We are fast growing company engaged in coal mining located in East Kalimantan, we need highly skilled and experience employees to fill the following position, are:

 

A. For Jakarta Office.

 

1. Project Commercial Contract Manager (Code : PCCM).

Required qualifications:

• Business management skills.

• Patient with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

• Flexible and open to change.

• Analytical thinking skills.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

• Sound commercial awareness, administrative and IT skills.

• Ability to be an effective team player within the management team.

• Ability to establish governance, planning establishing and executing contract administration.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working in multicultural environments.

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience within Contract Management sector.

• Good communication, leadership, and managerial skills.

 

2. Asset Maintenance Manager (Code : AMM).

Required qualifications:

• Business management skills.

• Patient with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

• Flexible and open to change.

• Analytical thinking skills.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

• Sound commercial awareness, administrative and IT skills.

• Ability to be an effective team player within the management team.

• Maintenance certification professional such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Maintenance Management Professional (MMP).

• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working in multicultural environments.

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience within the Asset Maintenance Management sector.

• Good communication, leadership and managerial skills.

 

3. Legal Corporate Manager (Code : L. Corp Mgr).

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years post qualification experience, preferable have significant experience in Mining Industries especially for preparing Mining contract & services.

• Ability to quickly establish credibility as an advisor, change agent, and business partner with internal clients.

• Capability to find creative solutions to complex legal issues, moving easily between a hands-on, operations-focused view and a larger strategic outlook.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization while exercising sound judgment, self-confidence, and respect for others.

• Ability to identify and articulate practical legal solutions in a useful and easily understood manner to ensure successful implementation.

• Capacity to work both independently and as a team member.

 

 

B. For Site.

 

1. Senior Project Manager (Code: Sr. PM).

Required qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor graduate majoring in Mining Engineering.

• Have a minimum of 10 (ten) years’ experience and or min 3 (three) years in a similar position or higher in a coal mining company.

• Have an active POU certificate.

• Strong experience in managing contractors and quality in safety, environment, and contract management capabilities.

• Strong experience in mining costing and budgeting

• Strong interpersonal, management skills and leadership ability.

• Excellent reporting skills.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English.

• Ability to interact with the local communities to ensure win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

 

2. Maintenance Superintendent (Code: Maint Spt).

Required qualifications:

a. Bachelor’s degree in electrical and or Mechanical Engineering.

b. Having min 3 (three) years’ experience in the same position in Coal Mining Industry.

c. Used to repair or maintain on facilities:

• Intermediate Coal Transfer Facility.

• Barge loading (BLC) facilities.

• Liebherr & SANY Material Controller x 2.

• Generators (with capacities ranging from 50 to 1000kva),

• Heavy Equipment units.

• Supporting buildings & infrastructure facilities

  (offices, workshops, accommodation, filtration, WTP, STP), etc.

d. Having POP and or POM Certificate is preferable.

e. Good communication & leadership.

 

3. Human Resources Superintendent (Code : HR Spt).

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in law, Psychology, Communication and or related field. 

2. 10 years of experience in all HR affairs spectrum and or have minimum 3 years in the similar position in coal mine industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of Labor regulations / UUCK, HRIS, policies and strength in Industrial Relations is preferred.

4. Good communication & leadership.

5. Able to speak English both oral and written.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel / V-LOOKUP, H-LOOKUP, and Power Point).

 

4. Civil & Hauling Road Spv. (Code: C&H Spv).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineer.

• Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience in the same position.

• Able to operate Surpac / AutoCAD /Minex/Civil 3P Software.

• Mastering road work techniques and supervision techniques.

• Having excellent experience in Project Management, Structural

•  analysis program, Engineering drawing program, HSE Procedure,

• Preferably have POP certification.

• Have knowledge about safety, health, and the environment.

• Good communication & leadership.

 

5. General Affairs Supervisor (Code: GA Spv).

Required qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in all major

• Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience in similar position

• Required Competencies: General Affairs Management

• Good communication & leadership.

• Preferably can speak English and proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel and Power Point programs), with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

 

6. Community Development Officer. (Code: Comdev Off).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human Behavior, Sociology, Social Science, Industrial Psychology, Public Relations or Environmental, law or related field.

• Having a minimum of 3 (three) years' experience in community development and stakeholder management role in a mining industry would be advantageous.

• Preferably can speak English and proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, and Power Point programs), with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
