1. Job Title: Materials Admin
Papua, 12 months
The Materials Admin will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the smelter, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all materials are properly stored and accounted for. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring production levels and making sure that safety standards are met. The Materials Admin will work closely with other departments to ensure that all materials are delivered on time and in good condition.
List of Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a materials admin role
• Knowledge of smelting processes and safety protocols
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

2. Job Title: Material Supervisor
Gresik, 6-12 months
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics with value US$100,000,000
• Heavy experience in Custom Clearing (Master List) working for Multi Nationals with the ability to import with tax exemption
• Collecting Project materials Manifest as per shipping schedule
• Prepare the required space ready at receiving laydown Cargo dock prior the ship arrives at Cargo dock.
• Preparing the Priority delivery plan to Project Laydowns
• Do coordination with Transport/Barge operator and COMPANY MCG for delivery schedule inbound and outbound accordingly,
• to monitor and control Project’s materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) scheduled by MCG/GSC
• to create VRMS and HMAF/OSH form for Contractors on COMPANY system
• Monitoring and control the contractor and subcontractor Material management execution according to Contactor Material Management Execution Plan.
• Monitor Owner Purchased Materials from suppliers to Client Offsite facilities
3. Job Title: Process Engineer
6-12 months
The Process Engineer Smelter will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures related to smelting operations. The engineer will work closely with the production team to ensure that the smelting process is efficient and cost-effective. The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the smelting process.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 15+ years of experience in smelting operations
• Knowledge of process engineering principles and techniques

4. Job Title: Commissioning I&C E Engineer
6-12 months
The Commissioning I&C E Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of industrial and commercial projects, ensuring that all systems are working properly and safely. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
List of Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 15+ years’ experience in commissioning I&C engineering projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and codes

5. Job Title: Planner
Gresik, 6 months
Lead workload activities of the assigned department by planning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities in collaboration with site supervisors through office and field meetings. Plan, schedule, and analyze execution to generate successful resolution of issues. Manage and maintain the integrity of the information management systems to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives.
• Expertise in Building Construction with value US$500,000,000
• 10+ years of related experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or industrial operations including four (4) years of specific Planning experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in applicable field and 10 years of related experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or industrial operations
• Can explain the following: BOMs, The steps for planning a job (Example Jobs will be given), Work order flow, planning for Equipment needs vs planning for manpower,
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft projects, Primavera and PowerPoint
• Under the guidance of the Equipment Management System (EMS), interact with the Supervisor in the assigned area to establish and monitor planned schedules for assigned activities
• Conduct and participate in daily, weekly and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders
• Review, prioritize and schedule work orders
• Establish and maintain a history for all assigned activities in the Management System
• Engage with onsite Global Sourcing to control warehouse minimum/maximum levels and appropriate storage conditions of materials and parts
• Support execution of contracts by preparing scopes of work for internal and external jobs
• Initiate requests for parts and materials
• Interface with Global Sourcing department, but may deal directly with vendors for the provision of services and equipment
• Responsible for “Runtime Forecasting” process execution and outcomes in assigned area
• Support the area Supervisor in all facets of job preparation, execution and follow up as prescribed by the Company standards, including time spent “in the field” to ensure readiness and availability of materials and equipment resources
• Develop, monitor and adjust schedules for assigned activities. Maintain these schedules in the Management System
• Collaborate with other Planners and first line Supervisors in the long range planning and scheduling for planned major production shutdowns, including but not limited to, job identification, job priority, resource requirements, materials requirements, budget forecasts and interdepartmental coordination
• Responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of information in the Management System to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives in assigned area
• Assist with maintenance management decisions, including departmental budgets and weekly forecasting
• Ensure adequate forecasting of large dollar maintenance materials to meet maintenance and financial requirements
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for site management, to assist with the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Perform other duties as needed
6. Job Title: Estimator
Papua, 12 months
• Working in Mining – International Project
• 10+ years’ experience in similar construction estimating, cost control, or management role with related functions plus thorough knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts is required.
• Plan, co ordinate, implement, and execute corporate InEight Hard Dollar estimating software and provide all estimating and proposal deliverables for rightofway (“ROW”) and Power Delivery projects with all types of contracts ranging from time and materials, unit price, and lump sum while providing technical and administrative direction to ensure division, group, and corporate objectives are met while developing and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Executes our Core Values and Priorities – Integrity, Safety, Quality, and Production to guide our business practices that ensures P&J is committed to a Zero Incident Philosophy of no harm to person, property, the environment, or our reputation.
• Knowledge of design, estimating, construction, finance, and management.

7. Job Title: Safety Coordinator,
Gresik, 8 months
The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing safety protocols, procedures, and standards in the smelter. The Coordinator will also be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and providing training to employees on safe work practices. The Coordinator will work closely with management to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential risks are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

- At least 15 years of experience in the safety field
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards

8. Job Title: Commissioning Lead
6-12 months
Description
The Commissioning Lead will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of new and existing smelting equipment. This includes coordinating with other departments, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing technical guidance to the team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the smelting process and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during commissioning.
List of Requirements
- At least 20 years of experience in the smelting industry
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to commissioning activities
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to smelting equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
9. Job Title: Commissioning Mechanical Engineer
6-12 months
Provide Mechanical Engineering support during the Pre-Commissioning (PCOM) and Commissioning (COM) execution phase of the project.
Key Responsibilities
• As a member of the Commissioning Team, under the direction of the Commissioning Manager, ensure Commissioning is conducted in compliance with the Safety Management Plan and all relevant Commissioning plans and procedures.
• Approval of Testing and Inspection documentation.
• Participation in, and approval of, Factory Acceptance Tests.
• Participation in, and approval of, Performance and Acceptance Plans and Tests.
• Ensure timely and formal review of commissioning completions documentation and equipment at Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start Up (RFSU).
• Expedite Management of Change (MOC) process to determine and action required modifications in a timely manner and minimize impact to commissioning activities.
• Development and review of Commissioning Procedures.
• Interface with the Construction Contractor’s Field Engineers to resolve issues at site.
• Review of codes and specifications, test sheets, vendor installation and operation maintenance manuals.
• Drive the delivery of the Completions Turnover process, from the Construction team to the Commissioning team, and from the Commissioning team to the Operations team through the CCMS Team, including:
Attendance to Completions Walkdowns as required
Review of turnover documentation, by facility, system, or sub-system as appropriate
Punch lists and deficiency management
Review of Inspection and Testing Check Lists
Review of Test Reports
• Participate in daily meetings regarding Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities and provide support as an active member of the Commissioning Team.
• Other duties as required at the direction of the Commissioning Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant Engineering Degree, technical Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office components.
• Experience in Commissioning with multidiscipline teams.
• Commissioning Engineer must have at least 5 years specific experience in the supervision of specialized commissioning personnel on new facilities.
• A broad knowledge of installation, functional testing, and operation of Mechanical, Instrumentation, Piping and Electrical Systems utilized for various processes. As a Commissioning Engineer, it is critical to be able to direct multi-discipline teams and to see the entire picture.
10. Job Title: Commissioning Electrical Engineer
6-12 months
