We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:
Assistant Office Maintenance (Non Staff) (928991)
(Jakarta)
In this role you will:
• Assist Superintendent Office to ensure work and equipment are well maintained in accordance with HSE standards
• Conduct ladder inspections every 3 months
• Conduct tool inspections every 3 months
• Conduct office inspections every 2 weeks
• Inspect fire extinguishers every month
• Conduct g-strap draining every 2 months
• Update electrical equipment tagging every 6 months
• Perform distribution panel inspection every 6 months
• Perform Air Purifier inspection
• Assist the Office Superintendent to create or update Job Analysis for office area maintenance/repair work.
• Supervise office area maintenance activities (RSI, Rentokil, TCS) and maintenance every 2 times a week
• Assist the Office Superintendent to create monthly HSE reporting at Synergy and other reporting if required.
• Assist Superintendent Office in preparing documents for internal and external audit activities
• Create and manage travel letters to Building Management for goods in and out.
• Create employee ID cards
• Create and manage AC overtime request letter to Building Management
What skills and experience do you need?
• Min SMA/SMK with 5 years related experience as maintenance in office/building
• Previous experience working with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus.

EOI - Engineer Operations Technology (928892)

In this role you will:
• Provide operation performance analysis, recommendation, or guidance to solve and prioritize action plan and problem solving (senior supervisor, senior engineer, foreman, leading hand)
• Provide performance of accuracy of measurements, calculations, and data integrity level in any aspects especially of Dispatcher mining systems
• Undertake daily management of mine production information and reporting systems
• Maintain and update Fleet Management System based on mining progress
• Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities an effective Fleet Management System and coordination with project operation to achieve and improve production and productivity target
• Be responsible for effective deployment of mining resources to safely and effectively execute mine plans within set production and safety targets, understanding the daily, weekly and monthly production targets

• Bachelors in engineering, statistics, and mathematics
• 3-5 years experiences in Fleet Management System (FMS)

EOI - Engineer Fleet Management System (928891)

In this role you will:
• Manage all fleets in all sites through Optimizer and intervene if manual optimization required
• Monitor trucks distribution and optimize the productivity and utilization of the equipment's
• Coordinate with project about fleet distribution and performance:
• Monitor hanging and queuing time and investigate equipment with suboptimal time
• Coordinate shift change, meal break, and refuel in all regions and panels
• Manage support fleet (grader, dozer, support trucks, etc.)
• Manage road maintenance tasks and assign available equipment accordingly
• Manage support equipment allocations as usage in alignment with procedure
• Coordinate rain clean-up efforts (roads and loading points)

In this role you will:
• Provide operation performance analysis, recommendation, or guidance to solve and prioritize action plan and problem solving to site Management (superintendent up)
• Be involved in shaping the operation strategy in shift, daily and weekly time frame with mining operation team
• Conduct the audit to ensure the site team configure the Optimizer according to the best practice and real field conditions
• Oversee all activities by dispatch operation and mining analyst
• Train and coach ROC team members
• Continuously review ROC set-up and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor FMS system health and data quality
• Collaborate with external (client, vendor, etc.)

• More than 6 years experiences in Fleet Management System (FMS)

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Economic, Civil, Industrial or Mining Engineering with minimum 3 years in the mining or construction industry in similar role as Engineer Cost Control and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;
• Proficient in Ms Project, Ms Office, and Desktop Publishing Package; proficient in Resources Analysis; proficient in Cost Control utilizing software such as JDE or other ERP will be additional advantage
• Good leadership, independent and mature personality, self-motivated, results driven and good negotiation skills; high initiative; performance driven; good planning skill; good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English.
