An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining and has a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our expansion project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:

ABAP PROGRAMMER ANALYST

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

To create/Modify program related to SAP (ABAP Program, SAP RICEF)

To work hand in hand with business analyst in analysing the user requirement related to specific SAP ABAP Program and SAP RICEF.

To formulate technical solution to address the respective programming issues/problems/requirements.

To maintain the quality standard both in the product and process by applying the software development procedure and quality assurance.

Contribute to the upstream software development process by sharing the previous expertise and technical knowledge over the existing system.

Review high-level and low-level software design prior to executing the programming task.

Analyze the impact for software change management process from the software programming configuration item perspective.

Conduct software programming task using organization-wide adopted software development environment

Follow the organizational- code and programming standard to achieve consistent optimum code quality.

Perform programmer test and/or unit test post-implementation to ensure minimum defect from the unit being developed.

Ensure the programming artifact or configuration item is controlled within the organization standard version control system for future reference.

Conduct peer code review made by other programmer against organization standard.

Provide assistance whenever asked to the transition period of a software development project (user acceptance test, bug fixing, go-live, etc.).

Provide post go-live support with bug fixing activity.

Track own task assignment schedule and progress.

Escalate issues and manage timely resolution of issues.

 What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor degree from reputable universities, major in Information Management, Computer Science, Informatics.

Minimum 7 years’ experience as ABAP Programmer (User Exit, Enhancement point, BDC, BADI, BAPI, RFC, ALE, LSMW, Web Dynpro, ALV, Dialog Programming).

Exposure to SAP HANA, SAP Success Factor, SAP FIORI, SAP Gateway, SAP OData.

Certification in at least one of the following would be an advantage:

  ABAP for HANA

  ABAP with SAP NetWeaver

  SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform

Knowledge of software development process, methodology and quality.

Good in system requirement and design modelling such as Visio, UML.

Strong results orientation, high energy focus with good business judgment, fast learner, passionate to learn and adopt new technology.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SYSTEM ANALYST – IT / ERP

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

System Analyst in area of Maintenance, Material Management, Finance (SAP, .NET, other application)

Implement, maintain, and support IT and informations systems (SAP, .NET, other application) to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow.

Create tests, and develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 7 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis.

Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.

Flexible and adaptable; Able to understand business processes; Motivated to learn; Like working with people; Able to communicate and with people from different functions / department clearly;

Organized and good interest to work with documentation; Can create process flow chart; good presentation skill.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate. Able to  work with Ms. Offices : Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT - SPECIALIST OPERATIONS & IT GOVERNANCE

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

Carry out audits and compliance testing to ensure that plans, policies and procedures are operating effectively with appropriate controls and recommend improvement where necessary

Review and evaluate internal procedures and supporting documentation to ensure that they provide an effective control system and to identify any weaknesses.

Provide information and assistance to the clients to enable them to comply with statutory requirements and standards.

Carry out reviews of specific functions and processes to promote an independent and consulting activity designed to add best value and recommend improvements.

Assist in the development of any internal audit programme to ensure that all functions are subject to systematic review.

Assist in the development and maintenance of all necessary internal control and procedures to assist the clients in complying with financial regulations, statutory standards and meeting their objectives.

Treat all information received as confidential and not discuss anything outside of Internal Audit circles without prior permission.

Carry out audit and performs ethics investigation assigned to Internal Audit.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or other related fields.

Have minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role as Senior Specialist Internal Audit in IT audit fields; Mining experience will be considered and advantage; Preferably, IS audits as part of an integrated audit approach in an SAP environment (i.e., implementation, security, basis, SOD, Authorization), cloud technologies, operating systems, network, and tools.

Experience of supporting the development of audit strategies and plans and in leading and supervising risk based audits; Experience performing Operational, Investigations and IS audits (i.e., ITGC,  IS governance, cybersecurity, CAAT, etc.); Experience performing IT audits attesting to organizations’ regulatory compliance (i.e., GAAP, SOX, COBIT, ISO-27000) and other security frameworks.

Professional audit certifications preferred (CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA is a plus); Preferable with knowledge of Anti-Fraud Program and fraud and ethics investigation.

Strong knowledge of the various auditing standards and guidelines recognized in the industry, including ISACA IS Audit and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA); Strong ability to research and gather information from both business and IT functions.

Leads with integrity and respect; Excellent analytical, technical skills and auditing techniques (i.e. Operations, Investigation, IT internal control); Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and to engage in a collaborative, results-oriented team environment; Exceptional ability to work on and manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively; Has initiative, planning & organising skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus; communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

MANAGER SECURITY SYSTEMS

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

Responsible for planning, selecting, and implementing security technologies at project site (badging system, GPS tracking, movement sensor, face recognition image, CCTV, etc.) to support our business;

To implement effective systems to protect proprietary information, company data and general interactions of employees;

To develop strategies to address past issues and future challenges;

To Direct the company security functions, including physical security and safety of employees, facilities, and assets business operations;

Lead on the development and implementation of security related initiatives, for example, intruder alarms, locking systems, access control, incident reporting and CCTV systems for the Company;

Provide Security Risk Assessments for all buildings;

Develop and implement plans and strategies for security and transport to satisfy company requirements, mitigate risk, create efficiencies, reduce costs and position the company to cope with future demands and expectations;

Manage the numerous security and transport contracts to ensure KPIs are being set, measured and reported, contract meetings are held and contract terms are being either met or exceeded;

Manage the day to day systems and processes for security and transport including those for security staff, keys, locks, access control, CCTV, alarms, traffic management, and investigations.

Undertake investigations into criminal activities and other sensitive matters which may have reputational implications for the company. Recommend strategies to minimize risk, inform stakeholders and provide cost effective outcomes. Liaise closely with senior management, police and other parties;

Be available 24/7 to coordinate the initial response to emergency situations. Liaise closely with senior management and local emergency services;

Oversee compliance and quality assurance management, in line with requirements under the Company’s risk management framework including OH&S, legislation, statutes, regulations and policies;

Propose and manage section budget and spending as per company policies to achieve efficient operation;

Develop operating budgets for the Security Department and ensure adherence to the budget;

Manage department routine and projects annual business planning (budgeting) process (headcount, Opex, Capex, and closure cost), identify issues, and propose improvements;

Ensure that programs are conducted within approved budgetary constraints.

Be accountable for approval of purchases and expenditure within the delegated limits of authority;

Review monthly cost and production against budget, and identify improvements.

Reforecast budget if necessary;

The budgeting and costing process are assisted by relevant subordinates;

Undertake negotiation for budgets and financial plans with relevant groups and individuals in ways that build commitment to the plans;

 What skills and experience do you need?

Tertiary degree in Risk/Security Management or equivalent from a recognized institution with minimum 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement or military operations.

Minimum 5 years management experience in similar role  in security operations and large working area with multi facet teams in resource or industrial sectors;

Have experience in handling private jetty; Have experience in Contract management and Project management in related field; Demonstrated budgeting and cost control skills;

Have knowledge of gold mining technology and mining security applications; Have skills surrounding security technologies in the field of face recognition systems, CCTV strategy installation, movement sensors, Access Control and Diamond Control; International exposures to security management system is an advantage;

Sound knowledge of Criminal Procedure Act, Law of Evidence and Security Law; Sound knowledge of Investigation and detection procedures, conduct studies and collect data to detect sources of loss and risks; Able to organize and interpret information and identify necessary corrections, Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports on loss and loss mitigation strategies; Prepare reports and correspondence related to the security risks, crimes and incidents.

Have Garda Utama certification,

Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.

Possess strong liaison skills; Possess strong influencing skills and the ability to develop an effective Security Team across multiple sites; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; Manage multiple sites and tasks at the same time; High level of integrity and commitment; Demonstrated leadership skills; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
