We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

POSITION  : HSE Training Coordinator

Department/Project : QHSE

Education  : Bachelor’s degree in technical major, or HSE study background preferable

Working Experiences : Min. 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : 6 months contract (extendable depends on performance and project needs)

Work location   : Karimun Yard

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. The background priority should be preferred from Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering, with about minimum 7 years working experiences in the similar working fields / equivalent”

2. A team player with a flexible attitude to work scope

3. Ability to work unsurprised as required

4. Confident in management of interface with contractor and Vendor personnel

5. Proactive approach to decision making and team works

6. Organization ability in multi-interface and technically demanding project

7. Capable to write and communicate in English and Bahasa

8. Interface between the Yard HSE Manager, the corporate and the projects

9. Knowledge in office Pack and specially Word, Excel, Pwp…

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Manage a team of more/less 10 persons composed by trainers and administrative,

2. Organize the trainings plan according to the corporate training matrix,

3. Ensure the optimization of the training plan with an objective of 100% of trainings’ participation,

4. Be capable in case of visit of our clients, VIP to manage the induction and specific trainings by himself/herself

5. Advise on the mandatory trainings needed from the HSE points of view and managed the CAPEX for the oncoming years and needs of trainings HSE,

6. Manage the monthly reporting and the updating of the SAIPEM Dashboard for Karimun training department,

7. Support the HSE department in case of Incident investigation and preparation of specific Workshop for requested events.
