An Indonesian mining company; 10 positions

An Indonesian mining company which operates the Nickel mining (PT EPI) and Quarry Andesite mining (PT HTB) and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our expansion project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:

• PT HALO TAMBANG BERJAYA (QUARRY ANDESITE)

1. OPERATIONAL MANAGER QUARRY (CODE: OPM)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Mining

- Min. 5 Years experience in same position

- Have the ability to plan the implementation of andesite stone, sand, feldspar soil mining starting from the preparation of mining operations, calculating operational cost budgets to planning the required mining facilities and infrastructure.

- Have good management skills - Hard worker. loyal, and able to work in accordance with the target.

- Have a POP certificate.

- Has a Class II explosives certificate.

- Understand Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and be willing to work according to SOP and Company regulations.

- Have good communication and negotiation skills.

- Have an OHS certificate and have the ability to help direct and ensure that employees carry out the operations of tools, explosives and drilling properly, safely and in accordance with the classification and operating standards of Occupational Safety, Health (K-3), and the environment.

- Familiarity with mining procedures

- Understand the characteristics of rocks.

- Responsible for the implementation of mine planning including monitoring of land acquisition, etc. as well as the implementation of all mining activities, from blasting, stripping, to hauling.

- Make a work plan for all mining activities, monitor, and make activity reports to Management.

- Responsible for reporting mining progress maps to the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) periodically.

- Organize and coordinate heavy equipment operations for mining activities (excavators, dozers), dump trucks, drilling equipment.

- Able to coordinate with the team to plan blasting areas, explosives, land to be used for mining operations, and ensure that blasting is carried out with strict, accurate and safe safety and environmental operating standards.

- Perform Quality Control function on rock quality.

- Handling of Community Development issues around the mining area

- Have a strong leadership spirit and good analytical skills.

- Carry out tasks in accordance with the SOP set by the Company

2. MINE ENGINEER SUPERVISOR (CODE: MNE)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Mining

- Min. 3 Years experience in same position

- Expert in mining principles, mine design concepts and mining methods

- Have Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)

- Mastering Mining Software (Surpac, Minescape, Scheduling Software)

- Can make long term design (main)

3. SURVEYOR FOREMAN (CODE: SRV)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Mining

- Min. 2 Years experience in same position

- have experience in the mining sector.

- conduct surveys for mine slopes.

- perform pit formation according to mine design.

- carry out coordinate measurements precisely according to the mine design.

- conduct a survey for land support for drilling.

- Understand Operating Minescape and Autocad Applications

- Have Mine Surveyor Certificate

- Capable of Processing Data from Survey Measuring Instruments

4. CRUSHER AND PLANT SUPERVISOR (CODE: CAP)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

- Min. 3 Years experience in same position

- Responsible for shift operations at andesite quarry crushing and screening plant and conveying and stacking system.

- Supervise the work of personnel engaged in performing routine operations at the crusher.

- Plan and coordinate daily work assignments to achieve daily production targets

- Be responsible for quality assurance and quality control to ensure safe and consistent production results.

- Work closely with maintenance personnel to properly identify and schedule maintenance activities.

- Perform minor equipment repairs as needed.

- Be responsible for the safe operation of the crusher areas during the shift with regular safety training of personnel and safety meetings to target a zero level of incidents.

- Control, maintain and manage the availability of mechanical equipment based on rental agreements.

- Control and monitor the availability of equipment.

- Prepare, control and monitor maintenance planning and scheduling for single equipment and long-term supporting equipment.

- Controlling and monitoring daily progress and scheduling maintenance.

- Estimating, controlling, and monitoring component exchange utilization.

- Controlling, managing, and reviewing equipment provisions (budget hourly costs for single components including GET, tires, oil, grease and undercarriage components).

- Monitoring the PIP (Product Improvement Program) and PSP (Product Safety Program) issued by dealers.

- Ensuring the implementation of preventive & predictive maintenance is carried out properly.

5. MARKETING & SALES SUPERVISOR (CODE: MAS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing

- Min. 3 Years experience in same position

- Have experience in the field of Andesit is a MUST

- Have good communication skills.

- Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with customers.

- Responsible for opening new markets for the company.

- Responsible for providing offers to customers.

• PT EVER PRIMA INDONESIA (NICKEL)

1. LEGAL HEAD (CODE: LHD)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in law

- Min. 5 Years experience in same position

- preferably have exp at mining (nickel) company

- Understanding business licensing procedure

- Understanding of corporate legal & business contract, corporate license, compliance & litigation

- Understanding business licensing law & regulation

- Strong analytical skill with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

2. PURCHASING AND LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT (CODE: PAL)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any major

- Min. 4 Years experience in same position

- Perform and analyze selecting, executing and evaluating sourcing methods includes supplier data, pricing and specifications for preparing appropriate and reasonable owner estimate to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the site procurement activities in accordance with strategy, policies and applicable regulations.

- Perform, coordinate and analyze procurement activities and services including prepare document bidding/tender, contractual arrangement coordinates with users and vendor/suppliers

- Make purchase order by request and negotiation.

- Give suggestion or alternative part to supplier.

- Manage good relationship with all supplier.

- Lead Time Process PR approved to PO Approved

- Lead Time Delivery

- Through System SAP

3. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (CODE: ODP)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in SDM or any major

- Min. 3 Years experience in same position

- preferably have exp at mining (nickel) company

- Have a good understanding of workload/work sampling analysis, organization design, job description, manpower planning analysis, and job evaluation.

- Conduct analysis and recommend organizational design.

- Analyze and determine workforce requirements.

- Conducting assessments and providing recommendations related to office productivity so that it is in line with organizational strategy

- Perform job value analysis for all positions.

- Conduct business process analysis.

- Conduct Role & Responsibility evaluation.

- Review KPI, IDP & SOP

4. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OFFICER (CODE: QMS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in management or any major

- Min. 2 Years experience in same position

- Understanding of nickel mining business processes

- Create and review quality management system documents level 1 - 4

- Create and review departmental SLAs.

- ISO 9001: 2015 Certification

- ISO auditing experience

- Understand BSC and PDCA

5. ACCOUNT PAYABLE & REPORTING (accounting) SUPERVISOR (CODE: APR)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting

- Min. 3 Years experience in same position

- Solid knowledge of accounting policies/procedures and financial statements

- Experienced in mining industry.

- Preferably have been in KAP

- Prepare and post journals, reconciliations and review financial statements for month-end close.

- Responsibilities for the day-to-day accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.

- Monitor, supervise, and advice AP & AR accountant job description.

- Understanding cost accounting, G/L, Finance Report/Statement, AP & AR

- Strong leadership skill and detail-oriented

- Advanced computer skills on Ms. Office

- Having experience in operating SAP will be added value.

- Liaise with external auditor for Yearly Financial Audit
