An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

SR. SPECIALIST ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible to ensure the waste management of the operation meet the government regulations and internal standard by utilizing strong technical skills to develop guidance, program, and implementation. Active seeking of innovative/improvement to promote environmental high performance to achieve full compliance with all legal and other requirements.
• To ensure the environmental compliance with all applicable Government of Indonesia regulations, commitments specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans and other obligations especially for the waste management (Hazardous waste and Non-hazardous waste).
• To support projects and/or research to improve environmental performance and understanding, reduce environmental risk, and/or to meet/exceed standard criteria set by Government Regulations and company
• To create compliance report of environmental performance in accordance with the government regulation, permit and other obligations.
Operation Coordination:
• Support the Superintendent in organizing and supervision of the staff and program in CRI section including the staff performance assessment, training needs and development;
• Review and monitor the operational environmental management and monitoring activities, including the result of regular environmental management inspection conducted by SHE Representative team and provide report of non-compliance issues to the management level.
• Provide technical support and recommendation/corrective actions of non-compliance or environmental incident, and coordinate with areas to follow up the recommendation.
• Manage the non-hazardous waste and hazardous waste/LB3 handling, including by identify possibility of reducing the B3 material usage (through chemical review procedure), provide treatment/disposal method of B3 waste and support the area/department operational personnel on B3 waste storage (storage and shelter operator).
• Conduct/organize due diligence audit of B3 waste to external business partner to ensure the compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise the external party (government inspection, consultant/auditor) site visit with related area representative regarding the environmental inspection, field verification and audit. Provide the required follow up action distribution and tracking the progress for reporting purpose.
• Ensure environmental compliance data base of LB3 are verified and maintained appropriately and reviewed to support reporting compliance (RKL/RPL, Permitting and regulations requirement) and provide environmental control actions required to improve environmental performance or reduce environmental risk.
• Ensure original data and other hard copy (forms, waste manifest, log books, report) are maintained and properly documented according to document control procedures.
• Provide environmental input for management reviews and reports, to ensure that emerging environmental issues are addressed and managed in compliance manner.
Environmental Management System
• Have a working knowledge of the ISO14001, PTAMNT Environmental Management System (EMS) and Environmental Performance Standards.
• Participate and facilitate in the Environmental Risk and Opportunity (Aspect Impact) review, Internal Audit and support EMS implementation program (legal review, preventive and corrective action management).
• Review internal operational environmental standards/procedures as required, support developing compliance implementation program including for new facility/project,
• Ensure the compliance of environmental programs to all applicable Government of Indonesia regulations, requirements specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, company's environmental commitments and objectives, and other obligations.
COMPLIANCE
• Ensure that the company fulfils its environmental reporting obligations to the Government of Indonesia, Lenders and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the data collection/report from other departments in accordance to RKL/RPL and permitting requirements and meet the reporting submission targets.
• Manage and coordinate environmental regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly and semesterly) operational report to be submitted timely.
• Support data and report submission for regular government evaluation (PROPER, ESDM, SIMPEL and other Environmental Online reporting, etc).
• Other duties as assigned
Reporting

Budget & Cost
• Provide input for budgeting process base on the regulation requirement such as competencies training (PJ PPA, PJ PPU) and/or facility permit requirement (technical standard of PROPER).
• Provide inputs to Supt. CRI regarding annual budget for Environmental Compliance to ensure timely and affective completion of all compliance program. Proposed budget must account for maintenance, business travelling, training courses and other consumables.
• Prepare Contract process (CR, bidding and BAR) for contracted services (Haz. Waste processing, TPS LB3 operator) and track invoices payment to ensure that programs are conducted within approved budgetary constraints.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering and/or science related field with 10 years’ experience conducting environmental compliance related activities or equivalent experience obtained in the mining (or similar) industry;
• Have minimum 4 years’ experiences in similar role as Sr. Specialist/ Sr. Engineer Environmental Compliance and Waste Management
• Experienced in legal, standard auditing and multiple other media related to environmental compliance and permitting program.
• Have knowledge in Environmental Management System: ISO14001 awareness and auditor training and certification; Environmental Regulations in Indonesia Mining Industry: Water and/or Energy Manager, AMDAL training, certification and training Waste management/handling (PJOI PLB3).
• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions (Pengawas Operasional Madya); poses relevant technical inspector certificate;
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate; Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.
SPECIALIST INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE & OCCUPATIONAL
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for safety, health, loss control prevention of Support area within their geographic areas of responsibilities.
• Implement Industrial Hygiene (IH) systems, sampling and monitoring compliance annually that match with IH monitoring plan, requirement, regulation, and technical standards
• Maintain IH and safety equipment availability, supervise area, and develop program with the related skills and knowledge of Industrial Hygiene and Safety technical support practices
• Assist and Coordinate with supervisor and business partners related to IH and Safety Technical Support programs in their area
• Coordinate with Occupational Health/Clinic doctor and area responsible related to Health Risk Assessment (HRA), MCU program, and Return to Work Capability Assessment (RWCA) schedule.
• Involve and Facilitate Safety risk and opportunity register
• Conduct internal audit related with Occupational Health and Safety related with regulation and company standards.
• Involve and review of SHLP controlled documents based on Information register, audit and risks assessment findings and Company Standards and procedures.
• Identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities and assignment of resources to review and implement safety standard.
• Prepare internal and external reports related with safety and occupational health (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semester, and annual)
• Maintain SHLP database reporting system internal (EHS Manager 360) and external reporting DEMR (SIMKP Minerba)
• Ensure SHLP Database system (EHS Manager 360) work properly
• Prepare work schedule, equipment availability, sampling analysis, and develop with the related skills and knowledge of Industrial Hygiene and Safety technical support practices.
• Build strong expertise in own field, clearly understand own and team objectives/goal, and deliver consistent high performance.
• Establish and maintain close communication with department users thru monthly safety meeting, SSE Meeting, Business Partners Quarterly Meeting, safety Committee Meeting, Annual Risk Register, Internal Audit SMKP.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Hygiene or related field experience such as occupational health, doctor, chemistry, health care, nursing, and biology equivalent is preferable.
• Hold an Industrial Hygiene certificate from National Professional Certification Board
• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate
• Minimum Five (5) years working experience in in conducting Industrial Hygiene sampling and monitoring or equivalent experience obtained during the pursuit of work experience
• Must understand Mine Safety Management System philosophies and know Indonesian safety regulations
• Good understanding of mining process
• Must understand food hygiene & Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)
• Possession of a high standard of management skill
• Have ability to prioritize work in order to drive continuous improvement
• Be able to speak to groups and communicate abstract concepts
• Able to use any kind of reporting tools would be preferable.
• Well-developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective systems and processes
• Good report writing skills.
• Excellent computer skills and be competent in software package, statistical program, equipment software, database software, power point and graphic software
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
ENGINEER – FIRE EMERGENCY SERVICES
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Support for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and readiness of all fire emergency equipment, systems, and protocols within the organization. Reporting to the Fire Emergency Services Superintendent, this role plays a critical role in safeguarding the well-being of employees, visitors, and property by preparing for and responding to fire emergencies; Assists the Superintendent FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs;
• Equipment Maintenance and Inspection:
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection equipment, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and hydrants.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Emergency Response Planning:
- Collaborate with the Fire Emergency Services Superintendent to develop, update, and implement comprehensive emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
- Participate in fire drills, simulations, and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Conducts emergency response planning including: conducting research for the development of building pre-fire plans, conducting company building fire prevention inspections and familiarization, and assisting Fire Prevention with occasional fire inspections and other related duties.
• System Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to fire protection systems and equipment promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous functionality.
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for complex repairs and system upgrades.
• Training and Education:
- Provide training to employees on fire safety practices, including fire prevention, evacuation procedures, and proper use of fire extinguishers.
- Conduct workshops and informational sessions to raise awareness about fire safety and emergency response.
• Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and testing results.
- Prepare regular reports detailing the status of fire protection systems and any recommended actions for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance:
- Assists the Superintendent FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs.
- Stay current with local, national, and international fire safety codes, regulations, and standards, and ensure that the organization remains compliant with all requirements. Be responsible for the safety, work standard and discipline of all FES operational and non-operational personnel. Ensuring that measurable levels of competency are maintained to all workgroups within the FES and that Governmental compliance is maintained with regard to any matter pertaining to FES personnel.
- Contribute to the formulating and development of work safety standards, development, implementation and influence behavioural change to ensure compliance and avoidance of risk-taking behaviour amongst FES personnel.
- Provide a systematic application of management policies, procedures and practices to the task of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating and monitoring risk. Formulate and suggest program policies and procedures for management review.
- Support the development of strategies and policies that contribute to the delivery of the organization’s objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Facilities Management and Occupational Health and Safety, to integrate fire safety measures into broader health and safety initiatives.
• Emergency Response Leadership:
- Assist in coordinating emergency response efforts during fire incidents, providing technical expertise and support to ensure the safety of all personnel.
- Liaise with external emergency services (fire department, EMS, etc.) when necessary.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in OHS Engineering/ Fire Protection Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) are a plus.
• Proven experience min 5-7 years in Fire Emergency Services area , including the protection system maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response management system and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex fire protection system issues; Excellent communication skills to effectively convey fire safety information to individuals at all levels of the organization; Proficiency in using fire safety equipment and tools./ Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments; Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks during emergency drills and response.

REPRESENTATIVE – SAFETY FACILITIES & SERVICES
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible to support and promote safety culture in process operation and ensure safety documentations and reporting well maintained to assure that availability goals are attained and measured
• Responsible to perform and coordinate the HSE training program based on competence, coaching and resource development activities of process operation to assure that availability goals are attained so that safety culture and safety leadership performance are developed and improved.
• To support company objectives and all applicable Government of Indonesia regulatory and permit obligations for safety procedure, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements within Process operation when required
• To support and assist in safety training program based on competence, safety campaign, coaching, mentoring and implementation.
• To assist and prepare in developing safety statistical tools to monitor safety KPI’s and effectiveness safety program.
• To prepare safety report in weekly and monthly.
• Audits compliance to Company safety rules and policies, procedures and programs as well as Indonesian Government requirements;
• Provide accurate, timely and clear reporting and communication to Superintendent OHS Operations on safety concern in process operation;
• Manage to implement of the safety program in process operation;
• Manage and ensure the effectiveness of safety awareness and training program based on competence to improve the safety culture;
• Advises line management regarding safety rules, regulation, trends, statistics and compliance with rules and policies;
• Participate at the accident investigation, observations, safety Interactions, Inspections, Safety meetings to assure that program are working as intended;
• Analyses data from accident investigations, observations, inspections, and other sources to assure management that programs are working as intended. Proposes alternatives to programs that are not working as intended.
• Ensures compliance with company Standard Task Procedures; Provide required resources to achieve the compliance of mine operation safety laws and regulations.
• Coordinate work schedule and weekly report;
• Assist line supervisor to have observations/Safety Interactions for their positions;
• Implement the company's Environmental Management System (EMS);
• Implements and maintains Emergency Response Plan Procedures.
• Conduct annual side wide risk register (IBPR) and follow up priority as appropriate
• Manage Site Wide Risk Register and evaluation of the implementation layer audit for Top 10 High Risk to each department involvement;
• Maintain and submittal for accident/incident report and monthly report SHLP information (internal and external), quarterly for DOME and annual reporting of the departments activities.
