JOB VACANCY PT. EJJV ENGINEERING INDONESIA

 

1. Site Manager

• Male, max 48 years old, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Background with a minimum of 5 years same position as Site Manager.

• Having experience in the construction and oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry with a minimum of 10 years is preferred.

• Responsible for performance of all activities within the project and resource management to meet project goals

• Steward project and resolve issues timely

• Prepare work schedule and maintenance schedule, vacation and assignment for each Contractor personnel

• Manage sub-contractors (if required) bby locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractor; monitoring and controlling performance

• Conducting inspection for every project and regular maintenance

• Develop and implement project quality plan, project quality procedures such as document control, change control, material control, field inspection and testing proceddures and ensure compliance as requires per EMCL quality requirement

• Maintenance safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company standard procedure and comply with local regulation.

• To ensure project and regular maintenance run well and meeting company standard

• Excellent communicator – adopting all methods targeted at staff below, colleagues.

• Self-starter with people management skill, Self Improvement, Logical Thinking, able to cooperate effectively, Honest, discipline, and responsible

• willing to be placed on the EJJV project site in Bojonegoro

 

 

2. HRD Manager

• Male, max 45 years old.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR Management/Psychology

• Must have at least 6 years of experience as HRD Manager

• Having experience in  oil and gas industry and construction with a minimum 5 years.

• Handle of HRGA Management, Strategic & Operational (talent acquisition, performance management, industrial relations, people development).

• Responsible in employees legal matters and regulations (industrial relations, External Relation, BPJS, Employment Contract).

• Good communication, negotiation skills, good leadership ability.

• Excellent interpersonal, skills, Self-Starter, Self-motivated, Teamwork, detail oriented and Growth Mindset.

 

3. Cost Control

• Male, max 35 years old.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Accounting Background with a minimum of 4 years same position as Cost Control/Analyst

• Having experience in the construction and oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry with a minimum of 3 years is preferred.

• Having experience in Cost Control process.

• Having experience to prepare monthly proforma invoice and submit on time basis.

• Having experience to preparing monthly report, presentation material for safety meeting.

• Having experience for preparing work schedule to support the operation.

• Expert MS. Office (especially Ms.Excel)

• Have a knowledge about administration, basic document controlling, archiving, etc

• Have experience in Project Administration and good communication in English

• Knowledge and skill in work supervising methods and techniques.

4. Drafter

• Male, max 35 years old.

• SMA preferred Bachelor’s Degree.

• Background with a minimum of 5 years same position as Drafter.

• Having experience in the construction and oil and gas (EPC) industry or petrochemical industry with a minimum of 3 years is preferred.

• Excellent communicator – adopting all methods targeted at staff below, colleagues.

• Self-starter with people management skill, Self Improvement, Logical Thinking, able to cooperate effectively, Honest, discipline, and responsible

5. Admin Procurement/Supply Chain Management and Accounting Tax/ Assurance Support

• Accounting/ Tax, and Bachelor's Degree (S1) for administrator position in court function minimum of 5 until 10 years same position.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Outlook).

• Preferably understand SAP Financial system (for positions in finance).

• Administer and manage procurement process documentation

• Perform administration and manage contract documentation

• Conduct compliance audits of Suppliers for bribery and corruption (including

6. ANALYST Procurement Analyst / Supply Chain Management / Finance and Accounting /Tax / Assurance Support Services

• Bachelor's Degree (S1), for Education qualification preferred is to have a degree from College in Engineering, Procurement, or other related field (for position in procurement) minimum of 5 until 15 years same position.

• Conduct procurement process, bid evaluation, contracting process.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or other related discipline (for finance position) minimum of 5 until 10 years same position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Outlook).

• Perform material requisition planning including SPIL (Spare Part Interchangeable List), coordination of material delivery from suppliers to COMPANY receiving locations, ensuring the completeness of pre-shipment requirements, coordination of material requirement planning and material return process, and monitoring activities related to material schedules/movements. activities related to material schedules/movements

7. SPECIALIST Procurement and Supply Chain Management/ Finance and Accounting/ Tax/ Insurance / Assurance Support Services

• Bachelor's Degree (S1), for Education qualification preferred is to have a degree from University in Engineering, Procurement, or other related fields experience minimum of 10 until 40 years same position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Outlook).

• For Insurance positions, minimum 5 years of experience in insurance brokers or insurance companies or other types of insurance risk management or relevant prior insurance experience.

• Conduct strategic procurement process, pe\rform planning, make recommendations for User decision making

• Perform material requisition planning coordination of material delivery from suppliers to COMPANY receiving locations, ensure completeness of pre-shipment requirements, coordination of requirements planning and processes

• Coordinate reporting, organizational performance management, risk management.

• Providing advice, responding to inquiries, procurement and negotiation of costs

• insurance/ coverage terms, claims handling, administration, working with local regulators and insurers, ensuring policies comply with local regulations as mentioned above, ensuring premiums are collected and settled through the Indonesian Insurance Consortium and/or local insurers.

• Conduct Supplier compliance audits on bribery and corruption (including planning, field work, closure, internal analysis and recommendations), E&C register and invoice spot checks, root cause analysis and internal recommendations and special purpose audits.

• Perform internal audit processes including but not limited to those related to financial audits, process audits, investigative audits, forensic audits and special purpose internal audits.

• Perform Data and Information management processes including but not limited to audit information management, findings tracking and resolution, root cause analysis, predictive analysis and pattern recognition, and reporting and tracking for continuous improvement.

 

8. FABRICATION COORDINATOR

• Male/Female max 45 years old

• S1 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the same position

• Preferably who has experience in the oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry for at least 10 years.

QUALIFIKASI:

• Min. 8 years experiences in Oil & Gas Industries as a QA/QC Inspector/Ebgineer (for offshore & Onshore)

• Familiar with Welding Metallurgy, Welding Design, Technology & inspection, Preparing and Conduction Welding Procedur Specification (WPS & PQR) With various welding process & testing of a wide variety materials application including : CS, SS, Duplex SS, copper Nickel etc.

• Good knowledge in quality related with Pressure vessel, Heat exchanger, piping, pipeline and steel structure

• Good knowledge in quality related international code : ASME IX, ASME B31.3, API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc.

• Have strong skill level in Lead, Coordination, Supervision, Assurance & Quality Engineering

SPECIAL SKILL:

• Fabrication, Inspection, Welding NDT, Piping process, Pipeline, Steel Structure, Pressure Vessel Heat Exchanger & Metalurgy.

• Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Power point, Ms. Excel)

 

9. Data Analyst Operation

• Have graduated / final semester of S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics Management, Information Technology, Information Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the same position.

• Make improvements to the applicable procedures

• Conduct studies and evaluations of methodologies and tools that can be used in carrying out the testing process and provide recommendations for methodologies / tools that will be used as standards.

• Carry out testing activities to ensure that the resulting program meets the applicable requirements and standards before it is operationalized.

• Verify the documentation created by ensuring the conformity between the documentation and the services that have been built when the testing activities are carried out.

• Make reports on the results of testing and running programs related to services / products.

• Scheduling testing activities to ensure testing needs for all projects can be accommodated.

• Perform document control management

• Evaluate / review the suitability of applicable procedures

 

10. PPIC

• Male, maximum age 48 years old.

• Bachelor of Engineering educational background with at least 9 years of experience in the same position.

• Preferably who has experience in the oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry for at least 5 years.

• Inventory control, production control planning, and delivery control.

• Material Requirement Planning, Definition of planning, forecasting, material requirement planning, process cycle time, normal time, standard time.

• Determining safety stock, ROP (Re Order Point) for raw material procurement.

• Controlling the production process in terms of production capacity and full order limit.

• Provide orders from Sales and develop production plans in accordance with Sales orders.

• Monitor inventory in the production process, storage of goods in the warehouse, and raw materials so that the production process can run smoothly and in balance.

• Create a precise and efficient production process schedule that is adjusted to the demand / amount of production and delivery time.

• Update the stock of goods every day.

• Calculate raw material requirements for the production process.

• Maintain the balance of the company's machine usage, so that the production process is efficient and effective.

• Coordinate with commercial and production departments.

• Processing and compiling reports according to departmental needs.
