1. Senior Manager Operational

JOB DESC :

• Thorough in mine planning, monitoring of mining implementation and evaluation of target achievement

• Have competency certification for Main Operational Supervisor (POU)

• Mastering mineral resource exploration techniques including Pasca Tambang (RPT), Rencana Reclamation (RC)

• Accustomed to making quarterly reports to BLH, ESDM and Work Plan and Budget (RKAB)

• Coordination with external bodies ESDM Tambang, Environmental bodies BLH, DHLK, Team Proper

• Maintain Good mining Practices through out the operation from PIT to Port

• Accident control & control on Property Damage.

• Maintain all permits from regulatory bodies for TPS, Water monitoring points and others as and when required new or extensions of exiting.

• Organize the Dinas visiting, close the findings successfully and report to Top Management

• Raise monthly budget for Mining related activities in coordination with associated department

REQUIREMENTS :

• Education S1 Mining Engineering / Geologist and Have experience minimal 5 years as a Summit or mine pensioner and have a certificate of Occupational Safety and Health and the Environment

• Preferably have worked in coal mining operation for at least 5-year. Holding SK minimal for 3-years from ESDM Tambang Province or Jakarta (DKI)

• Ready to work under pressure and set targets

• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Willing to be placed at our site in Kalimantan Selatan

2. Mine Plan Engineer

JOB DESC

• Membuat  peta rencana tambang yang menggambarkan crest  toe, ramp, sump , elevasi dan lainnya dengan menambahkan keterangan contour, mining block dan initial boundary.

• Membuat design/perencanaan tambang harian yang meliputi : lokasi kerja (lokasi penggalian) , batasan area kerja (boundary pit),  sequence penambangan, rencana total produksi OB dan Batubara, lokasi penimbunan material dan kapasitasnya (Waste Dump), alokasi peralatan (fleet allocation),  jalan (ramp), drainage tambang, dan estimasi jarak buang OB.

• Mengidentifikasi potensi kecelakaan kerja, pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan dan melakukan langkah pencegahan dan perbaikan.

• Memastikan  rencana bulanan tersedia untuk membuat sequence penambangan harian dan mingguan.

• Mengevaluasi  dengan tingkat kompleksitas tinggi volume total material OB dan batu bara yang telah ditambang di pit secara periodik.

• Melakukan peninjauan lapangan setiap hari guna mengontrol pelaksanaan  penambangan agar sesuai dengan rencana yang sudah dibuat dan memberikan rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan dengan tingkat kompleksitas tinggi apabila diperlukan.

• Membuat plan review dan evaluasi terhadap actual, yang meliputi stripping limit, boundary dan elevasi, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi deviasi antara plan dan actual.

• Menyusun dan menerbitkan Berita Acara Hasil Perhitungan Volume bulanan dalam bentuk draft Berita Acara Invoicing (BAI).

REQUIREMENTS

• S1 / D3(Mining, Geology, Civil, Industrial Engineering)

• S1 Min. 3 years experience

• D3 Min. 5 year experience

• Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP)

• Bisa/mengerti Bahasa Inggris

• Mining Software (Minescape, X-pac, Surpac, Minex, etc

3. SHE Supervisior

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) environmental or polytechnic or K3 Safety with min. 4 years experiences in mining operations

• Responsibilities: Provide HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) plan,program, and procedure to end of project, Execute HSE inspection for daily, weekly, and monthly with purpose to make sure all are still on the HSE track operation. Must be so sensitively with small founding of HSE violation and being recorded, getiing told it, and reported it. Making HSE statistics for MTD (Month to Date), YTD (Year to Date), and PTD (Project to Date) period.

• Build Nursery for the prepare a plan for Mine Rehabilitation and Reclamation

• Prepare schedule mine rehabilitation, drainage, landform design

• Have a good relation with the Government

• Understand documents AMDAL, RKL and RPL

• Ability to use of MS office and autocadd map

4. Survey Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male, Bachelor degree civil or geodesy

• Experience Min. 5 years (Coal Mining Company)

• Responsibility calculate OB mine progress, stockpile reconcile, preparing ground topography survey and also reclamation plan

• Ability to use of "total station data collection" and GPS equipment (RTK and Static) is required), autocad map, surpac and minescape for topography survey

• Survey data collection programs - SMI / TDS software.

• Can operate Total Station Sokkia IM 101

5. Mine Geology Evaluator

• Requirements :

- Male, Bachelor degree Geology

- Experience Min. 5 years (Coal Mining Company)

- Responsibility Geology Modeling, Optimization, ensure coal reserves and their contents are accurate according to the standards of the company’s target criteria

- Familiar with software Stratmodel, Minescape, ArcGis, Autocad is a must

6. Senior Finance Accounting & Tax Manager

JOB  DESCRIPTION

• Control the flow process of General Ledger. Maintain and review GL (full set of account) by ensuring data was in out properly

• Monitoring journal posting from finance all area, reclassification and reversal journal needed related with closing period

• Review balance of account, identify monthly significant mutation, identify for unusual transaction. Review aging account receivable / payable / advance account / deposit, identify any significant problem in settlement process.

• Coordinate with tax department in process of Calculating Corporate Income Tax.

• Develop Company’s accounting policies in accordance to Company’s accounting policy, Indonesian

• GAAP and IFRS.

• Corporate with external auditors in order to au

• Prepare translation of financial statement from USD to IDR (subsidiary) and USD to IDR (submission to parent company).

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, profitability report per division, cash flow, fixed asset report) to be submitted to Director and all management Improving standard of corporate financial reporting system by participating in discussions, and workshops requested by the company and the parent company.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelors degree from Accounting major and have experience in the same position and level minimum 8 years in Mining Industry

• Have experience to handle subordinate

• Have a strong leadership

• Willing to work with pressure and challenging environment

• Good command of English (oral and written)
