience (Oil and Gas )

• Must have sound basic skills in all branches of commissioning management.

• Good knowledge of on-site HSE Management.

• Familiar with design and engineering standards. Read and understand drawings (PEFS).

• Having minimum 5 years experiences in refinery / petrochemical projects

• Will be a plus if having minimum 2 years experiences in PMC

• Expertise in NHT, Water Treatement, Offsite, or Tankage

8. Job Title: Field Piping Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan 24 months

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 7+ years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

- Has Experience in the field supervisory of pipelines installation including pipeline routing, sizing, isometric, materials selection, corrosion protection and tie-in procedures.

- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as: API, ANSI, ASME, AWE, NACE, ASTM

- Has a proven ability to perform Piping installation and testing with a high level of quality in gas processing plants and utility facilities

- Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

- Working knowledge in the use of computer programs.

- Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed piping installation activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

- Has ability in quality management and schedule and man-hour control of the Piping installation work

- Fluent in Communication and writing in English

9. Job Title:  Field Surveyor (QS) Refinery

Balikpapan 24 months 5 personnel

Job description:

• Verify Bill of Quantities including Quantity take‐off refer to Construction Drawing

• Join Survey with Contractors to verify progress claims submitted by Contractors.

• Liaise with Contractor’s QS on progress payments and variation orders.

• Measurement, Taking-Off of Quantities, familiar with Bill of Quantities, etc.

• Identify additional and subtraction of quantities

• Assist Project Reporting Coordinator in monitoring physical progress

• Attend Site Meetings and take charge of all clients' request / feedbacks

Requirements:

- Willing to work in Balikpapan

- Expertise in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical Project.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering

- 7+ years experiences in Construction Stage

- Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Good communication and written skills in English

- Able to read Construction Drawing

- Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

- Preferable from Balikpapan Area and nearby

10. Job Title: Field Mechanical Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan 25 Months

Job Description but not limited:

- Monitor Mechanical activities of EPC contractor and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.

- Responsible for the implementation of corporate / project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned operations.

- To be a Safety Leader, ensuring all safety codes, site specific procedures, requirements and standards are being complied with.

- To be a team leader, maintain effective relationship with the EPC contractor and OWNER to create an enjoyable working atmosphere while achieving results.

- Oversight and monitoring of the implementation by EPC contractor and subcontractors of Mechanical work packages, from approval through work package closeout and testing.

- Anticipates potential problem areas, analyzes and recommends solutions or corrective actions.

- Works with OWNER operating personnel to coordinate implementation of Piping activities.

- Verify Mechanical items are installed per the drawings, standards and specifications.

- Punch List and document defective items and maintain reports.

- Verify “HOLD” items that has been identified in the ITP as the OWNER Rep.

- Verify Red Line Documents.

- Sign off system turnover documents.

- Act as leader in PSSR review procedures.

- Provide guidance to QA on NCR’s.

- Interface with OWNER and PMC Engineering Team as required.

- Attend site safety walks on a weekly basis.

- Manage responses of site queries and requests from the EPC Contractors in a timely manner.

- Liaise with Site Personnel, Contractors and Procurement team to obtain schedule and progress information, help develop schedules and report trends, highlight issues and trends that have the potential to impact project progress.

- Verify Contractor progress claims and claims for variations.

- Liaise with Operations in planning for construction activities dependent on plant shutdowns and Turnarounds.

- Provide visible leadership to the PMC and EPC construction teams.

- Provide construction guidance and input to the EPC detailed design.

Must have:

- At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 10+ years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).        

- Has experience in the field supervisory of Mechanical aspect of pipeline routing, sizing, isometric, materials selection, corrosion protection and tie-in procedures.      

- Has experience as Equipment Engineer especially for Major Process Equipment such as Reactor/Regenerator, Large Column, Steam Boiler     

- Has Experience in design and engineering for major Mechanical Equipment        

- It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for mechanical systems in refinery, gas processing plants and utility facilities          

- Has a proven ability to perform Mechanical equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet in Mechanical System with a high level of quality.  

- Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as, 

American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Welding Society (AWE), National association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.
