PT SWARNA BHUMI ENERGI is a national company providing consultant services and manpower for oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for some professional and experienced candidates to fill the position as below:

Assistant Operator Offshore

Report to Production Supervisor (Offshore) this position is accountable to Perform safe, compliant, environmentally friendly, quality and efficient day-to-day production activities at Pangkah Offshore installation covering daily plant inspection, execution of first-line maintenance, operations parameter monitoring and troubleshooting of Offshore wellhead platform and its facilities, adhering to SOPs, WIs and written or oral instructions from Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Technical Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor Degree (S1) major in engineering.

• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival, Migas H2S/Gas Tester and Fire Fighting.

• Having valid certificate of Migas Operator Produksi is an advantage.

• Having 3 – 5 years experience as plant operator or plant technician in the Offshore environment of oil & gas industry.

• Good Knowledge on the oil and gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes, wellhead system, first line maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Good Knowledge on the process equipments, rotary and static equipments.

• Good knowledge on the process control, instrumentation and utilities.

• Good knowledge on the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)

• Good knowledge on the HSE Management System, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System.

• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Well Intervention Supervisor

Main job is to supervise routine well intervention activities including monitor contractors involved in well services activities, to deliver maximum value to the company whilst maintaining safety & environment standard.

Main responsibilities include:

• Supervise routine well intervention activities efficiently and without injury and no harm to the environment.   

• Review operation programs and anticipate potential problems and plan alternative strategies.

• Provide technical input to well interventions on relevant wells and actively participate in improvements concerning intervention methods and tools

• Plan, execute and report all well intervention activities in accordance with Company operating standards and statutory legislation.

• Ensuring adequate personnel and technical resources are available at the work sites to allow safe operations and that personnel receive adequate instructions to carry out their task safely.

• Review and report all changes on all aspects of well intervention & integrity to the Well Intervention Superintendent / Well Integrity Engineer.

• Take necessary actions to correct hazardous situations or conditions, and reported immediately in accordance with Company procedure.

• Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent experience.

• At least 7 years of experience carrying out well completion / intervention supervisory roles.

• Offshore experience is a strong advantage,

• Valid IWCF Level 4 certificate

• Valid BOSIET

• Experience in writing well intervention programs and producing end job reports

• Have an experience with most with most CT, W/L, Slick Line Surface Equipment, High pressure control equipment Well control BOP’s strippers, risers/lubricators,

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams

Corporate Accountant

Perform corporate accounting transaction analysis & reporting as per accounting principles and applicable laws & good corporate governance principles. Its covering month end closing, financial statements, forecast analysis, and bank’s reconciliation and various accounts, fixed asset administration, billing process and tax compliance. Report will be used for CFO’s review, holding company, partners and outside auditors.

Main responsibilities include:

• Conduct and maintain accounting transaction and activities (AR, AP, Tax compliance, GR) in accordance with accounting principles and applicable laws

• Maintain and enhance various spreadsheets to support financial transactions and analysis of various expenses

• Perform as a gatekeeper for finance accounting transaction and report to ensure that book value is not sharply corrected

• Provide data, support and good coordination in audit process internally and externally, follow up and close the audit findings with related parties to assure the compliance with regulation and the applicable provision

• Develop and update accounting system and procedure as well as related accounting system to improve accounting practices in accordance with standard regulation and accounting principles

• Proactively handle risk related with inaccuracy of data entry and completeness of corporate financial transaction, late account receivable and payable billing process, bank reconciliation and cash management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university.

• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably have experience in holding corporate accounting, public accounting firm and oil & gas industry

• Certified Accountant is preferable

• Familiar with SAP system

• Strong analytical skill

• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams
