PT Panca Amara Utama (“PAU”) is a 700,000 MT per year ammonia initiative. Ammonia is a chemical compound used in the manufacture of fertilizer, explosives, acids and other petrochemical products. This USD 830 million project is built near Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. One of the biggest industrial project in Eastern Indonesia, PAU initiative supports the government’s directive to increase domestic value addition within the country.

PT PAU’s ammonia plant runs on KBR’s Reforming Exchanger System & Purifier Technology, the leading technology in Ammonia production. This represents its first application in the world, which puts Indonesia at the forefront of Ammonia production worldwide.

Construction began in June 2015 and the plant began commercial operations in September 2018.

1. CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:

- Male, maximum age 50 years old

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 20 years of working experience in technical drawing/factory construction design/construction project or other similar project, minimum 7 years as Civil Manager or Project Manager

- Have skills in plant infrastructure design, concrete and steel structure design and calculation, experience in design and construction of civil structures and site services for industrial projects

- Well knowledge of construction management for civil structure project

- Have training in construction management, cost control and project scheduling

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster system

2. SITE HROD MANAGER

Qualifications:

- Male, age between 40 – 50 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree or Magister of Human Resources Management or Psychology or Law or Management

- Have minimum 15 years of working experience in Human Resource Development (if S2 minimum 10 years) as Human Resource Manager.

- Have knowledge in HR Management & HR Development, Competency Management System, Government Labor Regulation, Coaching & Counselling Skills.

- Preferably have experience as HR Manager at Site or remote area.

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster system

3. PROCESS LEAD

Qualifications:

- Male, age between 40 - 45 years old

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering

- Minimum 15 years of working experience in Ammonia plant, Oil & Gas, and/or Petrochemical companies in Process Department. Last position must be as Process Lead/Assistant Manager for minimum 5 years, preferred from Ammonia plant

- Experiences in Ammonia Plant process, familiar with Process Engineering software, hand on process engineering calculations, familiar with laboratory analysis methods, and result interpretation

- Have experience in Plant troubleshooting

- Training undertaken: Ammonia Plant, Utility Plant, Plant Equipment

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster system

4. SHIFT SUPERINTENDENT

Qualifications:

- Male, maximum age 50 years old

- Bachelor's Degree in any field of study, preferably from Chemical Engineering

- Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in Fertilizer or Ammonia or Petrochemical or Refinery of modern technology with latest instrumentation. Minimum 5 years of working experience as Shift Superintendent Ammonia with some exposure to utilities in a modern technology Ammonia plant.

- Have experience in start up and shutdown, turn around maintenance and emergency handling

- Have good knowledge of all sections of Ammonia plant and high pressure boiler system, fair amount of knowledge for utilities and offsite units for Ammonia plant

- Have good knowledge of unit operations and other main subjects of chemical engineering, HSE standards applicable, latest instrumentation in a chemical plant, EP and Ms. Office.

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

5. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

- Male, maximum age 35 years old

- SMA/SMK/Diploma from Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of working experiences as Electrical Technician in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer company.

- Have knowledge in Medium Voltage Switchgear 11KV, 6.9KV, and Low Voltage Switchgear 400V and 240V, HVAC System, cathodic protection system, grounding system, synchronizing system, relay protection REF ABB.

- Have knowledge about Steam Turbine Generator, Gas Turbine Generator, Gas Engine Generator, Diesel Generator, HMI, PMSC, VFD, Softstarter.

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster system

6. SENIOR INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

- Male, age maximum 49 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics Engineering or Electrical Engineering

- Have minimum 15 years of working experience in Petrochemical or Fertilizers company as Instrument Engineer in operations and field trouble shooting

- Have knowledge In various field instrumentation, analyzer, control valve, control system (DCS, FSD, PLC, ITCC), machine monitoring system, machine equipment, CCTV, gas monitoring, etc

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster system

7. MANAGEMENT AUDIT MANAGER

Qualifications:

- Maximum age 45 years old

- Master’s Degree of Accounting or Finance

- Minimum 10 years of working experience in large manufacturing industries, minimum 5 years as Audit Manager.

- Have good knowledge about operations of large manufacturing companies, Accounting, Audit and Computer Systems.

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement in Head Office at Kuningan, South Jakarta

8. HR SERVICES OFFICER

Qualifications:

- Maximum age 30 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree from Economy or Law or IT or any related major

- Have 1 – 2 years of working experience in HR for payroll. Fresh graduate with internship experience in HR Payroll are welcome to apply

- Understand UU TK 13/2003, UU Cipta Kerja dan PP, HRIS, and pajak penghasilan

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

9. COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Qualifications:

- Male/Female with age between 25 – 32 years old

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Magister Management

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, EPC Contractors.

- Experience in material management, commercial, sales and marketing, and logistics

- Have knowledge in manufacturing or production, production planning inventory control, sales and marketing, business administration, preferably from Ammonia plant background

- Able to coordinate with external: gas supplier and oftaker

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement in Head Office at Kuningan, South Jakarta

10. PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Qualifications:

- Maximum age 35 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably from Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Procurement Officer, preferably from Technical/Engineering industry or large Civil Constructing

- Able to use Ms. AX Dynamix and Maximo

- Have training certificate from PABEAN

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement in Head Office at Kuningan, South Jakarta
