FINANCE SITE

General Responsibilities:

1. Make a payment form for every cash disbursement.

2. Make a recapitulation of reimbursement reports and sort out each transaction evidence according to the site location.

3. Make salary slips and recapitulation salary payments.

4. Coordinate related payments, make payments and withdraw funds at the bank.

5. Make payments for fixed fees every month.

6. Responsible for daily transactions (petty cash).

7. Make a cash usage report.

8. Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding the company's accounts payable.

9. Coordinate with the bank related to the company's interests.

10. Help the accounting manager prepare reports related to taxes.

Requirements:

1. Female, max 35 years old.

3. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

4. Prefelably staff specializing in finance-general/ cost accounting or equivalent.

General Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

1.   This position is one of the strategic positions in the Organization, and will work with the teams to handle: all HRGA functions and Job Descriptions including Development & Training, Operational matters, and General Affairs issues (Building, access card, vehicle management, management of office facilities such as meeting rooms, etc).

General Responsibilities:

1.   Understand the labor regulations related to PKWT/PKWTT/Employee probation period.

4.  Understand and be able to carry out HR Operations tasks (recruitment, training, payroll, OD, GA, and HR administration).

HSE COORDINATOR

Main Responsibilities :

The Health Safety and Environment Coordinator is responsible for planning, monitoring, evaluating, and improving the implementation of the HSE program, and providing Corrective Actions so that all activities comply with work standards and company policies, and government regulations.

General Responsibilities :

1. Planning, monitoring, evaluating, and improving the implementation of the HSE program.

2.  Provide Corrective Action (Remedial Action) so that all activities are by work standards and company policies.

3.  Prevent work accidents and environmental pollution.

4.  Ensure all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment.

5.  Ensure, check and carry out monthly inspections regarding the feasibility and availability of PPE and work safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.

6.  Ensure that the safety sign at the work site has been installed properly.

7.  Provide training to workers such as the use of light fire extinguishers, First Aid in accidents, Emergency Response, etc.

8.  Monitoring the implementation of the SOP has been implemented properly by all employees.

9.  Create a program to minimize the waste of hazardous and toxic materials so that they can be accommodated properly.

10.  Provide waste storage for hazardous and toxic materials for each work unit.

11.  Routine inspection of impacts and hazards on the work carried out.

12.  Implement and make HSE Meeting program every month.

13.  Conduct and lead a simulation of an emergency every month so that when an emergency occurs it can be anticipated.

14.  Obtain a monthly report on the inspection.

15.  Conduct daily briefings and instructions to the Safety Officer

16.  Reprimand and provide sanctions to workers who violate the established occupational safety and health (HSE) regulations.

17. Coordinate safe work permits/work permits that have been carried out in each work unit, especially contractors.

18.  Can solve problems, investigate, audit, and provide input for things that are less secure.
