The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure that all construction delivered in adequate quality, safe, operable, reliable and comply with applicable regulatory requirements and Dyno Nobel Engineering Standards. They must also lead the construction support during the project development phase.

General Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Mining Engineering)

• Minimum 10 years’ combined experience of capital project management, design engineering, construction & commissioning, or maintenance

• Able to use CAD, Ms. Project / Primavera, MS. Office

• Proven experience in delivering the medium to complex size of capital project from execution until start-up

• Good understanding about the Project Quality Management, and Project Safety Management

• Fluent in English

• Strong communication, self-driven and persistent

The ideal candidate will be responsible to produce the conceptual designs, front end engineering designs and detailed engineering designs of the project works. They also must ensure that all design is delivered in adequate quality, inherently safe, operable, and reliable while also meeting regulatory requirements and Dyno Nobel Engineering Standards. Candidate must also provide technical support during the project execution phase (Execution to Close Out).

General Requirements:

• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering

• Experience: minimum of 10 years’ combined experience of project management, design engineering, construction & commissioning, or maintenance

• Software: AutoCAD, Engineering Design and Calculation software, MS. Office, SAP

• Good knowledge and skills in Project Management and Construction Management

• Good understanding about the Project Quality Management, and Project Safety Management

• Fluent in English

General Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in telecommunication/IT

• Minimum 3 years’ experience (recent) in an IT Field Engineer role.

• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server,Linux, SOE, MS Office 365, Ms. Azure.

• Experience working with MS Active Directory, Wintel, SQL Servers, Dell Hardware

• Experience with commonly used windows platforms including; hardware, software, operating systems and technologies.

• Experience develop Applications (Web base & Mobile apps)

• Familiar with PHP, SQL Server, VB.Net

• Understanding Microsoft O365

• Understanding Network Topology

• Familiar with Cloud Computing, especially Ms. Azure environment.

• Understanding Mikrotik Router configuration.

• Server experience is desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing the technical support services requirements and implement the drill and blast improvement projects, effectively supporting and promoting DNX products and services at the key customer sites area in a professional manner to get the best explosive result and to deliver the best service to customer for technical and product specialty.

General Requirements:

• Education: Min Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering./ Geological Engineering

• Experience: Min of 2 years’ experience as Technical Service in Blasting Company or Drill and Blast Engineer in Mining Contractor

• Having knowledge and experience in gold mining company is advantageous but not essential.

• In-depth technical knowledge and experience of mining operation, drilling & blasting process, blast vibration & air-blast analysis, and fragmentation analysis.

• Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.

• Have proven outstanding analytical thinking and excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English

• Able to work under time pressure.

• Diagrammatic and numerical reasoning

• Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics.

• Willing to be placed and rotated in all DNX Indonesia’s sites if required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to support the operations within DNX Indonesia through the delivery or fit for purpose assets that meet operational needs in terms of function, safety, cost effectiveness and project timelines. They would also provide engineering support to the business through review and development of solutions for operational needs.

General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Minimum of 2 years engineering project management experience within a relevant industry

• Advanced people management skills including leadership and performance management

• Proven application of design and risk management practices such as change management, Risk Assessment, HAZOP etc.

• An in-depth knowledge of Safety and Quality Management Systems and their application in a chemical processing environment

• Intermediate level financial literacy and analysis skills

• Sound understanding of the regulatory and analysis skills

• Sound understanding of the regulatory environment in which we work.

• Hands on of mechanical/electrical equipment installation, testing and commissioning

• Fluent in English

Desirable:
