JOB VACANCIES
Petrochina Intl. Jabung Ltd., an International Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company has the following positions open for immediate engagement:
1. Exploration Admin Sr. Supervisor
Work Location: Jakarta
Job Responsibilities:
a. Handling administration for all contract services in the ESO Department (wireline logging, mudlogging, software & hardware).
b. Performs administration and finance updates related to the explorational purposes.
c. In charge of the tender process (CRS, market survey, SOW, and others).
d. Monitoring cost expenditures for all contracts.
e. Monitoring administration approvals.
f. Prepares regular activity reports and ensures the timely submission.
Requirements:
a. Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
b. Minimum of 5 (five) years of work experience.
c. Preferably certified PTK 007 (latest version).
d. Good English written and oral skills.
e. Good communication skills.
2. Information Technology Manager
Work Location: Jakarta
Job Responsibilities:
a. Ensure the company has up-to-date IT System Technology and Telecommunication, including data cyber security application as a standard to support the achievement of company target.
b. Ensure the implementation of IT System Technology and Telecommunication, including data cyber security application in accordance with regulations/ policies and overall planning including budget approval by stakeholder.
Requirements:
a. Minimum bachelor’s in computer sciences or above.
b. At least 10 years of professional experience in information systems management at a senior level in a multi-national company, with at least 5 years of experience working as/with Department Leadership personnel.
c. Ability to develop strategic initiatives and oversee the development of long-term plans and proposals to support business objectives, including IT project management and infrastructure.
d. Good proficiency in English both written and verbal communications, including presentation skills and negotiation.
e. Have a knowledge of project management, risk management, system development, telecommunication, IT infrastructure and Cyber Security.
f. Familiar with key emerging technologies e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.; Data Management; Cyber Security; business intelligence & business analytics; and the Agile, DevOps and ITIL methodologies
