Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. is Production Sharing Contractor which operate the Kasuri Block, Teluk Bintuni Regency, West Papua. We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to join our Jakarta team as:
Procurement Officer (PROC)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field with over 10 years of experience as Procurement in O&G Industry.
- Hold valid SKK MIGAS PTK 007 certificate is a must.
- Experienced in designing, establishing, managing the long and short-term strategies of procurement functions, policies, procedures, and workflow to ensure smooth operation and fulfilment for all business requirements that to be aligned with the required approval matrix and authorities.
- Able to represent the organization in front of the external and internal parties like; suppliers, vendors, different authorities, business unit managers concerning the related SCM department business.
- Proven record in design, manage and set the rules of bids, tenders, and quotations; Bidder’s participation, evaluation, selecting therefore hiring and contracting until delivery.
- Able to manage Contract with suppliers, negotiate the prices, terms and conditions that ensure the maximum benefits for the organization and to be aligned with the organization’s policies and local laws.
- Liaises with key company employees to determine their procurement needs.
- Understands Supply Chain Management Procedures, Logistics, and Knowledge of Supply Management Software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, data analysis skills, good organizational skills, and good negotiator.
