AR/ER Employee Accountant (Third-Party Contract Employee)

Job Responsibilities:

- Processing reimbursement expense report of National Employee Jakarta Office comply to company policy

- Processing settlement expense report of National Employee Jakarta Office

- Other matters related to AR/ER Employee

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Reputable University

- Minimum 2-5 year’s experience

- Good mastery of the basics of MS Office, especially MS Excel

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking

- Fast learner, high confidence, independent and reliable

 CSR and Community Development Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervises and coordinates Social Responsibility and Community Development programs and activities.

- Prepare, submit, and obtain the approval of the CSR WP&B from SKK MIGAS.

- Reviews and ensure all services contract and material purchase within CSR division meet the requirement and company procedures.

- Conducting Program Coordination meeting with the government of Kabupaten for Planning and Monitoring.

- Identifying and reporting social risk, and initiating mitigation initiatives.

- Managing effective communication and liaison to respond grievance and complain of local people and other stakeholders.

- Coordinates the relationship with key stakeholders related to CSR matters (SKK MIGAS, Local  Government, NGO, Local Community) and identify best collaboration opportunities.

- Supervise CSR and Community Development programs post program monitoring.

- Supervise the development and updating of social-community database.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Communication/Development Studies/Business Administration and equivalent.

- Minimum 10 years experience working in oil and gas industry.

- Minimum 5 years experience at managerial/supervision position.

- Lead or supervisory experience is a must.

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking.

- Fast knowledge on Oil & Gas related regulations.

System Committee Member Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide technical expertise to support Jabung block field operation and maintenance activities, with main focus of troubleshooting, special programs and metering system.

- Manages daily coordination with shipper in terms of gas delivery from Petrochina to Buyer to ensure quality of gas meet the GTA. Coordination between buyer, shipper/seller, and transporter.

- Monitors metering, trouble shooting, and equipment/tools prior to gas delivery to Buyer.

- Involves in developing procedure, certification, and re-certification for Shipper’s and Buyer’s metering.

- Supports activities progress and ensures that objectives are being met on time, within the approved budget and in compliance with the pertinent policy and procedures.

- Plans Sales Gas Pipeline integrity maintenance program, such as: pipeline inspection, corrosion protection monitoring, pipeline pigging etc.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Process/Chemical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering

- Minimum 5 years in technical and/or engineering role in oil and gas industry

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking.

- Fast knowledge on Oil & Gas related regulations.

- Fast learner, high confidence, independent and reliable.

Process Safety Engineer (Third-Party Contract Employee)

Job Responsibilities:

- Champion a culture of Process Safety excellence at the company

- Manage and conduct the HAZOP program, as well as track and assist with any resulting recommendations

- Perform risk analysis and coach others on the use of risk analysis techniques

- Collaborate with teams to discover and implement long-term process improvement efforts

- Perform audit of process safety management systems and execute risk mitigation corrective actions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) with Physical or Chemical or Mechanical background from Reputable University

- Minimum 5 year’s experience working in oil and gas industry

- Familiar with Process safety management

- Familiar with non-ideal situation with safety aspect

- Familiar with process safety software

- Fast knowledge on Oil & Gas related regulations

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking

- Fast learner, high confidence, independent and reliable

Information Technology Manager

Roles:

- Ensure the company has up-to-date IT System Technology and Telecommunication, including data cyber security application as a standard to support the achievement of company target

Interpreter / Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

(Third-Party Contract Employee)

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in dealing with the company's foreign affairs outreach and business reception;

- Assist in corporate culture publicity;

- Assist in the publicity and reporting of important events and activities of the company as well as cultural integration and communication;

- Responsible for the translation of some official documents;

- Responsible for reporting some daily affairs reports;

- Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Reputable University

- Strong writing ability

- Have good professional quality, team spirit and strong sense of responsibility, can take the initiative to complete the work

- Fluency in Chinese, English and Indonesian

HSSE – Emergency Management & Incident Investigation and Reporting

(Third-Party Contract Employee)

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop ERCM (Emergency Response and Crisis Management) communicate, monitor implementation ERCM

- Develop, communicate, monitor implementation of ERP

- Support Occupational safety on Field

- Able to conduct incident investigation

- Facilitate incident investigation, reporting and lesson learned

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from Reputable University

- Minimum 10 year’s experience in HSE of upstream oil and gas industry

- Completed developing ERCM in oil & gas or mining

- Experience as HSE Auditor

- Fast knowledge on Oil & Gas related regulations

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking

- Fast learner, high confidence, independent and reliable
