Eni in Indonesia currently holds participating interests in 12 (twelve) Production Sharing Contractors (PSCs), in 10 (ten) of which Eni serves as the operator in deep water areas with active exploration and development programs. We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:
PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Purpose:
- To support Requesting Unit in procuring goods and services
- To carry out procurement activity that comply with the applicable internal and external rules and regulations
- To prepare the update of procurement process under his/her responsibility in weekly basis
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute contract strategy and plan.
- To apply basic risk management concept.
- To develop medium value and complicated Purchase Order/Contract for best of Company interest.
- To develop and maintain relationship with internal and external business partners.
- Tender process implementation monitoring and Bidder Feedbacks during the Tender Process
- To conduct all Procurement processes & activities and ensure its compliance to the applicable rules and regulations.
- To build and maintain business relation with contractors professionally.
- To coordinate with Requesting Unit after the PR is assigned for any necessary supporting documents, in order to ensure the Tender process can be correctly proceeded.
- To conduct administration and commercial evaluation and ensure its approval from authorizers.
- To conduct negotiation.
- To liaise with other relevant internal & external parties during procurement process.
- To prepare contract document or Purchase/Service Order, including to ensure obtaining its signature by Company and Contractor.
- To review and update MSR and Contract status record and report including coordinate with the Team Leader.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Professional Qualification: Minimum 5 years working experience, experience in the procurement project will be preferred
- Training & Certification (preferable, but not mandatory):
o Supply Chain Course, including but not limited to SKK Migas PTK-007 and its amendment
o Contract Administration
- Language: Fluent in English
